You can still get it by purchasing the physical collector's edition which is still on sale on Amazon for example, it's expensive though.
Proof that you get the card back from the physical CE
Collector's Edition is only $100 if you're in Canada, using the .ca site. I can't check battle.net right now, but I'm pretty sure that's significantly MORE than it costs on there. What the heck?
