I see . . .

You might try putting Vaseline on at night and when you go outside in the cold. I know it's a bitch but it will prevent your skin from losing water and becoming all dry/irritated.

I find this stuff works pretty well and it's not nearly as bad as 100% petroleum jelly.

Edit: Oh, I see E45 is quite similar. Interesting.

Do they have Vanicream? It's actually better then Cerave. There is also Vaseline cream (https://www.amazon.com/Vaseline-Petroleum-Moisture-Creamy-Formula/dp/B0000537JL?th=1). The reason the lotion stings (in my opinion) is due to the amount of alcohol in the lotion.
