I have an Anker astro slim 2, 4500mAh and a really good size. I usually get slightly less than 2 full charges, but I also continue to use my phone while I use the battery.
I know someone who has an EasyAcc 5000mAh one, and I've never heard them say anything bad about it, and its rated at 2.5A, although I don't know if it really hits that or not.
I've heard really good things about the EasyAcc battery backup. Slimmer than the Anker slim series too.

Personally would recommend the EasyAcc iChoch 5000mah or the Anker Astro Slim3.
Both devices are slim and fit comfortably behind the device in a pocket... they also both have integrated Micro USB cables which is far more convenient than having to carry one separately.
I own several Anker Slims which I use with my Nexus 5 / 7 2013 and I've gifted a few out as well... I really can't recommend them enough! A bit over your £15 budget but I assure you it's worth it!
The camera grip accessory has a battery which greatly expands capacity, and helps take better pictures as well. Or get a cheap battery charger pack.

It can charge the 1020 about twice on a full charge, and give you a lot of extended battery life. Battery and drain is the curse pretty much all major smartphones, and none art perfect. But there are really cheap alternatives.

I especially like the fact that it has a microUSB connector built-in so I don't need to carry a cable. But it also has a second full-USB output to accept a typical USB-to-power-adapter cable. I believe it can charge two things at once, too. 5000 mA which may or may not meet your needs. It also charges at 1A and 1.5A (microUSB/full USB outs respectively) so it's pretty fast. It can itself be recharged at 2A, so it behooves you to get a 2A AC charger to refill it quickly as well (at 2A it should take 2.5 hrs to charge from completely dead to full). It's also almost exactly the same size as my phone, so it fits neatly in my pocket next to it.
+1 for a battery pack.
I personally use this one. It's a bit more expensive relative to the other ones, but it comes with a built in cable, you can just use any microUSB cable to charge it, and it's good for two charges on the M7. It's about the size of my Galaxy S3.
