The Issue: I started patch testing a new Vitamin C Serum right about the same time I started a five day course of oral antibiotics (levofloxacin). On Day 3 of the patch test (Day 5 of the antibiotics), I noticed I was breaking out in the area where I had been patch testing, but also all over in the typical places where I break out. I was quick to get bummed about the Vitamin C Serum breaking me out but then realized maybe the antibiotics could have been causing the wider breakout on my face. Is this a thing that happens? I tried googlin' but nothing much came out of it.
Skin Type: Oily, blemish-prone, sensitive, currently a bit dry in places.
Current Routine:
I've been using everything in my routine for forever, introduced the Treclin in August and the Vitamin C at the beginning of this week.
