They spread a little bit. I can fit into some pants but not others. Mainly the ones that were super tight to begin with. My body is the same but different 🤷🏻♀️ I say it’s better because it’s accomplished something amazing.
One thing I’d really suggest to all new mamas is the Shrinkx belly wrap. I started wearing it the same day I gave birth. It made a huge difference in helping shrink my belly and my uterus.
