TL;DR The UK release of DSOD doesn’t have the missing credits song issue, nor does it have ‘dubtitles’ like the US version, so it’s not Konami or 4K Media’s fault–Anchor Bay, the distribution company for the US release, had a similar thing happen with their Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Blu-Ray release.
