The built-in keyboard sounds will not transmit through your MIDI connection - you can trigger piano sounds via software, but you may lose some quality and realism (such as the effect of the damper pedal in adding resonance).

One solution would be to use a small mixer with two inputs. You might also be able to use a splitter cable with 1 female and 2 male ends like this.

I'm using this external sound card for my headset/mic setup on my PS3 combined with a headphone splitter and an rca splitter to get both the game sound and voice chat.

That setup should work for you, and you can probably go with a different (read: better) external sound card if you plan on using it for various purposes.

It sounds pretty decent to me, considering PS3 voice chat isn't great, and my friends don't have the best of mics anyway.

Hope that helps!

You could always try buying a 2 male 1 female audio splitter. To make the cords that go into your computers longer you can buy female to male audio extenders for each side.

Not sure how the sound quality will be but I would imagine this should work.

You could use this headphone splitter off amazon.

It allows you to plug it in to both your Headphone and Microphone jacks on your PC from your Apple Earpods enabling the microphone and headphones to work. I did this with skype and it works.

There's a cheap cable you can get from radioshack that converts a single microphone slot to two. It degrades sound slightly, but you can use whatever you want with it.

I'll look for it and when I find it I will post a link.

EDIT: If you are looking at trying to set up two pairs of headphones, use my advice. That is what it is for.

Also, I had troubble with radioshack's website, but they are called something allong the lines of Male to 2 female headphone cables.

I think I found it on amazon for $5.09 (excluding shiping), but it might not be the right one: link.
