I use Dr Bronners for this purpose. Super happy with them, and they come in travel size bottles. Or buy a big one for better value and refill a small bottle.

Donuts are not good it puts pressure in the wrong places. I have 2 tearing story's the most one that just happened was a 2nd degree + labial tear it was very painfull to start with so midwife had a look and said the nots in the stitches were badly done but the stitches were OK, so if you are in a lot of pain in could be something like that. I was told to have at least one bath a day and that helped a lot, then it felt a bit beter then a lot worse I had a small infection I should have realised as I was feeling flulike and strange was given some cream and that helped. 8 weeks on the area is still uncomftable but it is nothing compared to my first when I had a 3rd degree tear and had to be repaired in theatre the healing took a long time and the scar tissue was in issue during sex until I had this one :-( but the rest of the time it was fine. I thound this to be helpful

I have not had a major attack of anxiety in about, idk, 3 years? I have been pretty good about coping strategies and whatnot but the idea of going to a temp agency today for one reason or another set it off big time...I plan to make up for it by doubling down on my online job search, and by going tomorrow morning. Was a good shave and helped take the edge off a few clicks...hopefully this doesn't happen again tomorrow.

Oh my goodness, this thread is beautiful. This whole subreddit made me cry last month when a very gracious individual gifted my family and I the car seat I posted from our baby registry. The number one thing I can think of needing right at the moment would be diaper wipes from my list. We were gifted a box of newborn diapers last month, so the baby probably won’t need to go into Size 1 too soon! I'm really hoping I pop sometime soon, though. My due date is this Friday and I just can't believe it!

The sprays & creams helped, but honestly the ice & baths helped more. Also I used depends for the first week or so which helped cushion the sore parts.

As this just happened to me, if you’ve ever woken up with a cricked/seized neck, include a neck brace. Even the smallest movements that put stress/weight on my neck in the wrong places was pure agony; even walking was making me yearn for the strongest painkillers. I roll and I bought some (apparently) apparently biodegradable filters made by Swan.
I didn’t notice any difference apart from that they were a little harder to pop out the sleeve. The box still came wrapped in plastic though so we’re not there yet.

There's also a nifty ankle holster for a small med kit. It has three slots, one for a TQ, and two which I use for quik clot and an Israeli bandage.

I had the problem of it feeling greasy the day after. I tried the method of over conditioning but it just left it oilier than it started. But most shampoos also dried it out. A shampoo with a good balance I've found is Aveeno Gentle Conditioning Daily Shampoo. Essentially I needed something that would remove the oils but do it gently and this is perfect for that. You have to really work it into your hair to get a good lather, but it's worth it.

It is the best! It has solved like all of the problems I've had with my skin.
heres a picture of it (I've noticed that having pictures of the product I'm looking for can be helpful when I try to find it), and it can be found at most natural food stores. It is kinda spendy (I pay like $4 per bar), but it is so worth it in my opinion.

Also, based on what I've seen on this sub the two kinds I would recommend are unscented baby mild, or lavender. I've never tried anything but those, but I've seen a lot of comments about the other kinds not being as gentle.

i believe lavender oil is just an 'added' ingredient. i'm going to add only witch hazel to mine, then freeze them. i also recently ran across these, but they haven't arrived yet.

Some other tips for you:
- Try taking MSM powder (mixed in with water, work your way up to 15g daily, stop taking at least 8 hours before bed). It really helps me. It shouldn't be an issue with Accutane.
- Take a Zinc supplement if you aren't already (use Labdoor to find a good one).

I have 10 ear piercings including a conch and the most effective thing I've found is straight up pure lavender essential oil. I heal pretty slowly and using a wet qtip (soaked with the oil) and dab all around the piercing. For me this massively reduced swelling, sped up healing, calmed redness and irritation, etc. With my first cartilage piercing (helix), it was very inflamed for about a year(!!) and within hours of putting lavender oil on, it halved in size and has never bothered me again (7 years later). Good luck ^_^

For cleaning, do not use salt water! The pH isn't good.
