Are you talking about an actual loofah, or a bath sponge/puff? I always find actual loofahs to be too rough.

I have a female version from Eco tools! It's a loofah on one side and a poof on the other! And it even has a handle!

Not the exact item, but definitely looks like a sisal product.

possibly just some of that plastic needlepoint canvas

or the plastic mesh net stuff from bath poufs
If you cut the stitching holding them together you get a million feet of stretchy mesh netting that should let your eggs fall through but not your tetras. I use the stuff for netting down moss to stones.

They make HOB breeding boxes that have this feature built in, however.

I have dry skin all over, scalp has a bit of a buildup problem too but it's no biggie.

What lotion can I use to exfoliate the fastest/best? Have some healing acne and dark skin spots I want to clear out. Right now i'm considering the gold bond rough and bumpy lotion. Also, to help exfoliate, would this type of loofah work to help?

Maybe call the front desk of the hotel and ask?

I’m thinking you have it flipped down, you can put a sponge or natural loofah into it ( https://au.dhgate.com/product/natural-plant-fiber-loofah-bath-brush-bath/477509097.html#s1-4-1;au|798524524 ) or maybe flip it up, put the loop of a puff loofah ( https://www.amazon.com/Loofah-Bath-Sponge-Pastel-Colors/dp/B00SBSTZ22 )into it, and it hangs to dry cleanly and off the wall.

Maybe something for a razor to sit in it and flips up for easy cleaning of the area where the razor sits?

My first thought was bagged soap holder... much like the toothpaste dispenser

Either way, let’s hope it’s not this shocking idea.

Cold Showers... now hear me out this really helps me! And after you bring your self to do this, it will help you as well! While doing a Cold Shower I am too busy humming with clenched teeth and scrubbing down with my Loofah to consider feeling depressed or thinking the typical self loathing thoughts I would otherwise be thinking about if I was taking a hot or warm shower... And then on top of this personal accomplishment that you did it, there are a lot of positive mental and physical effects from cold showers. I believe these other effects are helping my transition and personal stability.

How I do it, first thing is to soap up my Loofah then turn the water full cold and count down from 5 and place just my head looking down into the water. After 30 seconds I scrub and lather in soap. Next is my arms do just one at a time and rub where the water is hitting you with the other hand. Switch arms and then get ready to really hum. Doing your back next and now we start using our Loofah and continue to use it on each area of your body. Moving to your chest next and then to each leg. I rinse out my hair now and the very last thing to be hit with water is my face. By this time I've been a little acclimatized to the cold water and washing my face is doable.

Trying to take a cold shower out of this order is really making the process a lot harder then it otherwise is.

I use this, I place it over the shower head when done and that rinses it off well.
