I'd say that you're halfway there already! Just get a blank notebook and start your own?
I've found that I enjoy the flexibility of using a blank notebook and constructing planner pages as I see fit. It looks like you need a bit more real estate than I personally use, but here's my setup:
I set aside a few pages before each month for social media ideas, big projects, task lists, and evaluation points. http://i.imgur.com/Tt475M7.jpg
Then I go about lining the pages for the month and carving out a day-by-day: http://i.imgur.com/rCnDpHD.jpg
It just takes about a minute to line a weekly planner page, plus you can change the way you format if you find a better system halfway into the notebook.
I also write traditional notes in the back of the notebook and work towards the front with those. When I meet myself in the middle, time for a new one!
