Fun fact: the Ford GT (2005-2006) uses the same signal and wiper stalk modules that my 2000 Focus ZX3 did :)

I have a 19 sport but really wanted an ex for the extras and couldn't get it in time. Seeing it in my color makes me so jelly. That's a clean whip 🔥
As far as chrome delete goes, here are some links you can use if you want. smoked markers, chrome trim blackout, lug chrome delete, black or carbon handles, this site has stickers for the useless buttons, steering wheel, dash, shifter. I went down a rabbit hole.

This is the one I used. Worked perfectly, took about 20 minutes to install.
If it's the same set up as my '17, all you need is the light kit and the signal stalk with the switch for the fog lights as they are already wired, just not connected.
This is the OEM switch that you have to swap out:
Mazda Genuine BALN-66-122 Fog... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07LCGQGRC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This is the fog kit I bought:
iJDMTOY Complete Set Fog Lights... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018GXA8CM?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
When I had LED bulbs in there the lighting was mostly for looks as there was barely any usable light, but with an HID kit I can see the difference at night as it lights up the sides more than just with the low beams.
If you dont care about the safety feature of a mag switch then you can go with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005W17FRS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have one on my Unisaw. Its still wired into the original mag starter but since its an on-off switch and not a momentary button (like it originally had), the safety feature is rendered useless. Didn't bother me personally

Maybe this will answer all questions, and if so, I want to do this mod.

I've driven all sorts of cars, SUVs, trucks, you name it. Never really had a problem with visibility. These were all LHD cars and I'm blind in my right eye, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
My blind spot is for the most part covered by my mirrors. I would imagine any car could be made workable if you picked up some of those little stick-on convex mirrors, or something similar.
Get one of those small round stick-on automotive blind spot mirrors like this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00029WT08
and put it on an upper corner of your monitor bezel or other area near where you sit so you can easily see behind you.
If you can hold that switch down and it works perfectly fine, this switch is on rock auto for $31.79 or just the switch on amazon here at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075M21FV3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Vry5CbBE2Z51W
Parts List:
A friend and I did the installation ourselves in about 90 minutes (it definitely helps to have an extra set of hands!). Here are the basic steps we followed (refer to this guide for pictures):
Hope this helps!

I was having this problem in my 07 M3 hatch. The problem in the plunger that actuated the button shortens.
Here is a link on a temporary fix. I had to do this about 3 times. It doesn’t fix it forever. I eventually just bought a new switch I’ve linked below.
Here is a good switch that’s cheap it costs like $31. I got it and it works well with sturdy construction.
Edit: a word
There’s a module available that can be used with the OEM hardware. (AutoLoc WC1000 One Touch Up And Down Window Unit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BTQMW0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_x4aWAb522AE7K)
I might give it a try since it’s not too expensive.

I'd hate to have a saw start spinning if I leaned over the table and hit the pedal accidentally, or at any point really.
I use a paddle switch like this:

Put up a mirror. Stick-on convex mirrors are cheap.
Ketofa Generic Auto Headlight... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DQF9B2B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Yeah, thanks for confirming. I've heard that before... I have a friend who has never shut his down (for many years). I guess they're made to run all the time. I planned on putting one of these on the right side of my lathe mounted to the lathe itself: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005W17FRS/ref=s9u_simh_gw_i1
Start off small. Do about 5 minutes of reddit viewing.. document the result. Move up to 10 minutes.. document. Do this for a week and you'll discover the maximum time you can be on reddit without being discovered. There's also Worddit which makes those long office meetings worth while.
These also help for anyone walking behind you: Blindspot mirrors
It looks like with a bit of cleaning and replacing the start stop button with a new start/stop paddle switch you will be all set.
The replacement switch is cheap too: $17 http://www.amazon.com/Woodstock-D4151-220-Volt-Paddle-Switch/dp/B005W17FRS
my suggestion would be to do the door swap, then buy a self-install remote unlock off ebay and wire it up without a PI =)
edit: in fact, the kits that include the actuators are really cheap. ( https://www.amazon.com/Biltek-CX-402-Conversion-Universal-actuators/dp/B0033YECEK )

What I like to do sometimes is find the part on amazon with prime free returns. That way you have it if it on fact is the part, and just send it back if it doesn’t help. Maybe not the most ethical, but if it’s packed up the same and they take returns then you have nothing to loose. Here’s one for 19.99 with free returns.

