Why are you paying 9.99 for Gold and 9.99 for Game Pass when Game Pass Ultimate only costs 14.99?
Xbox One S All Digital via All Access: $19.99 * 24 = $479.76
Xbox One S All Digital: $249.00 ü Game Pass Ultimate: 14.99 * 24 = $359.76 = $608.76
But I'm pretty sure you can get the Xbox One S All Digital Edition for quite a bit cheaper than $249, especially with Black Friday coming up, so instead of $129 you might be saving a lot less. Various stores already had promotions for the console + several games for under $200 in the past (e.g. Amazon with codes for Minecraft/Fortnite Vbucks+Skins/Sea of Thieves that you can sell if you don't need them anyway)
Personally I wouldn't use a payment plan, I want to actually own the consoles I buy and not be locked into paying a monthly fee - already enough services out there that I have to pay for that add up.

Edit: If you are actually paying for GP and Gold separately you might not have done the "Upgrade to Ultimate for 1$" deal that is still going on (but only for new members). So by buying 2x 12 months of Gold at $59.99 (= $119.98) you can upgrade those 24 months of Gold into 24 months of Game Pass Ultimate for a total of only $120.98, which would be considerably cheaper than the All-Access deal ($249.00 + $120.98 = $369.98 vs $479.76). And again that's just at MSRP, you can get 12 months of Live Gold for cheaper than $59.99 too.
