I worked at a theaterpub and got to work on developing the popcorn process for the theater. The best theater popcorn uses a coconut oil base as the popping fat. You want to use pure coconut oil or get a product like this or this. These products are primarily coconut oil with annatto for coloring, and they are solid at room temperature. They are better than regular oils or butter flavored liquid popping oil because the coconut oil tastes richer and more unctuous.
You also want to get Flavacol popcorn salt. This is a commercial product, and I've never seen it offered in retail, but you can get it from Amazon. Flavacol is a superfine powdered salt with butter flavoring and annatto. It's a finer grind than the popcorn salt sold in grocery stores. When you make popcorn, you add the coconut oil to the pot, heat it up, then add the popcorn and the Flavacol. It sticks to the kernels as they pop, and the popcorn doesn't need to be salted after popping.
Finally, the butter. You can't use just straight melted butter, because the water fraction of the butter will soak into the popcorn and make it soggy. You need to use clarified butter. Melt a pound or so of butter in a pot on the stove, and let it simmer for awhile. You want to let the water underneath the butterfat reduce and boil away, but you don't want to let all of it boil away or the butter will burn. You want to allow the milk sugar in the water to begin to caramelize. This will flavor the butterfat with a wonderful, nutty aroma. Once that happens, let the butter cool, then pour off the fat. Use this clarified butter to butter your popcorn. It won't make the kernels soggy. You can refrigerate any leftover butter tightly sealed for next time.
Once you have butter on the popcorn, you can add flavorings. But anything you use needs to be very finely pulverized. That's why Kraft-style powdered cheese is so popular. Even powdered parmesan cheese like you get in the green can is too coarse to really stick, but you can pulverize it finer in a food processor.
One of my favorite seasonings is bacon, cheese and chive. The bacon needs to be fried crisp and drained well, then frozen before processing. You can't get it quite as fine as parmesan before it balls up, but you can get it close enough. Then pulverize some good parmesan, Reggiano or Grana Padana. Mix together the bacon and parmesan with some Kraft-style powdered cheese, dehydrated chives, black pepper, cayenne and a hint of garlic powder to taste. You can add a little cornstarch to this mixture to keep it from clumping.

