There are very inexpensive door alarms/sensors you can purchase for under $20 US (Edit: Like this). Using these on your bedroom door would both prove someone is coming in AND wake you up as soon as it happens. This might be a better option than the tape-on-the-door or camera suggestions, because in this scenario you'd wake up before the abuse occurred again (if it is happening). With tape on the door/camera you wouldn't know until the morning.
