Take a test first and see how you do - I would advise actually doing two. One where you ignore the time and just get familiar with the format and answer questions etc, and the second with all the time limits. Then see which sections you need to improve on - you might not need to work on everything.

For English: Erica Meltzer's ultimate guide.
For Math: Either Brian Leaf's 50 skills (if you score 15-26) or Richard Corn ACT Math if you score 25-36. Buy both if your target is in the 30s probably.
For reading: I don't know of any good book (you can't learn reading unless you actually read stuff), so maybe try this: http://prepactsat.com/category/reading-comprehension/