I used a chinese light labeled 12w, but really only uses 3w tops. The issue Im having is that I cant get it to output 12v from the motor. If youd like to hook up s light to your bike the first thing youll need is the correct cable to go from the motors headlight port. Its right under the dust cover and theres already a few guides on youtube that I followed.
bosch lights
bosch lights 2
I got a little more fancy and used chinese lights off amazon
headlight
tail lights
switch
Theres no wiring list included with any of these so you need to check things with a multimeter before you supply power. Wiring color varies so anything I told you about mine will be different on the one you order.
If I had to do it again Id skip the cheap crappy Chinese lights and get something German, Japanese, or American. The NIP lights are nice, but theres no turn signals or horn. The horn on my light is almost worthless on 6v, but at 12v its a nice feature. Same with brightness of lights, 12v is much better, but the NIP lights are designed for 6v and up. Im still working with my LBS to get the voltage boosted on the output, but right now Im riding it as is.

Just recently fixed 2 of the same problems on my 99. Could be similar fixes or you might have a bad wire somewhere.
I replaced the driver side window switch panel with this to fix the random passenger window not working problem. Easy swap, probably want to get some door panel trim clips too since they like to break when pulling the door panel.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004DK4P5O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also had the whrrr sound from the rear passenger door lock and the power lock usually not work. Replaced the latch/actuator assembly in the door and it solved that problem. Probably best to find that from ebay or a junkyard.
OP I'm telling you buy that switch for the drivers side it will 100% fix the problem I just did it after having the same problem. Only $30...

Mine was messed up when I purchased my unisaw. I'm pretty elecricaly savvy, and after looking into all the parts I needed, contactors, relays, flux capacitors, etc. I just canned it in favor of one of these
Simple, cheap and it works well. You just have to remember, if the power goes out, don't sit on the blade until the power comes back on--or just hit the off switch.
How come no one has said anything about convex mirrors? They're cheap and super effective at eliminating ALL the blind spots.
Try it. Have a friend walk from abeam your passenger door to abeam your driver door, and you'll constantly see him in at least one, and maybe even two mirrors.

I have these in my van and I have zero complaints. They work great and look really good, and they are pretty low profile.

OEM fog light switch (you'll need to cut out the hole or buy the cover raycv93 mentioned):

If you have a 2015 model specifically, you can use an FR-S/BRZ switch that goes next to the rotary light:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2482ZUpE4E
So I was looking into this too, and found this kit on Amazon for 30 bucks. It says it adds remote lock/unlock functionality to all 4 doors. This would not include remote ignition, but that's not a huge priority for me.
I have no idea how this works, so if anyone has installed something like this please let us know what you think.

The soldering contacts eventually let go, it's fairly common. You can re-solder or just pick up a new one.
https://www.amazon.com/Cherokee-1997-2001-Window-Master-Control/dp/B004DK4P5O/
I bought this one. The driver window switch is supposed to be a 4-position switch so you can press it once and let go and the whole window still goes up/down all the way, but that part doesn't function. The switch works fine but you have to hold it the whole time.
I have these on one side of my ac vents on the driver and passenger sides. They arent the greatest, but I can see enough if someone is next to me and I look over my shoulder to see if someone is in my corner panels. They hide when your vents are open.
Not sure they would help you comply with certain local laws as they aren't outside the body of the vehicle but I've yet to be pulled over for not having exterior mirrors.
Whoa... Just found some. Need more designs
