Just looked on Amazon and they have kinda like an all purpose panel that might work, but...theres also this.

You stack all 30 of those mother fuckers together and I don't know if anyone would even attempt to shoot you in the first place. Also it's only 34 dollars that's almost a dollar a clipboard.

Bottom line, you are dangerously low on clipboards.

WhiteCoat Clipboard- Black - Nursing Edition https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GWSII5S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_-a-wDb1XKDEQY

They come in a bunch of different colors.

A folding clipboard for clinical was really popular at my school. The maker is “white coat clipboards” they have a website and also sell on amazon. It comes it lots of colors and has useful information on it. I’d recommend NOT buying the nurse edition as it isn’t very useful info. The medical one is better.

I have the pink one

I've gifted about 5 of the WhiteCoat clipboards to nurses and doctors on my unit. They all use it and it's convenient. Attaching a link (not affiliate or anything).

Whitecoat clip board. I have a foldable version that fits perfectly in scrub pockets and has a quick reference to multiple values and such. Well worth the cost in order to keep my brain in a handy and safe place.

> ATIS code with a circle around it

Exactly.

When getting the ATIS, I set my heading bug to the expected runway, write the ATIS indicator on my pad and circle it, and set the altimeter. I note any crosswinds that need more than a second's though for planning, but normally that's not really an issue.

I really use my clipboard/pen to keep track of fuel tank switches and how many times pilots say "with you" when they check in with ATC.

These are the clipboards I got, and I stick a pilot gel pen in the holder.

Thermals, thermals and thermals - merino wool ones from Aldi or TK Maxx. Couldn't do without them.

I also wear long ski socks in winter that come up over my knees (attractive, I know!).

Torch - LED Lenser. Not linking as it's an old one, but they're good torches. I also bought this to put over it for signalling.

Decent kit bag

My own rubber gloves - ones that fit me and I'm not allergic to (latex allergy).

Earpieces. RocketRadio on Amazon are good for these.

Radar key for disabled toilets. Had a shift where this would have been REALLY useful.

Tyre depth gauge - expensive but worth it.

Individual face masks for CPR on a keyring and have one clipped to my bag and vests and anything else I can clip them to.

I've bought multiple long handcuff keys with clips because they are very handy - as OP said.

Alot of people at my school have these:

https://www.amazon.com/WhiteCoat-Clipboard-Black-Pharmacy-Edition/dp/B00GWU56VU/ref=sr_1_1?s=office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1485562591&sr=1-1&keywords=whitecoat+clipboard+pharmacy+edition

It's really helpful for your clinical rounding, and you could pick her favorite color.

*Edit I put the medical version up originally

[I'm a big fan of this clipboard. Rugged, compact, and even has some useful info. Theres also a few different versions depending on your cert level] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0147EPMFC/ref=crt_ewc_img_dp_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3C1GCBRCH5UKS)

Also this flashlight is great It's small but packs one hell of a punch. And it's very durable.

I am about to go into my level 2s as an OT student and this is the top of my wish list! WhiteCoat makes this awesome clipboard for PTs. Depending on her clinical areas, she would be able to use it as a clipboard and it folds to show charts of assessment areas.

I like the idea of a set. It looks great and it's cool to have it all match.

But.... A lot of the pieces aren't as useful for me. I don't DM or use spell cards. I'd want full size paper to fit in there. (For character sheets and my own random notes.) There's no place to store dice.

I like the ruler and the 3-ring aspect. But overall, the fake leather clipboard binder the plastic storage clipboard that my SO and I use, respectively, serve mostly the same purpose. And my dice fit in the plastic storage clipboard.

I think what I'd really want are full size, quick reference cheat sheets for classes, conditions, spells, etc. So I wouldn't have to open the book all the time. But you can't really do that without upsetting WotC.

Maybe you could add a part that's magnetic. (Like a page in the binder.) And then make magnets for spell slots, HP, conditions, etc. That would be more useful to me. Then I don't have to search for my pencil, erase, and rewrite every time I cast a spell or take damage. That could make your product more special than the individual pieces that already exist. But, my group doesn't play at a table, so that might be less useful for others.

Field damage appraiser/adjuster since 1994 here:

  1. On site on a property claim you'd be taking photos, taking measurements with a tape measure, asking questions about how the damage happened and any steps taken to mitigate further damage after the event. I use one of those brown clipboards but a lot of adjusters "storage clipboards" like this, except usually plastic instead of metal. Property adjusters usually have a car large enough to hold a folding ladder.

Back in the 90's my carrier had me wearing a suit & tie, even climbing on roofs and such. We even wore leather-soled shoes on asphalt roofs and slip-on covers like Cougar Paws to keep from sliding off roofs. Nowadays we wear khaki pants, a light jacket, and light hiking boots/shoes.

  2. A "Multi-line" adjuster is somebody who looks at claims from multiple lines of business, like property, auto, and casualty/injury claims. A "general adjuster" is actually a specific type of property adjuster with a high level of authority. This position is defunct at a lot of companies now but in the 90's it would usually be a property adjuster with 20-30 years of experience who handled really big commercial/homeowner losses. Like stuff so big they may get fewer claims in an average month than you could count on one hand. Most companies have their field claims staff split-up by line of business but a few still have multi-line reps. it is conceivable that one would be assigned a slip & fall at the same time as handling a hurricane damage claim. If I was creating a character for this they'd not be a CAT team member but perhaps the usual local guy who did regular multi-line claims and was helping out the cat team while they were in his area.

  3. In the 90's it would normally take a couple weeks before you'd go look at a claim like somebody being injured by a door. it would take that long to filter through the system. Even for a serious car accident it might be a few days. i was a field casualty adjuster in the 90's and even very serious car and home accidents didn't reach my in-box for at least several days. Sometimes it was months.

Have you looked at the locking storage clipboards, like THIS ONE?

u/masqueradings · 1 pointr/Wishlist

Here it is! And I know right?! I’d been needing a clipboard but I didn’t want something bulky. I didn’t realize these existed til a month ago! Very handy.

We play on couch and coffee table, so also have limited table space, which we have overcome with storage clipboards for character sheets and bead organizers for rolling dice.

u/SayceGards · 1 pointr/nursing

I liked this little dude. Kept my patient notes clean and crisp in my pocket all day, and had some lab values on it if I needed them.
