In order:
AD&D - Vikings supplement
If you like DnD, the next closest thing is AD&D. This supplement was for 2e. Not very well researched, but it'll do in a pinch.
Fate of the Norns: Ragnarok game
The definitive RPG for Viking games. It uses Futhark runes as the core mechanic, has 4 big books and counting, you can play historical and/or mythic.
Sagas of the Icelanders game
Much more historical and family focused (ie. feuds). Uses the pbtA game system and inspired by the literary compilation of the same name.
Mythic Iceland game
You get a little bit of everything in this BRP system, history and myth (not a stretch for DnD). Well researched but has a Cthulhu adventure in the back for some reason??
Yggdrasil game
The game has a few books out, so similar depth to Fate of the Norns, but the system is unfortunately very uninspiring.
Castles & Crusades - Codex Nordica supplement
There's some Viking stuff here with a decent glossary. There are more books as well. C&C game system, so again not a stretch for DnD.
Rolemaster - Vikings supplement
For the edition that had the red stripe down the left side. Adds a light sprinkling of Vikingness to a game that will still feel like OSR Rolemaster.
Torchbearer - Middarmark supplement
Loosely adapts Viking flavor, more name-droppping than authentic (depends what you're looking for)
Rune game
Yeah you can avoid this one, but adding it for completeness

A nice free resource. I also recommend this YouTube video.

For those looking for more details in a product you can buy, I recommend the Vikings doorbell by Iron Crown Enterprises.
