the lesson I learned from one specific book was to never base my happiness on the people around me, but that I should try to find it from within, because if I do the prior instead of the latter, I will only end up sad and alone, not fitting in anywhere.

My advice is NEVER worry about anything, until seeing a doctor. Around 2 isn't a terrible time to get a referral to a speech specialist. Also go see your standard Pediatrician, and maybe ask about testing for any hearing issues.

Sometime, a big reason kids have speech delays is because they actually have hearing problems. And sometimes if you catch it early, and they are treatable, they can catch up with children their age on speech development.

Also, sometimes they are just Late Bloomers: https://www.amazon.com/Leo-Late-Bloomer-Robert-Kraus/dp/006443348X

The only person who will help you understand the best coarse of action will be your pediatrician.

Marlboro

I joined the gym back in April and as of Friday I've lost 20ish pounds and gone down 2 shirt sizes! Also I quit smoking in March. I know its tough, the craving is ALWAYS there, but it does diminish over time. I just have never allowed myself to buy a pack. I have hiccuped and bummed a few from friends since March on very stressful days, but never bought a pack. Good luck and you can do eet!
Thanks for the contests
