You can always buy it on CD.
'Have A Drink On Me' and 'Let Me Put My Love Into You', in that order.
Also:
If you get a chance, see them live. It is a lesson in rock and roll. In the meantime get 'AC/DC Live: Collector's Edition'. Perhaps the greatest live recording I've ever heard; if you don't like that, you don't like rock.

It's just called Led Zeppelin..HtWWW was a separate audio only release.
http://www.amazon.com/Led-Zeppelin-Robert-Plant/dp/B00008PX8P
Both are sweet... :)
I haven't listened to many full albums because I'm just getting into the amazing run of singles released in the latter half of the 70s, so if you're looking for a compilation, try No Thanks! for 100 of the necessary stuff. Such a fertile period, masses upon masses of kids playing with matches... to very good results of course.
I also love:
The Clash - London Calling (obvs)
Television - Marquee Moon (does this even count?)
Stooges - Raw Power (PLAY IT FUCKING LOUD)
Gang of Four - Entertainment! (a dance-off at your own personal shame banquet)
Wire - Pink Flag (so complex, "Ramones went to art school" etc.)
Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures (bleak but super groovy)
Buzzcocks - Singles Going Steady (so much fun, but also very sad and lonely)
I remember reading that In The Court Of The Crimson King was mastered on a tape deck with poorly aligned heads, this caused the high frequencies to be messed up. There was some attempt at the time to minimise it. Then one of the original masters got lost for decades.
Robert Fripp finally found it and a digital remaster was released some years back in which they were able to digitally correct most of the issues.
I believe the The Original Master Edition is the first pressing of the digitally remastered CD (code DGM0501) amazon link
It is also coded with the HDCD audio codec which gives higher fidelity audio if played through Windows Media player or CD player/audio player with the correct decoder. wiki
I drove to Denver from SLC to see Coheed on Satruday (after driving from DC > Denver > SLC the weekend before). I got to the venue about 3 hours early and stood in line. The line types were kind of a shit show. The platinum went in fine as scheduled cause there were only 25. When it came to gold, there must have been 60%+ people in the line, so they broke it up into 2 lines at two doors which kind of fucked some of the people who had been waiting a few hours.
Anyway, I was about 10th or so in the 1st entrance and b-lined it to the merch table. I was able to grab a record, then relieved my about-to-burst bladder, then got a drink, and made my way to the front. For the acoustic song, Coheed covered Jimmy Eat World which was fucking awesome. General admission was supposed to come in at 6:30 but didn't make it in 'til 7.
TYS came on and confused the fuck out of me. There were sweeps, then horn solos, then blast beats, constant singing with vocals I couldn't make out whatsoever. I was just scratching my head, watching the clock to wait for Coheed to come on. They weren't bad by any means. Some of them are very musically inclined, but I don't think they know what genre / song style they want. They kind of transitioned from genre to genre, and not seamlessly I might add. Not like BTBAM going from blast beats to African tribal music.
Anyway, I digress. So Coheed came on at about 8:30 and continued to amaze me for the next 2 hours. I never thought I would get to hear IKSSE:3 front to back after I missed the first Neverender. Despite the total neck beard / hot topic convention, the crowd was awesome. A lot of singing, A LOT; which I'm fine with. Coheed was in key and on time and are great showmen. I have seen then probably 10 times over the past decade plus, and this might have been my favorite performance by them. One of the best parts was the light rig. The house lights were ... well, just that, house lights. But the lights that Coheed provided made for an epic night. (I'll attach some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about). They played a few new songs, a few old, and closed with Welcome Home. Overall the long 16 hours of driving was well worth it and I don't think that will be topped for quite some time.