If you like popcorn, you should try mushroom popcorn which pops up rounder. It's not my personal favorite, but it's used by lots of kettle corn companies, and the shape is distinctive.
Here's a good recipe for butter toffee popcorn. It's better than caramel corn, because butter, and the candy coating is more crispy. This recipe includes peanuts, so it's like Cracker Jack, only better. I've made this with alder smoked salt and toasted chopped almonds/pecans instead of peanuts, and it's a big hit. Sort of like smokehouse almonds with caramel corn.
I ordered This from Amazon but was shipped THIS
After looking at price difference I almost though about keeping it.
No problems from the wife after 3 years. She does get them when she's on antibiotics, so that's kind of weird coconut oil isn't doing anything.
I use this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DS842HS
Maybe it's the refined that does it?
Buy an oil sprayer like this and then fill it with liquid coconut oil.
uh.... no.... There is more to it than that.
1st most restaurants don't use butter they use a buttery oil like whirl or similar. It tastes totally different and is the restaurant flavor people are talking about. You can't even buy this stuff in the store (why i don't know) This is the "secret sauce" most people don't know about. It's normally used on all grilled buns and stuff like mushrooms and veggies or anything cooked on a flat top. Ask someone who works there and they will tell you all about the buttery oil.. (ps.. that stuff with crushed garlic is amazing.) Is this stuff healthy .. oh hell no. lol
2nd to have your stuff taste like a restaurant more so than even the butter oil they use it's almost about thinking how a cook would. What's that mean... Being busy and not giving a dam half the time. How do they get that char? .. they have a really hot surface thats already been on then throw the item on it and do something else. Most home cooks basically touch the food to much. They get to mixing and stuff when in reality you just let it sit there and toss it maybe once or twice. It's a really nasty habit to break when your cooking for your self.
TL;DR
So .. if you want your food to taste like most food joints. .. get you some whirl and stop moving your food around when you cook it.
Gold Plum is highly recommended https://www.amazon.com/Gold-Plum-Chinkiang-Vinegar-18-6/dp/B00BUIKGU0
Here's the short and dirty list:
That's the quick run down. It's a blast to do, and a helluva lot cheaper than buying at your local B&M! The up-front cost is a little steep, but for about $100 you can get to making some great juice.
I suggest getting something like this. Some type of chili oil is great to use in ramen, so if you're looking for something to add I suggest it.
1.Product
Why did you pick Coconut Oil? While it does all the things you mention, it has safer alternatives that are just as good. Mainly Coconut Oil is comedogenic (https://www.beneficialbotanicals.com/facts-figures/comedogenic-rating.html), high rate of clogging skin pores, and generally can cause more problems to skin than solve for some people. Most suggested oils from /r/SkincareAddiction are: Jojoba Oil (but also is a little comedogenic), Neem Oil, Hemp Oil (0 comedogenic). All these oils also have moisturizing, anti inflammatory, anti redness, etc.. benefits.
2.Price
1 ounce for 14$ at your shop, or something off Amazon, 16 ounces for 8 bucks. Yes, a cooking oil can be used topically, it's the same.
3."Uses of Oil", some sentences have words like "seem" which sounds like you guys don't even know about the product. Anti-Cancer, sounds so fishy, don't think there's enough evidence for that. Generally refine the page, also add more content, coconut oil can do much more. Anti-inflammatory, don't think main usage will be against bug bites, but more commonly skin redness, acne, etc.
Then the "How to use coconut oil" section, either remove it at all or rewrite with some actual guides, how to store (because it starts melting at around 24 celsius degrees), etc.
Weezie speaks the truth. Buy This
Here's a cleaning video to give you an idea of what you will need.
I recommend Randy's or Zen stiff bristle pipe cleaners because fluffy ones will leave little "fuzzies" in your Pax. You can pick these up at your local head shop.
Mr. Clean Magic Erasers do wonders for getting your oven looking new again. You cut a piece off of the magic eraser, stick a toothpick in it, and move it around inside the oven and it will remove a lot of stuck on residue.
When cleaning, DO NOT GET ANY ALCOHOL ON THE TEMP BUTTON! Your Pax will die because of it.
I don't think a finishing grinder is necessary. Especially for another 40 bucks. I use a 4 piece and that's fine.
Pick up some metal pipe screens. Stainless or brass work fine. You will use them as seen in this video. I highly recommend this guys method. I use 2 screens staggered on top of each other though, because one isn't quite wide enough to fit the width of the
bowloven. Loading a fullbowloven is completely too much bud. I'm a heavy user and loading it halfway is perfect for me. If you load it full, you'll burn the bottom half of thebowloven and the top half will be left green. Then you'll have to stir it. Then you're left with green weed mixed with cooked weed and it diminishes the taste. I'd rather just cook a halfbowloven completely and then reload it. I much prefer a freshbowloven compared to a half cooked one. Plus, a wholebowloven is a lot to finish in one session. I promise.Only other thing I'd recommend is a portable container to go along with your Pax so you can load it on the go.
Edit: Oven, not bowl. I still think I'm smoking a bong.
Edit 2: You're also going to want something to pack your weed down with and stir with. When I'm on the go, I use my swiss army knife. When I'm at home I just use a pencil eraser. They say you can use the oven lid to pack it but I've heard of people melting their lid by doing it when the oven is hot. So I'd advise against it.
Edit 3: Your Pax should come with lubricant. If it doesn't, contact Ploom and have them send it to you. Though the packets are a bitch to deal with.
You can buy the same stuff (propylene glycol) on Amazon and get a lot more of it (even though you won't need hardly any) while having it in a solid container, not a paper packet.I'm telling you this because you will get your Pax. And you will use it for anywhere from 3-10 times. And then you will notice that your mouthpiece is sticking. And then you will notice that the light on the front doesn't turn purple (heating up) but rather goes straight to the color of the temp setting. You will then proceed to come ask /r/paxploom the same question that has been asked many of times already on here by a number of other Pax owners.
The light issue is due to residue buildup. The lubricant helps prevent buildup and helps keep your mouthpiece functioning smoothly. I just put a bit of lubricant on a toothpick and then proceed to put it on the mouthpiece. It doesn't take very much to go a long way.
Also, never lay your Pax sideways. Always sit it upright. Especially when it's hot or warm. Leaving it upright assures that no residue will run down to the mouthpiece and cause the sticking issue.
Edit 4: On the advice of others, don't use Propylene Glycol. It can void your warranty. Just to be safe, I'd use their "approved lubricant." The "don't use anything other than our approved lubricant" has been a response to people asking whether they can use, Astroglide, WD-40, and other substances. Which for one, isn't safe for your health, and two, will leave long lasting residue.
To anyone looking to up their skincare, I highly suggest the line from Baxter of California. Been using the face wash, toner, moisturizer, night cream AHA, and facial scrub for a few weeks now and it's great.
Also, I recommend doing a weekly clay mask. Get some calcium bentonite clay and mix with equal parts raw apple cider vinegar and let dry for 15-20 min. Wash off. Have glorious skin.
And in regards to cologne: Tom Ford Private Blend. You won't regret it.
I get a quart (32 oz) from Amazon for about 12 bucks, 6 oz for 6 bucks isn't quite as attractive in that light.
Of course!
I mix 1/4 food grade glycerin with 3/4 thayer's toner. I mix up the bottle, and mist it over my face after makeup is done. I use these bottles which have a pretty soft mist for the face, but since the sale happened I figured I would move the operation to a Fix + bottle once it's emptied :)
I wrote up a one page guide for someone who wanted to wanted to try prostate massage with her husband. I've included it below. I should point out that the cleansing part is totally optional. If she doesn't care about getting a fleck of poop on her finger, or you get the suggested Nitrile exam gloves, then I wouldn't bother with it. Feel free to ask questions here or via PM if you'd like.
First, a few words about human anatomy and physiology...
If your guy has no anal play experience, he needs to learn to relax his anus so that you can get a finger or toy in there without pain. Secondly, once you are able to get past his anus, he will very likely feel conflicting sensations of pleasure and the need to defecate. So, a little work needs to be done before the fun can really begin.
The human anus is actually comprised of two circular muscles, or sphincters. The outer sphincter you have voluntary control of. However, you do not have voluntary control of your inner sphincter because it is controlled by the autonomic nervous system, which unconsciously controls other bodily functions like heart rate. This arrangement is a very clever fault-tolerant mechanism to reliably control defecation.
So, while he can control his outer sphincter, gaining control of the inner sphincter will take a bit of training. Initially, his body will associate sensations from the inner sphincter with the need to defecate, so he will need to train himself to also associate these sensations with pleasure through relaxation and arousal before you can attempt any kind of penetration. A good way to do this is with a small silicone butt plug, some really good water-based (i.e., not silicone based) lube and some time and patience.
With butt plug and lube on-hand, start by lubing up his anus and the butt plug, then use gentle but constant pressure to slowly insert the butt-plug past his anus and into his rectum. Again, he needs to be very relaxed and preferably aroused before you'll be able to get the butt plug in without experiencing pain. It's probably best to attempt this while he receives a hand job and/or blow job. Once you get it in, he may very well feel like he needs to defecate. As I mentioned above, this is totally normal, so it's always best to do this within a few hours after he last pooped. This way he'll know that these feelings are false and can just power through them. Once the butt plug is in, just leave it there and continue to keep him aroused. It may very well take multiple sessions before he is comfortable with the butt plug inserted and starts to feel pleasure. This is the time and patience part of the training.
A word of caution: this can, and should be done without any pain. If he feels any pain, stop whatever you're doing and reassess the situation. While there is a great deal of opportunity for pleasure with anal play, there is also a chance that it will be painful for him, or worse, cause some damage to some very delicate tissue. So, go slow and make sure you know what you're doing before proceeding.
Early Preparation:
Pre-fun Preparation:
Now for the fun part:
Some of my favorites, off the top of my head:
• La Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp. It's a salty condiment that's ridiculously addictive:
https://www.tastecooking.com/cult-spicy-chile-crisp/
• Chinese sausage have a unique sweet flavor from rice wine or sorghum wine. Slice them into little coins and add to a stir-fry. Many varieties are available (some are all pork and some contain added pork liver or chicken.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_sausage
• Red dragonfruit, if they have them (most dragonfruit are pink on the outside, and boring white on the inside; sometimes you can find ones that are red on the inside, and I like those much better. The market will label them somehow if they're the more expensive red-centered ones.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitaya
• Pork floss ("pork sung"; this is dried shredded barbecued pork, used as a topping for some comfort foods such as congee. It tastes a bit like bacon, but they have the texture of cotton candy.)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rousong
• Japanese curry bricks are a great shortcut to making Japanese-style curry. All you need to add are meat, vegetables, and water. S&B Golden Curry is a good first choice for beginners, but there are many other varieties available.
https://www.sbfoods-worldwide.com/recipes/010.html
• Thai curry paste combined with coconut milk makes Thai-style curry. Many varieties are available; if you're new, I suggest starting with a tiny can of Maesri brand "karee" (yellow curry) flavor, combined with 1 can of coconut milk.
https://importfood.com/products/thai-curry-paste/item/karee-curry-paste
• Koon Chun brand Black and Double Black soy sauce are variations of dark soy sauce with molasses added for extra sweetness and color, but not thickened the way some other compounded soy sauces are. Sometimes I substitute Koon Chun's black soy for dark soy sauce in recipes.
https://www.amazon.ca/Koon-Chun-Double-Black-Sauce/dp/B00012OI0U
• Chinkiang black vinegar (many brands are available) is tangy and is what makes good hot & sour soup brown. It's essential for many Chinese recipes (balsamic vinegar is sometimes used as a substitute.)
https://www.amazon.com/Gold-Plum-Chinkiang-Vinegar-18-6/dp/B00BUIKGU0
• A bag of MSG crystals! You will likely never use all of that one-pound bag but it's something cheap that you can experiment with.
https://www.amazon.ca/Ajinomoto-Monosodium-Glutamate-Umami-Seasoning/dp/B00IH28XDE
• dried shiitake mushrooms. Shiitakes are considered an expensive, exotic item in Western cuisine, but in Asian cuisine they're just the regular mushrooms, and quite affordable if you buy them dried. You have to soak them in hot water (and then trim off the stem) before using them.
https://www.taste.com.au/quick-easy/articles/how-to-prepare-dried-shiitake-mushrooms/8jwnrwwb
• frozen gyoza imported from Japan (Shirakiku and Ajinomoto are the two big Japanese frozen food brands.) Many flavors are available. They're some of my favorite snack foods, though cooking them can be a little bit of a scary experience due to hot oil. Make a basic dumpling sauce by mixing the black soy sauce (above) with a little of the black vinegar (above)!
https://www.amazon.com/Ajinomoto-Chicken-Gyoza-Dumplings-Frozen/dp/B013H9M9YA
https://www.japaneseflavours.com/recipes/16_yaki-gyoza-pan-fried-how-to-cook-frozen-gyoza
...if you prefer chewier dumplings, the store will also have a wide variety of Chinese frozen potstickers (in the northeastern US you may hear them called "Peking Ravioli".) They have a thicker pastry.
Empties:
Purchases
TL;DR: I'm sorry this is so long. I buy and try a lot of things.
I use Aztec Clay mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar! I'm guessing there was something added to the mask you used that was what broke you out. Clay masks shouldn’t normally cause break outs

