Hi dude(tte)s, YankeeQuebec here. Welcome to my unofficial lesson on how to engrave your own AR-15 lower receiver. This is not meant to be a comprehensive class, but as a synopsis on just how easy it can be. This is also in hopes that many of you will get some CAD/CAM software, and create the next wave of firearms designs, in hopes of keeping record sales of firearms going higher and higher each year.

To follow along, you can download Fusion 360 here. It's free for students, teachers, hobbyists, and very small businesses.

Head to your local beer store, and search for beer made in California. Lagunitas, Sierra Nevada, Stone, are only some of the offerings, but any beer made with exported Californian water is even sweeter.

If you are not of age, you can still get in on screwing over the extreme freedom hating socialists (aka Reddit admins) in Commiefornia by grabbing some snacks. Don't forget to add the Second Amendment Foundation to Amazon Smile, before you buy anything.

Some tunes to listen to, and some more. For some laughs at how fucking inept Californians are, go here.

Ugh, I get you on not being able to find things. I know I've gotten them at Walmart? Amazon is also usually an option. I know Emerald and Blue Diamond both make them.

Thanks!

To be honest the pie part was an afterthought for me. I'm realizing now, having not yet eaten it, that I forgot to add the artificial sweetener that I was intending to add. I'm way out of the habit of eating any dessert at all, so if it's terrible, I'll just do without.

I looked at several keto pumpkin pie recipes, but none of them were low enough carb for my taste. The crust is a big showstopper (mine has no crust). The one thing I really wish I could had found were the Blue Diamond Pumpkin Spice Almonds that I learned about searching /r/keto for pumpkin pie. If they are coming back this year, they haven't appeared anywhere locally yet.

The green bean casserole was delicious, and I say that as someone who would often name it as his favorite Thanksgiving dish. The standard recipe in my family doesn't contain cheese, so I was curious how that would go. We both agreed that it's a nice spin on an old classic, and would make it again even if I wasn't eating keto. Also, just a note, but I like the texture of "fresh cut" green beans over "french cut" green beans, so that's the only reason I used those.

I have never liked the onions on top, so I didn't mind leaving them out. My wife added hers on the plate. If I wanted them, I'd probably just add them sparingly and count the carbs, as /u/senseandsarcasm suggests.

Pumpkin Spice Almonds Deez nutz are delicious

These help! For some reason the 100 cal packs are $40 on Amazon, but if you figure how many nuts you get in 17.5g it's about 5 carbs. Not a bad amount, and you can avoid the potential disasters that sugar alcohols may cause! These are great too. Some other good travel options are Bone Broth Packets, green olive snack packs, and meat sticks! Of course quest bars are always easy to find! But they're $6 at the airport. I also carry some nuun tablets with me because I'm always stressed and not drinking enough when traveling! But have fun! You got this in the bag!

I wonder if they make an almond version of PB2?

...apparently, there's something similar:

That was really helpful—thanks for typing it all out! I buy my almonds online in bulk but I only go through one cup of almonds every 2 days, here's the kind I use. I use so little I don't mind the expense too much. Feeding a little one this way could get super expensive though! If it makes you feel any better, you also get the lovely byproduct of almond meal, which you can use in all sorts of recipes. The recipe I linked to produces a least a cup of meal, probably more. Not to mention, the taste from homemade milk is much better than the store bought stuff :)

Healthy snacks and walking shoes. I gained 55lbs with my pregnancy and only have 15 more left to lose to get back to pre-preg weight! :)

I shop at Walmart and have been able to find everything I need for the most part. Obviously some walmarts may not carry certain things.

I buy the atkins bars to have on hand in case I get caught unprepared and need something I can eat on the go. However, they're loaded with sugar alcohol, usually maltitol, which has a high glycemic index and can kick you out of ketosis and/or cause you to stall (see 'What about sugar alcohols?' in the FAQ) so I use them sparingly. They also make me feel bloated.

My go-to snacks are string cheese and dark chocolate flavored almonds.
