Why yes, I am a bot. I've been requested to comment in this subreddit.
Please let me know if I made a mistake!
Mongo Ft. La Lupe
It's called Afro-Cuban music.
I can't hold back though, this is also my other favorite singer. He's a Colombian artist that created a blend of Valley Colombian Music and mixed it with Pop/Rock. It created a whole freaking new sound that is extremely popular in Colombia and among Latin people.
Carlos Vives
FYI:
Chicha is actually slang for the peruvian version of a broader latin style called "cumbia".
I also love it deeply.
Its kinda hard to find the good stuff, since there is also a newish electronic version of it, thats all you find when you google it,
but there is a compilation called "Cumbia Cumbia" that I consider very good.
Check it out if you want to.
