Just FYI, Trader Joe's used to have peanut flour, but it was discontinued a while ago, unfortunately. :( I have yet to find any in brick and mortar "normal" food stores. Even at health stores I find a lot of peanut butter substitutes, like better n peanut butter (less calories, but same amount of sugar, tastes okay, but has a weird fake taste-this is definitely available at most trader joe's). Or that weird stuff from Walden Farms (disclosure: I have never tried Walden Farms anything, but can only imagine it tastes disgusting), but can't find just the defatted peanut flour.
