With bathrooms I always believe the devil is in the dirty details. Bathroom is a place we go to do hygienic things so it makes a world of a difference to do so in a hygienic place.
-check the base of the toilet bowl and the floor around it. Often layers of dried urine concentrate secretly gather there and make the whole place smell like a urinal
-Clean & polish even things like the toilet paper holder or the towel rack, all the little corners grime gathers
-Get a Mr. Clean magic eraser and remove the scuffs or mold on the walls
-small purchases like a soap dispenser instead of the plastic bottle the soap comes in (try TJ Maxx) help in big ways