During the commentary, director Adrien Maben, talked about the windy conditions and needing to re-record the vocals. The wind is quite evident in Echoes. There's no way the vocals would be clear. Also, i believe, Adrien Maben shot the footage of the band making DSOTM during this time.
Pink Floyd Live At Pompeii from 1972. Never seen it? Pretty much everyone on this sub would highly recommend.

https://www.amazon.com/Pink-Floyd-Live-Pompeii-Directors/dp/B0000DBJDM (sorry, can only seem to find the director's cut version)
Live at Pompeii was a crazy show. No light show, no fans, just Pink Floyd and crew in a decrepit Roman stadium, jamming the fuck out.
The version of Live at Pompeii with mixed-in interviews and shots of them in the studio made me appreciate all of their work more, probably because it was filmed while they were working on (or talking about) Dark Side. I think it was this:
http://www.amazon.com/Pink-Floyd-Live-Pompeii-Directors/dp/B0000DBJDM
I agree with some of those reviews, though; there's nothing quite like the feeling of the Pompeii show itself, and the director's edits and bonus footage are unnecessary for the original experience.
Never thought of it as an anti-woodstock thing, but I guess that was the idea. Woodstock wouldn't have worked at all in that space, haha; CONSUME ALL THE POMPEII -> Leave blankets and trash.
Pink Floyd, playing a show for the ghosts of Pompeii, in relative isolation. No cheering, no applause, just Rock.
If I ever stumble upon a time machine, this is certainly a stop to make.

David Gilmour's Remember That Night is a pretty cool concert if you haven't seen it.
It makes up the bulk of disc 1 of this package: Led Zeppelin - DVD
Essential purchase for any Led Zeppelin fan.
http://www.amazon.com/Greatest-Hits-II-III-Collection/dp/B00006JIA4
bought that one for my mother 2 years ago. I recommend it if you are going for CD.
I would recommend listening to this compilation and then explore the discographies of whatever bands on it you like the most:
No Thanks! The 70s Punk Rebellion
That covers all the standard essentials of early punk. Here's a couple other favorite comps of mine:
Good Vibrations: The Punk Singles Collection (best punk/powerpop singles from Irish label Good Vibrations)
Killed By Death (obscure 70s/80s punk)
This was from Truckin' Up To Buffalo.
I'd highly recommend the 2009 remaster. Cut by Bernie Grundman from the original analog tapes, supervised by original Doors producer/engineer Bruce Botnick and Electra Records founder Jac Holzman
BEST ALBUM EVER!
Us & Them: Symphonic Pink Floyd
London Philharmonic: Us and Them
I'm a big Pink Floyd fan also, and I love this album. It's not really branching out, but I think you'll like it.
Add this to the pile...Blind Faith cover art NSFW
A Kind of Magic and Innuendo are reissues:

Depends on the Band. [AC/DC Live] ( http://www.amazon.com/AC-DC-Live/dp/B00008BXJJ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1370364710&sr=8-1&keywords=ac+dc+live ) is a LOT better than the studio recordings.
Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd
Thank you for your reply.
Additional question; which is the better version of the debut album, this or this?
I ask since sometimes, people have issues with remasters of certain albums and prefer the original.
Thanks again

There's an official release of that show
I'm in Canada so I don't know if that counts but I would love A Night of Queen!
The Queen item on my wishlist would be this mug as Daenerys is the true Queen of Westeros.
(/u/scandalousblanche did you see this contest yet?)
I love Steven Wilson's King Crimson 5.1 remixes.
Pink Floyd's 30th Anniversary SACD of "Dark Side of the Moon" is the best 5.1 mixed album I've ever heard.
Also, NIN "Downward Spiral" is great.
Something big and flat. The rest depends on personal preference and what type of mouse you have (my laser mouse has difficulty with reflective glossy solid white) Cardboard works, but I use one of these granted, mine was £1 from a charity shop
AC/DC Live
https://www.amazon.com/There-Anybody-Wall-Live-1980-81/dp/B00004SVID
Great Gig in the Sky's voice solo has artifacting even with MP3s. Also symbol crashes chirp in any FFT-based lossy audio compression.
For the best experience - might I recommend DSotM in 5.1? https://www.amazon.com/Dark-Side-Moon-30th-Anniversary/dp/B00008CLOA Comes in SACD and DVD Audio.
James Guthrie remastered it from the original studio tapes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Dark_Side_of_the_Moon He's also remastered several other classics in 5.1 - all excellent.
There are a few notable changes:
- On The Run - footsteps go AROUND you
- Gig in the Sky - "if you can hear, this you're dying" is more audible
- Closing base drum (aka. heart beat) - the dub-over of Beatles Ticket to Ride is no longer audible.

