I got one off Amazon after seeing it in his last painting post. I like the weight of it, mitigates some of my shakiness.

For most plastic figures I use blue tac on disposable condiment cups. For heavier, larger models I use a Jewelers Peg Vice which have apparently doubled in price in the last year.
