Complete Beethoven Piano Sonatas, Alfred Brendel
The Haydn sonatas I have (performed by Glenn Gould) are numbered with the Hoboken system (example). Pretty sure that's the only place I've ever seen it used, though.
The British pianist Stephen Hough has recorded a lot of Liszt's works, those recordings come highly recommended from me if you want more Liszt:
