i think it'll be a 1 disc CD. i can't find anywhere that says it's a double CD and i think they would point that out to make it more special/charge more. on her website it says 16 track CD and not 2 8-track CD's, and on amazon it only says "disc 1" whereas the vinyl has "disc 1" and "disc 2" because it's actually 2 vinyls. if we go by other 16 track albums, for example the 1975's debut album, it's also only 1 disc on cd where the vinyl is a double. obviously it could just be that the information isn't precise enough yet but that would be my guess, sadly.

edit: another factor is that CD's just don't sell very well anymore. they're losing popularity to vinyl. making double CDs is more costly than making a single CD (marginally, but still), and therefore a double CD would also cost more and possibly make less profit. i'm just speculating, i just don't see artists paying very much attention to the cd editions anymore, it's usually the vinyl versions that are special in colour, packaging, etc. because they sell more these days.

If you're talking about this album purchase, I listened to the previews and it's fine.

I'd say your best bet is to just go out and buy the CDs (If you really want to pay for music). Other than that there are other ways to obtain music over the internet..
