I would go with a dark colored napkin, maybe get a couple colors to mix and match (which might add a little flair to your tables too). I mention dark because if you're having BBQ, your guests will get messy, and if you want to reuse them, you'll want to hide the potential BBQ stains.

Are these the same red? It's impossible to tell without being in person. What does the fabric feel like? For the tablecloth, what is the texture like? Why are there three of the same image and not a close up? Online shopping can be fine but some things you really just have to look at in person. It's also hard to get a good idea of size sometimes.
Lint free cotton dish towels. I don't like the towels that have nap to them, as I like to avoid things that can get hung up in the tines, and nap can get into the breather hole and be caught between the tines.
