I'll second this and specifically say that I loved the Boon grass rack and stem accessory, and the OXO bottle brush with nipple cleaner & stand. We still use them now in toddlerhood for straws and cups and they're also great for small cooking & baking tools (like frosting tips).

I'd recommend a normal baby sling (like this one)[http://crazyaboutmybaby.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/sling.jpg) for her to hold the baby. Or I've also heard of disabled dads using breastfeeding pillows to help them hold their children (you might have to look around to see what type would work best for your mother-in-law).

I'm not sure about baby bottles. Maybe try to find some sort of bottle strap that she can slip her hand into as well as the bottle.

I can't help you with the sippy cup because I'm still struggling with my boy. But I can help with the holding a bottle.

My son's been holding his bottle since he was about six months. When he was six months old, we got one of these and would put it on his bottles while we would feed him. He started grabbing at it because it's easier to hold than a big round bottle. Then he started giving himself the bottles, with that thing assisting him. Then we stopped using that thing, but he was used to feeding himself so he'd grab the bottle.
