I don't know how unique it is given that it is a purpose-made product, but I removed some pretty heavy red wine stains using Wine Away once. It isn't really a detailing product that you can get from the normal suppliers (I actually got some at Total Wine), but it works amazingly well. It's pricey (especially at brick and motor stores) and I totally thought it was a gimmick, but it saved my butt.

This stuff is magic! One of our friends spilled his glass of red wine on our off-white carpeting and this stuff got it out completely.

I was in Solvang, CA a few months ago and my friend and I were going "wine tasting..........hopping". It's like classy bar hopping. Shit gets wild after a bit. I spilled so much red wine all over myself and Wine Away is a miracle product. Hail corporate blah blah just saying, this shit saved my expensive white shirt I was wearing because I was stupid.
It's always like $25-40 per tasting for 5-6 wines but they always let you try 1 or 2 more extra because they want you to buy a bottle or case or subscription or whatever to have that shit shipped to you.
Good times.
Hard finding your motel room though after you have hit up every place you could find in town and have never been there before.

Wine-away?
Don't want to work that hard, there is literally a product called Wine Away sprays on... And a quick wash removes everything, even on delicate fabrics. They even make bottles small enough to shove in to a lady's purse... And the bottles last a long time. (Unless you're always soilling wine on things, I guess)
