I've successfully used a magnetic holder with a rubber case + magnet plate, and this leather case with a built-in plate (this case: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XWU7S5A?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00), and have seen no problems any functionality (Bluetooth, GPS, Wifi, mobile data). I don't use wireless charging or NFC though.
