It's highly unlikely that your diet is causing your pink-eye. Pink eye is caused by infection or allergies. Infectious conjunctivitis is contagious, while allergic conjunctivitis is not.

You need to consult a physician to determine whether your pink eye is due to allergies or infection/virus.