There are likely others/other suggestions for brands, but this is what I regularly supplement with. I know many PMR feeders will avoid plant based products, but I don't mind them so much for supplementation.
USP grade glycerin i.e. VG from any pharmacy.
I'm a vaper, (electronic cigarette user). The "e-juice", that is vaporized is typically made of glycerin, propylene glycol, (which is NOT the poisonous antifreeze one, that's ethylene glycol), flavoring, and nicotine.
I make my own juice, cuz it's about 10x cheaper. I'm also sensitive to glycol, so I just use glycerin, flavorings, and nicotine. I bought the glycerin on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/
You can also just get popcorn oil, flavacol, and any popcorn kernels and it will taste great. You just need a popcorn machine or a whirlypop.
Tips.
On that starter kit you mentioned... It's fine, but it isn't the best route if you think you might stick with this.
First up, read up on mixing by weight. /u/Botboy141 has a fantastic write up on it. It ends up being cheaper and faster long term versus mixing with syringes. Take into account that you should use different syringes for each flavor and you'll have to clean them after use... The cleaning murders the time mixing and that kit doesn't have many syringes, so you'll be cleaning a lot.
A break down for you on mixing by weight... It isn't 100% I'd bet, but it should be close enough.
Scale: 16.99 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0012TEQMG - this is the one I have, but the auto shut off is a friggin annoyance. Pick up the one Botboy141 recommends for the extra 14 or so dollars. So let's go with 30
Pipettes: 10.00 for 500 1ml. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005CD2I50
10 for 200 3ml (you can probably find a better price) - http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005IQTSE0
Dispensing bottles x2: 7.00 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00B5139AG
Pg: 13.00 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005F5OJG6
Vg: 13.00 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004C7MTLA
Nicotine: 100mg/120ml 19.00 http://www.nudenicotine.com/product/500ml-100mgml-100-pg-nicotine-base-for-mixing-only/ 50 30ml ldpe bottles: 11.00 http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00F098JJA
$113, call it 130 with some shipping here and there.
Now add flavors, assuming you get 50 bucks of 8ml vials from wizard labs and you're running closer to 200. This will get you a good bunch of juice and the next time around you'll probably get 4oz bottles of your favorite flavors and maybe some more pg vg nic and possibly pipettes. It's worth the money, but syringes will be cheaper up start costs. You'd probably save about 70 bucks to start, but it'll cost you in frustration and time, which isn't worth the pain from all I remember with them.
Edit: I say wizard only because of the sample size of the vials... You can use bull city, tfa and lorann direct for 4oz and up on a bunch, or any other vendor really. But 50 in wizard with shipping will probably get you 25 or 30 vials.
Syringes will take away the scale and dispensing bottles and pipettes, so 60 bucks actually, and you'll add about 30 back in a bunch of 1ml, a few 3 or 5 and a couple of 10 for pg/vg and14ga blunt needles.
Hopefully that helps a bit. I can reformat it later on the computer if need be.
I definitely think if you stopped in January, with beginning to try in May, your system should be clear.
I like to do a natural detox about everything 3 months (when the seasons change), for 3-5 days. You could add several different types of detoxing after you quit smoking to really, really clean up.
I add a spoonful each of bentonite and psyllium husk to a glass of cranberry juice. (It can be any juice, but cranberry is strong - to mask out weird tastes - and it's known for being "good" for feminine issues. And I love the taste.) It's super sugary though, and cutting sugars is a good part of a detoxing, so I'd water it down. Mix everything up well with a spoon, and drink up.
You could also add Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) into your life, if you haven't be acquainted already. It's amazing.
It's can be crazy disgusting at first, but the results are wild. It will absolutely impact your:
It's recommended before you eat in the morning and/or afternoon. A shot every morning will start to make changes within a day. Do half a shot to start, mixed with water. You'll want a chaser of at least more water, if not something juice to get that taste out of your mouth.
I used to do this as part of a healthy weight loss plan. It helped with my appetite and digestion, and honestly gave me a lot of diarrhea. I realized I was just taking too much, so cut back, and it now really helps if I'm ever constipated. You will likely really want natural and safe ways to help with constipation with your preggers. You will likely be crazy constipated often.
Lastly, a actual "detox" kit is always good. These are my 2 favorites, but there are more out there that are good. Inner Cleanse is the cheaper (1/2 the cost), and it's gentle. Like ACV, it can cause diarrhea. Read and follow the directions.
The other one is Raw Cleanse. It's more complicated and I found it pretty gross, but if you can stomach the process (or find a middle ground with it, like adding juice), it's quite effective. Both of these kits are different, but their ingredients have detoxing elements that nothing else so far has offered.
Also, I recommend drinking kombucha at least weekly. IMHO, this is one of the best brands for kombucha (besides locally made goodness). There are a few other brands that are good, but watch our for the sugar.
So, if it's not apparent by now, all of these detoxing, in some way, stimulate you to ultimately poop a lot. Trying all these different ways of detoxing will not only detox you up, but you can find one detox that you prefer, and then do that one occasionally. I do a super big detox, as in all the things described above combined, maybe every 18. mos - 2 years, and then just one of those (cranberry juice blend or detox pills) every ~3 months.
Hope this helps! Congrats on planning a family. <3
Cavender's sounds great on popcorn. I'll have to try that. I tend to like it prepared movie theater style - coconut oil, flavacol and fake butter. Cooked in a aluminum bowl with aluminum foil over the top and holes punched in the foil to let the steam escape.
This way is pretty good too....

