Ok, so one time when I was younger, I snuck out and attempted to go see the late showing of a movie. I had to walk to the movie theater and it was something like a 45 minute walk. (It was a bad idea all around, but it gets worse.)

I end up getting to the theater too late, the movie had already started. I saw somebody I knew and struck up a conversation to hopefully not make the entire trip a waste. Well, my friend offers to give me a ride home, but I tell him I'll be fine. (Because I was independant, and cool!)

By the time I go to walk back home it was past curfew. I walk back home as carefully as I can but honestly I am scared to death of getting caught. A few cop cars drive by and I hide in ditches. (Hehehe, I figured out how to outsmart them!)

So I keep this up until I am about 15 minutes from home. There must have been a call to the police for something else at this point because multiple cop cars drive by, and I hide in a ditch the entire time. I see the last one leave, and make a run for it. There was a parking lot inbetween me and the next ditch, so I figure I better get across as fast as I can.

Out of nowhere, I see one last cop car in the distance and my stupid insticts kick in....

I get into a fetal position in the parking lot (as if I were in the ditch), hoping the cop wont notice me.

He literally pulls right over, takes me in, I have to call/wake up my parents at 1 AM to come get me.

Why on earth did I do that?

-My item is the Workaholics season 1 and 2 blu ray set. I would like it because I don't have cable or netflix (or anything like that) and so my Dvd's/Blu Rays are the only thing I really get to watch, and its one of my favorite shows.
