I hate my local gym(s). So. Damn. Much. I know it's just me. I'm impatient, intolerant, and generally just can't stand the douchers everywhere. So, I finally finished up my garage gym. It's not pretty, but it works. I just need a few more plates, and a really good deal on a row machine (and to clean up the other half of the garage).

Strength Training:

Titan T2 Squat Rack with dip attachment
Deadlift platform (~170 bucks - 8x8, 3/4 inch underneath, birch on top, horse stall mats, had screws already)
Fitness gear adjustable bench (got for free a year ago, it's ok, I'm not comfortable benching more than 225-250 on it)
CAP barbell, 350ish lbs worth of plates (got this for under 200 on sale at Dick's)
Bowflex SelectTech 552
35lb kettlebell
Misc. bands
Ab Wheel
Belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves (because camo...)

Mobility:
10lb kettlebell
Misc. bands (not the exact brand, but I think I got them cheap at a garage sale or something, definitely didn't buy them new)

Conditioning:
Ab Straps
Weighted vest
E-Prowler
20lb smash ball
300 pound tire (not pictured) - $65 on craigslist. I use it for conditioning, but might pick up a 500+ for stregnth training
Sledge Hammers (had these for misc. home projects, I think like 20-30 each)

Recovery:
Yoga mats (not sure, they're my wife's, I just sweat all over them)
Foam rollers (not sure, got them as a gift)

Cardio:
Good quality jump ropes (these are actually really nice, I just got them)
Rollerblades
29er Mountain Bike (I have the 2014 model).

Just use everything that came with it. If you're looking to leg raises as well, you could pair it with some arm straps.

If you dont mind spending a few dollars forearm straps would make you be able to do the hanging leg raises, and I'm sure some other stuff I cant think of. If you dont mind answering do you know what you did/what happned to cause all these injuries?