Yep.
It's from Essential Depot. It's by far the best out of the three I have tried.

Big ups to my friend Ren, who is the single hardcorest Yurucamp fan I know, for providing advice and involving a friend of hers who made this for their own Yurucamp re-enactment last winter. Original recipe: https://cookpad.com/recipe/5012229
I hate it when recipe bloggers do their life story before the recipe. Here's what you came for, extra info follows thereafter. Amazon links to harder-to-find goods included, but you can find this stuff at any decent Asian market. All I'm going to say is that if you like cooking and you like Yurucamp, you absolutely have to try this before you die.

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp (or more) chili garlic oil/chili oil/rayu/etc.
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1" peeled fresh ginger, minced (or if you have it, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste)
1/4 lb ground pork (we omitted this due to medical dietary concerns)
1 tbsp doubanjiang (You can double this if you like it really spicy
1 1/4 cups cold water
1/4 pound tofu, cut into 1/2" cubes (doesn't have to be perfect)
4 tbsp goma shabu/sesame dipping sauce (If you understandably don't want to pay $20 for this, you can make it yourself - this looks like it's easy enough to do using tahini as a base)
2 packets miso ramen flavoring from ramen packets (if you can get it from a local Asian market, get the kind that comes with the fresh [not freeze-dried] noodles so you can cook the noodles in the broth, otherwise substitute with 2 tbsp white miso paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and a little bit of sake or dry white wine)
1 tsp chicken bouillon/stock powder (I use and highly recommend Better than Bouillon paste, it's lower in sodium and lasts forever in the fridge)
4 leaves Napa cabbage, thick white parts cut out from the leaves
A handful of bean sprouts
Fresh mushrooms (We usually use enoki and shitake, but if you don't have access to those, regular button mushrooms or baby bella will work fine)
Scallions, sliced into 3" sections (Don't use leeks, they're not the same, but if you can get access to Tokyo negi/naga negi, that's the real stuff)
Pork gyoza or similar potstickers, thawed to room temperature or fresh and not frozen (as many as you can fit around the rim)

This can't be beat served in a nabe pot over a portable gas burner, family-style, but you can easily just do this in a normal pot. I doubled the recipe to feed four people, and used some different toppings/ingredients. It scales up well, just make sure you don't go over the rim of your pot.
In terms of quantity of toppings, ;ess is more, and I found this out the hard way. Don't overload with everything, you can easily just use half of what you prep and add more to cook after everyone takes their first share. Also, the dumplings tend to fall apart if cooked too long, so go for them first.
Also the Shimarin scooter figure is getting made, erryone get hype

Put shoe trees in them whenever they're not in use. Don't wear them everyday. Let them sit with shoe trees in for a day after you wear them before wearing them again.
Once a month, maybe once every 3 months, do this: Wipe shoes down with damp cloth, apply conditioner, let sit for a while. If you're happy with how they look, you're done! If you're not, apply the venetian shoe cream or coconut oil. Rub in until it's got the kind of shine you want.
If you want to get more serious, check the r/goodyearwelt leather care guide.

TL;DR if you can find carrington farms LIQUID coconut oil (they sell it at many Walmarts) that'll work, otherwise use canola, olive or whatever other oil you have.

I see that it says it's for cooking, so I want to make sure I'm not looking at the wrong stuff (though one picture of the back label does mention skin car).
Do you guys have any brand recommendations?
If you've only tried virgin coconut oil (which is most of what you'll find in stores) you'll probably be surprised by some refined coconut oil. I get [this stuff]
(https://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Organic-Coconut-Refined-Ounce/dp/B01766NTU8?th=1) although it's a little cheaper if you buy it in store at Costco ($20 I think.)
It doesn't taste or smell of coconut at all.
My general rule is to try not to exceed a dollar a pound for food, but of course there are some exceptions. And stockpile when prices are good - it's really hard to switch all at once to a new diet on a budget, because you end up having to pay full retail costs for everything. Once you start stocking up though, the costs keep dropping as more and more of what you eat comes from deals you found.
A couple months ago, I got a gallon of organic coconut oil on sale for $17.50, free shipping with amazon prime. I see it's gone up some, now it's $23.39. Looking at the site, I see that's the price for 1 gallon, but if you get two gallons, it's $247. (WTF?) It's not virgin, but if you're okay with coconut oil that's slept around a bit, it's a good deal.

I make my own yogurt, so it's just the cost of milk, $1.99 per gallon give or take. Once you start making it, you can share in the collective outrage of DIY yogurt people at the $1 per 5-6 oz price stores charge for milk, just because they let it ferment for a day.
A few years back, chia seeds were $10 for a 1 pound jar at walgreens in a black friday deal, but you also got $10 in store credit when you bought them, so kindasorta free. The same week they had some other items that were ten dollars, but free after store credit too. We have approximately 50,000 walgreens within biking distance of my house, I just pedaled from one to another flipping the deals back and forth, and stockpiled the chia seeds, gave some to my daughter, and the rest haven't gone off yet. They seem to last a long time. :)
Flax seeds I stocked on up when they were $1.29 a pound in a manager's special.
Hummus - I buy dried chickpeas and make my own, so it's maybe 50 cents for a pound of hummus after you add in some other ingredients.
This week campari tomatoes are free at meijer after using a coupon so I got two pounds.
Generally, for fruits, vegetables, and chicken and pork I try to stick to $1 a pound. Sometimes for beef I go up to $2 a pound.
I've stopped eating shrimp because of contamination concerns: http://www.foodsafetynews.com/2015/04/consumer-reports-tests-find-60-percent-of-frozen-shrimp-contaminated-with-bacteria/#.WRDftuXytPY
I do have a case of tilapia (10 lb box) in my freezer that I bought at $1.69 a pound at an arabic market, which might be just as unclean as shrimp though.
It's not that expensive if you buy it on Amazon: 54oz tub for $24
Amazon
Coconut oil or go to Costco (if they are in your are) and get a huge tub if you want to do full body massages frequently.
I just use a tiny dot of coconut oil and rub it on my fingers until they are just barely shiny, then once my ends are dry, I lightly toss around my ends in my fingers. It's soooo easy to go overboard with coconut oil. And yea, what Mechiko said, you will want to cry trying to get the stuff out with traditional no-poo techniques. :/
Also, this is the oil I use, I usually use 1 tub for cooking and 1 tub for beauty reasons. I've gone through 3 tubs for cooking so far, but my beauty tub is still 90% full and I've been using it for almost a year now. Totally worth the buy! http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Organic-Virgin-Coconut-15-Ounce/dp/B001EO5Q64/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1368810656&sr=8-2&keywords=coconut+oil
Personally I'd spring for THIS STUFF instead.
It might be safe, but it might not be. That's why we buy USP grade. You know what you're getting.
Buy this
Super simple, although you do need an ice cream maker.
DO NOT OVERBLEND THIS OR IT WILL SEPARATE INTO BUTTER!! Blend it on the lowest setting your blender has.
Into a blender put the following:
3 scoops of zero carb isopure (this is where much of your flavor and nutrition come from, any flavor works)
2 pints of heavy cream
1 pint of Kalifa Farms 0 Carb unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons of Liquid Splenda You can also use liquid stevia or another liquid 0 carb sweetener.
2 TBSP Food Grade Glycerine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract if you are using vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, toasted coconut, or any of other cream flavors. For fruit flavors like Alpine Punch exclude this.
Run this all through your ice cream maker, put it into the freezer overnight, and you're good to go.
Amazon has been where I have been getting my vg, almost done with my 7th liter. awesome quality and decent price. also the 2 free day shipping is awesome I have 2 gallons on the way and still ordered an extra liter off amazon the next day just in case i run out of vg today (amazon vg arriving today :D ) so i can fulfill all my weekend orders.
Candy cane is basically straight peppermint isn't it? found a candy cane flavor anyways haven't used it, but FW has some pretty decent flavors in their selection.
There are a few companies with straight pina colada flavoring, but out of them all, I have really started to love Inawera, as every single flavoring i have ordered of theirs has been top notch. Starting to become my new fav vendor, i just hate the bottles can be semi leaky (had them leak a slight bit once during shipping, was no problem, not much wasted, just got it all over my fingers). I still haven't had time to test out "peanuts" yet, but every other INW flavor i have is simply amazing and each one has made it into some very solid recipes of mine. Link to the INW pina colada watch out tho, as they have super concentrated flavorings and some only require less than 1% to hit where i think they taste great. over flavor and you will mute the flavor or create harshness. Try it at 0.5% and move up from there. My guess is for it as a single flavor, it might need to be bumped up to over 1%, but start out low first, then work your way up.
Flavor links are from BCV, which is an awesome company. RTS vapes is about a 10 min drive from me (can't go pick up tho, which sucks) and it only takes a day to ship to me, but sometimes they take a few days to process and also they don't have the nice selection of different vendors like bcv does.
Just realized the candy cane is outta stock at bcv, my bad, but they re stock flavors pretty quick. maybe check out here also since they have candy cane in stock. they also carry most other brands, so a pina colada flavor should be no problem, once again i would reccomend INW even tho ive never tried their pina colada. just some top notch shit they have. Be warnerned tho, it was my first time ordering from them this past weekend, so i dont know how fast they ship or anything. Also, they had a pretty massive sale (40% off) this weekend so that might make processing happen a lil slower than normal. link to inw pina colada on ecigexpress
just don't load up on tons of flavors without meeting the minimum requirement for free shipping. the more stuff ya get, generally the more shipping will be if you dont qualify for free shipping. i hope this helped, happy mixing!

