This is what I plan on getting soon. It has the weight rating to hold my AW so it should work, just might take a little bit of planning to get it right since it is an UW.
I have a similar set-up and absolutely love this . well worth the investment if your monitor has a mounting space on the back.
I use this arm: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074GBF93N at the time it was the same price as a single arm for some reason, included a laptop tray, and I thought I was going to need the second arm for a keyboard tray. So that would be enough if you have any desk or table or flat surface at a reasonable height. It's adjustable, but you have to loosen and tighten the handles.

Ed: oh, for a couch without arms, look at a "rolling bedside table" or "overbed table" - my cousin has one of those and uses it on the couch.
It's this mount. It was a bit of a pain to get set up because all of the bolts at the pivoting joints come way too tight and all of the other bolts come much too loose. Once you get past all of that, it works quite well.
