Red Wing Iron Rangers (Amber Harness) on Amazon, $240.10 shipped -- by far the best deal for your price range. I ordered the same pair two weeks ago and they are flawless.
If you're looking for something a little less clunky (but perhaps slightly lower quality, depending on the application) check out Wolverine 1000 Mile boots in rust. Here's an Amazon link -- looks like $254 shipped. Again, a great deal, but I can't vouch for these ones.