Your choice of CBD
All right here goes. I adapted the oil recipe from an old post on /r/treedibles by a guy who claimed to be a biochemistry student. I had it saved but it looks like it may have been deleted because I can't find it anymore.
Anyhoozle...
Ingredients:
I used just enough coconut oil to cover the AVB/trim mixture, with about 1/2cm extra oil on top. If I remember correctly it came out to somewhere between 1.25-1.5 cups. My suggestion is to add just enough to cover your cannabis, then round up to the easiest fraction for baking (i.e. if you add a little less than a full cup of oil, add the rest of the cup so it's easier to make the brownies.)
Tools:
Steps:
1. Decarboxylation
Note: If you're using AVB, you can skip this step. The vaping process took care of it for you, albeit at a loss of potency.
A lot of people don't decarb before making oil, thinking that the heat from cooking the oil will accomplish the same thing, but that is not the case. When you are decarboxylating, you are converting THCa to THC. THCa is found in much larger portions in raw cannabis, and is far less psychoactive than THC. That's why eating straight nugs won't accomplish anything unless you eat a huge amount. When you decarb, you are converting the carboxyl (COOH) group on THCa into carbon dioxide and water, which are released into the air. That's why sometimes you'll see decarbing referred to as "drying," although that's not quite accurate. Carboxyl groups are released at a much lower rate in the oil, so you won't get the most out of your oil unless you decarboxylate beforehand.
First, preheat the oven to 225°F. If you're using whole nugs, either break them into smaller pieces or grind them in your grinder. Spread the cannabis evenly in your oven-safe dish, cover it with foil, and put it on the sheet pan for ease of removal. Put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool for ten minutes or so.
2. Grinding
Take your time with this step. The finer the consistency, the more effectively the THC will be absorbed by the oil. Be prepared, there will be powder in every nook and cranny in your coffee grinder. Take your time and get all of that powder out with the brush. There's no reason to waste cannabis because you're too lazy to get it all out. My ground cannabis was kind of clumpy, but the clumps will dissolve when you put it in the oil.
3. Adding the Oil
After getting the powder into your oven-safe dish, it's time to add the oil. As I said before, you just have to add enough oil to cover all of the powder with at least 1/2 cm extra. If you want to add a lot more, that's fine, you'll have to eat more of the finished product. If you're using the lecithin, the ratio is about 3/4 tsp lecithin for every 1 tbsp of oil (1 cup=16 tbsp).
4. Cooking
Now comes the long part. Put the dish in your crockpot on low (or the oven) for 3 hours. Keep in mind that crockpots and ovens take a little while to get up to temperature, so I recommend you turn them on while you're grinding. Keep the lid on your crock pot or, if you're using the oven, keep the door closed the whole time. Every time you open the lid/door you're letting heat escape and cooling down your oil, which will affect the efficiency of the extraction.
After the 3 hours is up, take your dish out and let it cool for 30 minutes or so. Wrap/cover in foil, then put it in the freezer for 2+ hours (I did it overnight just for convenience). The foil isn't entirely necessary, but it helps if you spill any to keep you from losing it.
Not many recipes include freezing. I'll try to explain what it does based on what I can remember from the other guy's explanation.
Picture the cannabis plant cells in the oil. Inside of these cells are all the cannabinoids that we want. When you freeze the oil, the liquid inside the cells forms crystals that pierce the cell walls and release the cannabinoids into the oil, further increasing the potency of your final product.
After your 2+ hours are up, take the oil out of the freezer and let it reach room temperature. I remember the recipe said it would take around 15 minutes, but I found it took a little longer. If you want, you can put it in the crock pot before you turn it on and let them both come to temperature at the same time, after roughly 25-30 minutes.
Cook the oil in the crock pot another 3 hours, starting the countdown after the oil has liquified again. The recipe ended here, but I found that my oil didn't quite look as dark as promised. If you want, you can do what I did and repeat the freezing/cooking process 1-2 more times. It can't hurt. When it's done, it should be black. Like blaaaack. Like you just struck oil in your kitchen. I'll update with a picture of mine once I get on my phone again.
5. Straining
This is the bitch part. I still haven't found a method anywhere that works as well as promised. I usually just use coffee filters and strain it into an old mason jar or salsa jar. Unfortunately if you just wait for all of the oil to strain out you'll either be waiting for a long time or leaving oil behind in the plant matter. One thing I tried that worked pretty well was using one of those lime/lemon juicers (like this) and putting the balled up filter inside. Whatever way you do it, just try and get as much out as possible.
And that's it for the oil recipe. Now, for the brownie recipe, I used this. They were ridiculously delicious. I used a slightly different baking pan, but it came out to about 2 batches from the recipe. With the 1 oz of shake/trim + the ~1/4 oz of AVB, it takes maybe a 1.5"x1.5" piece to get me to a good spot. They are poooootent. I actually kind of wish they were less potent because the brownies taste so good.
And that's it. Let me know if you have any questions or if I missed anything (which is very likely.)
I'm gonna sound like a broken record here, but a lot of these problems can be fixed by taking much longer with the preliminaries. You sound like you're like me and a lot of women. You take a while to get warmed up. And he wants to jump in with oral or PIV before you're even halfway warmed up and ready for it. And then PIV is an express train and once it starts it feels like it's out of your control.
[Note: being wet doesn't necessarily mean you're ready! See: The Mystery of Arousal and Vaginal Wetness.)
This doesn't work for everyone, but it really helps a lot of couples in similar situations:
Get a good folding massage table, some coconut oil, and some nice big soft towels.
Get a good book on sensual or erotic massage.
Start learning and practicing on each other. It feels wonderful and it's a huge education for both of you about your partner's body and how to give them maximum pleasure and how to guide them on giving you what you need.
In particular, it will take the pressure off of him and let him learn how to understand your timing and needs and how to satisfy your body without the distraction of dealing with his own arousal and orgasm. It will give you both the intimacy and the feeling of loving and being loved that you need, without getting frustrated or impatient because the other person's needs don't synchronize with your own.
Plus, the orgasms are amazing and you can have as many as you want! And regular sex gets better as a result, because you're more relaxed and you both understand each other's bodies so much better.
For example, he will discover how long it takes before you're ready for oral, and several good ways to get you there, and because he discovered it for himself, while he was in control and focused entirely on you, it will really stick this time. Once it's a habit, and he's learned your "tells," he can use that during regular sex without even having to think about it.
One final link, a plug for Shakti's tantra website: Extraordinary Passion -- The Art and Science of Modern Tantric Sex. Once you get everything back on track, you're going to be halfway to doing tantric sex anyway, and you're probably going to want to see how much more there is to do. That's the place to go when you're ready.
Good luck! I hope you guys get everything sorted out!
I started out buying coconut oil at the local health supply store (Kind of like GNC, so try there) and used it to create body scrubs. After I told my Mom how awesome it was when she saw some on the clearance rack at the grocery store she bought it for me. Ask for help to find it to prevent searching forever or you can just buy it online. This is the brand I got from the health food store, it was more expensive because it's food grade, but to me it felt nicer than the cheap one from the grocery store. Once it melts into oil I couldn't tell the difference.

