There's an actual game called Cards About Matrimony, which some friends of ours used as their guestbook at a recent wedding. It's the same concept but the cards are all love-marriage-relationship themed. At the wedding we attended, guests picked a black-card-white-card combo, signed the card(s) with a message in sharpie, and put the combo into an envelope to keep them together for the couple to read as a set. They planned to incorporate the guest message cards into the regular CAH deck after reading all the combinations.