I just got the "Remember That Night" concert Blu-ray from Amazon. I'm going to watch it with friends tonight. From the bits I played so far it looks and sounds amazing.
Spotify premium or tickets to a concert would be most appreciated by me! Vinyl records are also always nice, provided the person giving them has good taste. DVD versions of live shows are awesome gifts: Led Zeppelin's two-disc set) with a bunch of performances is my favorite. I also really love Shut Up and Play the Hits; it's less guitar heavy, but it comes with a documentary about the band's last show as well as the show itself.
What a find. It reminds me of The Beatles Anthology. There are many moments with audio of the interviews during whatever period the series has reached. It's actually mostly done as an "in their own words" style, as I recall. You may have seen it a some point?
Happy Birthday Kramdiw !!
This from your wishlist is Awesome!! and I like the beer pong shirt. Lol. Shirt..

Audio wise, look up the album How the West Was Won. Contains most of the songs on the DVD and is considered its companion piece.
That's true, I didn't even look at the release date on the amazon.com page. I would think the date would be the same, we'll have to wait and see.
Here's a link to the amazon.ca page
Put in track numbers for each disc, disc numbers for the set, and check the box that says "Part of a compilation" for each song. Selecting multiple and editing the common info is your friend.
Edit: Don't forget to put the total number of tracks per disc (x of __) and same for the discs in the set (y of 3).

If The Wall is your jam, Is There Anybody Out There? The Wall Live, 1980-81 is going to blow your mind to bits.
I think it was from the Hammersmith Odeon concert. https://www.amazon.com/Hammersmith-Odeon-London-75-2CD/dp/B000E97X66
The 4 disc compilation box set No Thanks! The 70s Punk Rebellion is an awesome place to start. I was already a little bit into punk, but this set introduced me to what are now some of my favorite bands and artists.
I personally prefer the 2004 'Original Master Edition' mostly because it was the first one I hear. I don't think the 2009 stereo mix really adds much, although it is a somewhat interesting companion piece.
So if you don't yet have a copy of the debut I would recommend this one for sure. Having said that, since the other edition includes the 2004 mix as well as the 2009 one you can't go too far wrong.
The preorder has been taken off the MerchNOW page.
The black double gatefold 180g "Audiofile Edition"(sic) is still available to preorder from Amazon and Amazon Canada.
Here's Anthology
Hammersmith Odeon, London '75 - Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band
I'm glad you guys liked this. Early Led Zeppelin is some of the best stuff ever. I only said downvote away because I figured the hivemind didn't want this kind of metal. For those of you that do, I highly encourage you to watch this.
Introversion: "Brain Damage" by Pink Floyd, off Dark Side of the Moon
Extraversion: "You're The One That I Want" from the Grease soundtrack
Yep, 30th anniversary edition!
Exactly. Great live stuff, but the fantasy footage is awful.
Not to get all Led Zeppelin nerdy on you, but they came out with a 2 DVD set of live sets from different eras of their career that is awesome.
http://www.amazon.com/Led-Zeppelin-Robert-Plant/dp/B00008PX8P
Unfortunately, it's not 8.99 and I don't think they released it in blu-ray.
Upvoting because someone else is honest to admit Phillip Glass is monotonously repetitive.
Nice list BTW !

edit: answer to your question, for me: Led Zeppelin
Not downplaying the grandiose that is Dark Side of the Moon, but you should check out the Us & Them: Symphonic Pink Floyd.
No order;
Battle of Mice - A Day of Nights (easily my favorite female vocalist), Zodiak - Sermons, Tool - Lateralus, Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon, and Deftones - White Pony.
I could keep going though.

The Beatles Anthology.
Edit: Let It Be, for that matter.
Is There Anybody Out There? The best Pink Floyd album. They played The Wall live at the Berlin wall in 1980-81. Think about that for a minute.
I can't narrow down the songs and movies to 5 but I think I can take a stab at the albums. The links go to Amazon. In no particular order...
I could survive on a desert island with these 5 albums and never want for music. I might want a power supply though.