This appears to be the cheapest place to buy it online. Is anyone aware of a lower cost per ounce?
I placed an order last night for an Electric Deep Fryer and 54oz of coconut oil to use in it. Amazon is the way to go on coconut oil.

Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil from Amazon
Stuff is amazing, plus its cheaper than anything that I have found in stores. Seems like a lot but I use it all the time.
They have smaller amounts available but it's cheaper to get a lot of it. Smaller amount
I like Bragg's apple cider vinegar, 1 part to 2 or 3 parts olive oil on salads.
If you like spicy stuff, you can also make pique with it really easily and it's good on practically everything.
This oil + this salt + these kernels = Movie Theater Butter. The Flavacol makes a HUGE difference.
I've had some luck using coconut oil right after a shower. Just slather this on there, and it should help clear the bumps up in a few weeks.
I'm currently sporting platinum blonde hair (bleached from natural black), and while my natural texture isn't too badly damaged, my hair's been way drier than I'm used to. A combination of coconut oil, argan oil, this hair masque, and some CHI products are keeping it soft at the moment.
I'm using this blue-tinted shampoo and conditioner to maintain the blonde color, but back when I was sporting pink hair, I used the TIGI bedhead sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and it was fairly good to me (didn't wash color out all that fast, kept hair looking shiny and feeling soft and healthy.)
Amazon
Get two and you have half a gallon.
Yeah that's not too bad. Of course you can get 1000ml of concentrate for $45! We bought 120ml of concentrate from three sources (1, 2, 3) to compare and she didn't notice a big difference between them. They've all been in the freezer since and still taste fine 3 years later (actually one of them is completely gone and the other 2 are getting pretty low).
I just started with an online calculator and went from there; it's easy to get to whatever % you normally vape at.
I found out quickly that plastic syringes suck - they wear out and the eliquid melts the markings off. So I got a few glass syringes off of ebay (though really I've only ever needed one).
Initially I was super-careful with the nicotine concentrate as it can be fatal in really small doses, but after handling it a bit I realized it's actually very safe and easy to handle. Unless you squirt it in your eye or mouth you aren't going to have a problem - but you definitely need to keep it away from children and pets.
Then a few glass dropper bottles, PG and VG.
Whenever she's getting low she'll order a few different flavorants (usually from here) in 10ml bottles. I rarely mix flavors as it's simpler not to - just dump a full 10ml bottle into a dropper bottle, add 4-6ml of nicotine concentrate, then around 20ml each of PG/VG. Let it sit a week and it's ready to use.
Fatty acids are carboxylic acids with long carbon chains.
Examples are lauric acid, stearic acid, capyrlic acid, etc.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fatty_acid
Free means that they are not attached to anything. So in triglycerides (fats), the fatty acids are not free but exist as esters with glycerol.
Glycerol itself is stable. You can buy it pharmacy or grocery store, under the common name glycerin.
But fatty acids, mainly unsaturated ones, can undergo further chemical reactions.
For that $60 you're getting 120 ml you could get started.
$13 for VG
$11 for PG which is optional
Flavors here. Probably end up spending $15-$20. Less if you find a good recipe with a couple flavors
$18 for the higher end nic
Just need 2 1ml syringes with 14g needles and 1 5ml or 10ml syringe with a 14g needle, some bottles (which you can reuse glass bottles), and you're good to go.
Im a huge fan of nude nic. I will always and forever buy my nic there. Cg ms verified, the owner posts great, in deth scientific info here etc... However, their shipping ends up killig it for me. Same with wizard labs. Once you order like more than a quart of anything the shipping goes to like 15 bucks. At wizard labs he shipping was more than the VG I wanted iirc.
Essential depot on amazon.
1,271.661 ml (43oz) of VG
http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-43/dp/B004C7MTLA
12.95 free shipping.
/r/diy_ejuice - for around $30 or so you can vape unflavored + nic for a month or more if you need a cheap way to wean yourself off nicotine.
edit:
120ml 100mg/ml nicotine in PG: http://wizardlabs.us/index.php?route=product/product&path=83_60_65&product_id=77
1 liter of VG: http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1449683012&sr=8-3&keywords=vegetable+glycerine
With that 120ml of nicotine, you can make 2L of 6mg juice. So for 50 bucks, you can make quite a bit of liquid.
Keep the amount of sweetener low or zero and it will have the biggest impact on coil life. Low flavor will help in general, but some flavors hardly contribute to coil gunk at all, so it depends on which flavors you use. I haven't noticed any difference in the rate I change coils using 50/50 and 70/30, and I use both regularly in different setups.
BTW, it sounds like you are trying to decide between a finished nicotine base, 50/50 or 70/30 with maybe 6mg/ml nic added already, for example... Sorry if I misunderstand. That way does work but I do it the other way around, and mix my flavor base, then add nicotine to suit the order. If you buy VG, PG, and 100mg/ml nic each in its own bottle, you will have infinite flexibility with every bottle you make.
It's cheap too:

