Wyze cam! The app is free to download and links up with the camera via wifi. I purchased it with the micro SD card because you need it to be able to stream video. It comes with a sticky thing to mount it, too.

Just to build on their point I found some cheap fairly small and low profile that you can install inside and out side your home. Get some evidence and talk to a lawyer also do not go anywhere alone.
