Wolverine by Claremont/Miller is the original and the best -- the first ever Wolverine solo comics. The story is basically continued in the X-Men book From the Ashes, also highly recommended.
I love [Havok & Wolverine: Meltdown (click for link)] (http://www.amazon.com/Wolverine-Meltdown-X-Men-Walter-Simonson/dp/0785110488/ref=sr_1_sc_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1414207327&sr=1-1-spell&keywords=wolverine+meltdwon). Fantastic art.
His first unlimited series is pretty good. I think it sells as Classic Wolverine.
Weapon X by Windsor-Smith is highly rated.
Wolverine Noir was pretty decent, but it's like an alternate universe Wolverine.
I recommend against Origin. One great part of Wolverine's character was his mysterious past. So Origin really ruins an essential aspect of the character.
Wolverine: Meltdown is where he talks to Havok about it if you're interested.