Short answer if you just freeze yeast the freezing water solidifies and punctures cell wells, killing most of the yeast.
Long answer if you add a 50/50 solution of (water or beer) with food grade glycerin the water will get cold but never freeze.
My process:
Harvest yeast- overbuilding a starter is the easiest way or you could harvest and wash your yeast.
Decant Beer from your starter or use water and half fill a 1 pt mason jar and top off the rest with food grade glycerin. Boiling at this point is probably unnecessary but I do it anyway just to make sure no bugs get transferred in. Cool.
I then spray everything I use with Starsan and then dip everything I’m using in to the boiling water.
I use Soda Preforms but will switch to 1.5 ounce glasses once I burn through my preforms because I can boil them killing anything and not have to worry about melting plastic plus they’re cheaper.
I fill them halfway with my Decanted Yeast Slurry and let it settle. You want the settled yeast to be about half of the Preform which is approximately 100 billion cells. I then Decant excess liquid off and top off with your 50/50 (Water or starter beer) and glycerin.
Cap/Label place in an insulated bag with an ice pack to protect from freezing/thaw cycles and place in the freezer.
Just get the white, unrefined virgin coconut oil, make them, and freeze them. They will be cold going up, but they won't melt so fast you can't make it happen. It will work just fine. So you just need the oil, and suppository molds to make them into doses. I've used this oil for many things so I am very well informed in how it will react to different temps and how fast it melts. You don't have to worry about it.

Yes, but it has to be organic, cold-pressed, extra virgin coconut oil. This is a good one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005VRNBA8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_oSCcAbBYQTM8Y
Just make sure you rub it into your affected areas after a shower/bath. Skin should be damp. Don't over apply it otherwise it will become comedogenic.

Don't be fooled by ~natural~ packaging, its all the same stuff. Mine lives on the counter and I did that for months in Florida and it never went bad.
Gold Plum Chinkiang Vinegar is pretty good and a classic.
I’ve recently strayed to this Hengshun 6 Year Aged Vinegar, and have loved the added complexity.
For either one, feel free to add some water to your sauce bowl. Pretty much every dumpling stand I’ve been to has done so, because black vinegar can be intense. I’ve started adding more water since switching brands and making my own dumplings from scratch on a regular basis, because I don’t want to drown out the flavor.
While we’re here geeking out about Chinese sauces, here’s a reminder that Shaoxing cooking wine is amazing. I ran out for a while, and my dumplings and stir fries suffered dramatically. Sometimes you don’t appreciate something until it’s gone.
> She said that they do use real butter.
Can't speak for the BWW sauces specifically, but properly done wings are usually a mix of Franks Red Hot hot sauce and some liquid butter. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Whirl-Butter-Flavored-Oil-Gallon-case/dp/B00BUYU2IK
It may not be real butter, because it usually isn't refrigerated. But it still costs money, so it doesn't really matter.
This would work the same right?

I don't know if it will work for you, and by this point it is almost cliche, but... coconut oil. I look ridiculously shiny when I go to bed each night, but this has been one of my first winters where it didn't feel like half of my face was flaking off. This is what I use and a tub of it usually lasts me about 5 months, so it works out as not being too expensive. I use it on my face, legs, hands, everywhere. It is magic.
You could order it on amazon! It's usually in the "natural foods" section of stores, if that helps. You won't find it by beauty products, it'll be with cooking or pantry items. It says Walmart carries it in stores, so check in a few places. It might be in the pharmacy section by supplements (e.g. Vitamins), in the cooking section by other oils (e.g. Olive oil), or in a natural foods/organic section.
I use Carrington Liquid Coconut Oil. You can get it at many grocery stores and Wal-Mart for pretty cheap.
Avocado Oil is amazing! I literally drink it by the gallon! And by the way, it is only 39 cents per oz if you buy it like this :) Walmart also has various brands for about the same price, if you have a Walmart near you.
The reason Avocado Oil is amazing is for the following reasons:
More great discussions if interested.
I use a gallon pitcher, add (1.5 cups avocado oil or 2 cups of Darigold heavy whipping cream or 24 tablespoons of melted Kerrygold Irish Grass Fed salted butter), 6 scoops of ketochow, fill it 3/4 of the way full with water, give it 60 seconds with the immersion blender, let it sit for 2 minutes, and do another 60 seconds with the immersion blender. Then it goes into 6 bottles which is good for 2 days worth. I usually do 3 pitchers for 18 total servings, or 6 days.
I normally don't need anything else to get me through the day, but I keep extra stuff in the refrigerator if do need a snack, or I'll replace one of my Ketochow servings with a combo of bacon, eggs, cheese, and veggies.
I am lazy AF so I also regularly visit Costco and buy bags of Babybel cheese minis (regular, white cheddar, and light), packages of Kirkland precooked bacon, and boxes of Kirkland peeled hard boiled eggs. I also buy cauliflower, broccoli, and avocados for snacks. I'll occasionally grab a few rotisserie chickens, cut them in half while they're still warm, and refrigerate them, and have half as a meal when I'm craving something more substantial than Ketochow. 350f for 30 minutes heats them up perfectly.
I recommend https://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/ to figure out your macros and deficits and cronometer.com to track your dailies.
I've lost 31 pounds in just under 3 months eating mostly just 3 ketochow servings a day with a few supplements (omega 3, magnesium, fiber capsules). Started at 210 and I'm now 179 (46m, 5'10", goal weight 170, possibly 160).
The only downside I've encountered is having to buy a bunch of sealed bottles (and having to wash them).
Been getting mine in gallon sizes from amazon for months now, definitely food grade. I use a mix of 50/50 of avocado and almond oil.
One consideration is the fat composition of whole milk and soy milk, which (going by soybean oil's composition for the soy milk) have a lot of saturated and omega-6 fats respectively, with soybean oil being around 50% (!!) omega-6. Which is why I'm personally going with Light Fuel rather than Schmilk or Athlete Fuel so that I can customize the fat profile, using something like olive or avocado oil and supplementing with coconut and fish oils.
(btw, the cheapest olive oil per unit volume I've been able to find in-store or online (apart from possibly costco in-store) is this, the cheapest coconut oil in smallish containers that you can stick in the microwave is this, the cheapest coconut oil without concern for container size is this, and the cheapest canola oil is this. Keeping in mind that prices at your local grocery stores may be cheaper, that online prices may change etc.)
You must dilute essential oils in a carrier oil like Coconut oil.
I recommend something like Nutiva Cold pressed Organic oil:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004NTCE1M/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
And then any number of organic essential oils. Plant Therapy on Amazon has a lot. Other brands also have some. There is a nice organic cinnamon brand: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMTXFLE/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It is expensive, and all nice essential oils are like 10 bucks or more, but they also generally last quite a while.
You can use them how you wish. But for oral health there is ZERO doubt. Cinnamon oil and coconut oil will clean the hell out of your mouth, even going so far as to make major dental chemicals like chlorhexidine obsolete.
Just get a hunk of oil and then drop one or two drops of the essential oil in your mouth. Swish around for 20m. You can go longer if you wish. Many studies note that if you can tolerate it length of time in contact is more important than overall concentration in dose.
Jerking off and using coconut oil as a lube also does wonders for the smell (by no means a replacement for washing, though). It's particularly good as a lube because your skin absorbs it after rubbing it in for a while (so it also makes for a good lotion).
I'm finally ready to switch to natural solutions to heal my horrific skin. But how should I actually apply these products?
http://i.imgur.com/7zLgE2B.jpg
I did a lot of research and figured out that these products were proven to be a good solutions to naturally heal one's skin. I've tried all the oil products (except Argan) on my face and hands and I haven't had any breakouts as a result but haven't seen much improvement either. Now that I got all these things, I really have no idea on how to use them together in a constructive routine.
If anyone was wondering, the products are (in order):
Argan Oil (Beauty by Earth): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I134Y82/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Shea Butter (Beauty by Shea): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LLPT4HI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Castor Oil (Heritage Store): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BNRKPY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Almond Oil (Now Foods, WARNING: Don't get this because its not "Cold-Pressed" which is better for your skin): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0019LVFSU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Virgin Coconut Oil (Nutiva, they don't make the one I got anymore):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004NTCE1M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
As I said above, Amazon seems to be the most affordable place atm. I got this big tub when it was a little cheaper as well the S&S discount and it's much nicer than the Superdrug stuff. I only bought mine recently from there so it is the same as the website atm.
I've been using this Coconut oil, which is expensive, but is lasting us for a very long time and tastes really good. Eggs fried in it are superb!
I just grab olive oil from Sainsburys with our normal shop. I usually get some just a few notches up from the cheapest, but I doubt I'd know the difference to be honest.
>to which I respond "yes it would be the outcome if in the heat of the moment. Fuck the sexy time after that and had the most enormous dick I have ever had, he is the one that is great is Kelapo Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
Not many people know that I make a lot of my own products. I don't trust chemicals, so I make most of my own cleaning products. I also make my own toothpaste, body wash, hair and face products, etc. I make a lot of them using coconut oil. It's such an amazing item and it can be used a million different ways. I especially love the toothpaste I make from it. It makes my teeth feel so clean. Another thing I like to do with it is mix in a little sugar to make a lip or face/body scrub. It tastes like frosting. Its SO good. And coconut oil is much healthier than other oils. I dont use any other oils or butter/margarine anymore. It has all been replaced with coconut oil.
Thanks for the contest. Have a beautiful day!!!
I buy quite a lot from Amazon since I live in a rural area with limited access to paleo friendly stores.
Kelp Noodles
Nogii Bars
Cocconut Oil
Fish Sauce
Cacao Powder
Epic Bars
Almond Flour
Kale Chips

