I think What I Wish I Knew When I Was 20 will be a good book for your students.
I think it's also a little dated, but the author is a well-liked professor at Stanford, who taught different entrepreneurial courses there. The book gives some good insights on what it means to be an entrepreneur, finding problems to solve and is pretty easy to read.
There's a contest that this professor did with her Entrepreneur Class (Stanford) and I think it's a wonderful place to start.
I wish I read this book when i was 20 (or younger)!

Remember to do, not just read or talk. That's the hardest part for me.
They threw some programming into ICAM, I'm sure they'll wanna see you're work, which matters as much as your major. I'm reading through this book right now, dunno if it'd help
