I second Anker. Two of my favorite sets of earphones are made by them.

I *love* Soundcore Spirit X bluetooth headphones. They're $36 on Amazon and they go in your ear (not over) but with this little loop that goes around your ear to keep them in place better. I was originally skeptical of bluetooth headphones because I listen to podcasts *constantly*. I walk 7-10 miles a day and 90% of that is listening to podcasts. The play time for one charge is 12 hours & I've never had them die on me (though if you're using them a lot you have to be fairly diligent about charging them. I got my first pair 1yr+ ago and they're still going strong.

I was looking at Anker earbuds recently as well and went with the Spirit X - I forget the exact reasons I had though.

I did write a review that you can check out if you don’t know much about the Spirit X already. (The short version is they’re amazing if you aren’t used to $100+ earbuds.)

I have a seriously bad issue with losing/breaking headphones. I think like 3-6 pairs in a year legit. For a budget option I love these ones... I did have an issue with them once though and customer service promptly replaced them. My boyfriend has them as well and loves them.

These are what I use. I can't gym without them anymore. Very very nice and sound quality is pretty good too. 12 hour battery and are sweatproof (can confirm, I sweat a lot, haven't killed em.)

If I lost mine, I'd immediately buy two more pairs of em. For the price, they're a no brainer.

I was using the Anker Soundcore Spirit X with 8hr battery and they worked perfectly, but the Soundcore Life P2 were on sale this week for $44 and I love them. 8hrs battery life (tested myself) with 40 from the case.

My Vitrainer headphones cut out when I run.

Air pods battery is too short

Anker Soundbuds Curve might be just what you're looking for. This is the version I have. I've had them for almost a year and use them pretty much daily. As long as I charge them at night they last me all day. Sound quality is good, range is better than any others I've had, and they're nice and lightweight. I work manual labor and sweat profusely a lot of the time busting my ass on some roof or in some hot, stuffy apartment. Never had any problems despite them definitely getting a lot of moisture on them.

There's a newer version too, but I can't speak to those by experience. If mine die, though, these are probably gonna be the replacement.

If you like ear hooks, I'd strongly recommend Soundcore Spirit X!

Thanks! It’s actually an NHL-branded headband. (Go Devils! Way to fight back!) There may be some left in your local team’s colors online if you search for “braided headband” and your team name. It’s great because it’s rubberized on the inside so it doesn’t slide off of my giant dome as much as most headbands do.

As for the headphones, they are supposedly “ultra waterproof” and “sweat-proof” and so far so good! They use Bluetooth (so no cord to tug and send your phone, wallet case, and credit cards flying all over the gym...), have volume buttons, hold a charge for 6(?) hours, boast pretty good bass, and include lots of tip options. I have a lot of trouble making earbuds stay put in my tiny ear canals, generally, but these work pretty well without too much adjustment. Especially for the current sale price of only $26, I’m really pleased with them overall! (Not a secret Anker corporate shill)

EDIT: Looks like they make those headbands for other sports leagues, too. The brand is Little Earth and they can be found here.

EDIT 2: I see you are in Canada. Looks like the headbands might be US teams only :(

These Anker Soundcore ones

I run with them too so over the ear is key. The battery life and sound are great.

My only complaint is that I wish the cord came out the back of the earpiece instead of the bottom.

The best cheap wireless earbuds I’ve tested under $30 were these but if I were you don’t skimp money on wireless earbuds, if you own apple, get a pair of AirPods, they are really convenient and they pair fast, if you own android, get the Bose soundsport or I’ve heard some about raycon earbuds, so it’s your pick.

I ended up grabbing these
Anker Soundcore spirit X, which are a similar style. After the prime sale and the 20$ coupon thing it was only 17 bucks, perfect for workout/work beaters.

I did have a pair of Mpows that I really liked(without the overear part, just a inner ear wing) but they eventually took a trip through the washer and died.

I'm hard on my headphones and inevitably break them after a couple months, so I stick with cheap $30 headphones

I’ve been using (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07B9R67WR?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) because they are cheap and durable. Best part is that if I somehow destroy them, they’re cheap enough to replace without too much of a fuss. I also get a full week’s use of them on a single charge which is nice.

u/thee_earl · 1 pointr/oneplus

I've used these for hours and they sound great and last so long!!! I'd highly recommend these.

u/cosmicknight · 1 pointr/HeadphoneAdvice

I wouldn't use the same headphones from gym at work or home. If you sweat a lot like me, I would get something that has some sweat resistant. I've been pretty happy with the Anker Soundcore Spirit X. Has all the checkmarks for gym use. Good luck in your search.

When I'm in public, Bluetooth earbuds. Most of the time they take the hint. If they make eye contact and try to get me to donate to save the world from Republicans, I just act like I don't notice them. Aside from one time where a guy got in my way and tried to pull my earbud out to talk to me(I dodged his hand, cocked my fist and told him to get the fuck out of my way).

Aside from that one instance it's worked great. Sometimes I mine are off and in my ears just for the effect while still hearing 100% around me. More often than not, I am listening to something 🎧🎶🎶🎶

These are awesome :3
