I use these. then cut the velcro into smaller strips. it works well.

I'd probably by some zip tie anchors (should be available at your local hardware store in various sizes) and put those on the back side of the desk frame and use velcro straps to attach wires to those anchors. As long as you keep everything along the backside of that black frame, you won't really be able to see the wires as much.

For the speakers on the shelf. Personally, I'd move them down to the desk, you'll get a better listening experience that way because right now, they aren't only above your head, but they are angled up, so most of the sound is just going into the ceiling. Putting them on the desk would be a more optimal height, and allow you to hide the chords better. If that isn't an option, I'd get slightly longer speaker wire and run both wires straight up the center so you only have 1 line, then once they get behind the shelf, split them off there and run it behind the back edge of the shelf.

multi color gaff is also a great way to keep organized on power especially if you have varying voltages. Lost an older nobel odr1 that way :/

Then get some zipties to put through them and you've got a much more flexible solution than cable runways. You can attach power bars, usb hubs, etc under the desk to really clean things up. If you're mostly wireless you could probably just have one power wire running up to your desk. It looks like a standing desk (I have a similar one) so you can just cable tie things to the leg support and leg and leave enough slack for it to bend the wires when the desk is lowered.

Cable management check my guy. Check these out, helped me with those hanging cables behind my desk too. Also can stick em on the back of your monitor to easily guide your cables down the back to hide em.

My setup is similar. I have jbls with DAC Amp and sit stand desk and monitor and what not. I would recommend moving things in a way that the cables can flow together. I personally like zip ties and adhesive backed tie downs. Once the start and end of cables are place you can unplugthem, coil them, zip em and attach them to the bottom of the desk. You can buy short cables that suit your specific layout too if some are to big. You can route the cables up the leg, coil them under the desk.

For the monitor arm, you can create a slack loop after the point of congestion. First fully extend the monitor taking up all the slack. Zip tie the cable as close to the monitor and then zip tie it close to the base when you put the monitor back from full extension it will have a loop or bit of slack for moving around

Get these, they are self adhesive zip-tie tie down points, but don't use zipties cause they are rather semi permanent and anytime you want to add wires or change positions etc. on your setup you'll have to cut the ziptie. Instead use twist ties so it's temporary and easy to add or remove cables. That should pretty much allow you to route anywhere on your table.

And these adhesive mounting pads! You can find them right next to the zip ties at your hardware store.

You can buy cable coping at Home Depot that you can hide the wires in. You can get them in different colors or paint them. You can also buy brush plates if you’re diy’er and hide the wires behind the drywall. I do that a lot for customers. They also have sticky ziptie straps that you can put on the back of your desk to keep them all hidden and tight. That’s what I did for mine since I’m renting atm.

get some zip ties and little plastic squares with a sticky backing on them. Zip tie mounts. They are made to hold zip ties. They'll be right next to the zip ties in the hardware store. Worked great for me. Done two TVs so far. This way, you don't use the light strip backing and can easily cut the zip ties if you want to move it.

You can use something like this if you dont have where to strap the zip ties on, but it only works for smaller amount of cables as the adhesive is not that strong

Just get some simple adhesive zip tie-downs and use those.
