I would add the other two books in Plantinga's trilogy on Warrant as well.

First thing that popped into my head is 'Whose Justice? Whose Rationality?' by MacIntyre.

I don't personally think it has a whole lot of punch (and perhaps even some fatal flaws), but I guess some people do and it's contemporary so it may be worth a look.