Not necessarily lifting related, but examining your diet in-depth is the best way to figure out what supps you should spend money on.
My analysis of my own diet suggests I am deficient in vitamin K, vitamin D, vitamin C, and thiamin. I get plenty of omega-3's from my diet.
My top picks for supplements then are vitamin K and vitamin D (I do not go into the sun... death from melanoma in my family). To get more thiamine I've just been trying to eat more pork (beef is not a fantastic source, so I've been trying to expand my horizons a bit... lol). I don't worry about vitamin C.
Vitamin K is not cheap, but vitamin D is. It's easy to get vitamin K from greens if you like rabbit food... I do not.
For lifting, creatine hasn't helped me much so far, but I did gain a lot of (lean) weight when I started taking it, and it made me look huge. Creatine is super cheap, too. There are cheap sources of coconut oil out there, just avoid the boutique buzzwords like "extra virgin." I bought this stuff.
You can get a gallon jar of coconut oil on Amazon for $20 delivered. I keep meaning to but this...
You can cook a coconut oil extraction on a stove top on very low heat, but you have to watch it closely and stir very often. Consider making a double boiler, put a small pot into a big pot with simmering water. A slowcooker is just a safe way to prevent overheating the oil, though I would strongly recommend getting one not just for ABV but for cooking in general, especially for turning cheap cuts of meat from tough and terrible into mouthwateringly delicious.
Go to a heathfood or vitamin store like GNC and get some soy lecithin, grind up the ABV by hand if you have to or with a coffee grinder, mix coconut oil, ABV powder and lecithin in the small pot, put that into the bigger pot with water that is barely boiling or even a step down from boiling so it's too hot to keep your hand in but not yet boiling. Let it sit for 2 hours heating, stirring and topping off water after about an hour. Remove from the heat and let it cool, pop it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Repeat the heat and freeze steps at least one more time.
You can substitute propylene glycol or vegetable glycerine if you can't find lecithin, you can even put nothing extra in but it wont be as potent. You can even forego the grinding and still get a good result, but if you have access to a freezer please do freeze it as it makes a huge difference. Heat > freeze > heat > freeze, it really helps release all the goodies as the freezer makes ice crystals that shreds the ABV on the cellular level.
Once you have your coconut oil (you can use cheap coconut oil, I use this stuff: http://amzn.com/B00A2A88ZW ), I also add in a few drops of lemongrass oil, some believe the myrcene in it helps with potency, even if that's bull it still helps make it smell better and helps with any burps you get eating the oil not tasting like ass. If you're the type that tends to get gas from eating ABV you can help a bit by pouring the hot oil through a cheese cloth lined wire mesh strainer, you'll have to go slow and help force the oil through with a rubber spatula or something like that since the oil will start to filter through very slowly.
Get a can of tuna and mix it with some sambal matah salsa from Trader Joe's, it's awesome.
Any kind of fish. Salmon filets, cans of mackerel in oil. Roasted turkey. Kale and cauliflower mashed up, butternut squash soup, turkey meatballs stuffed with mozzarella with pesto on top and green beans with fried crunchy garlic on top.
10 jars of this deliciousness.
Next time you make this, sub out that vinegar for this kind.
You'd probably want to cut back to like 1/4 cup though.
I also use black mushroom. Rehydrated and cut thin.
They don't use butter, they use whirl.

Have you heard of my lord and savior, Coconut oil.
For the same price give or take a dollar this sells at BJs wholesale as well. I recommend unrefined coconut oil. I too have a picking issue and have some bad picks on my face. getting married in one month is causing unreal stress but trying to lather up rather than pick my hands and face.
You can buy lots of meat in bulk and throw it in the freezer. Carrington Farms is the cheapest legit coconut oil that I've seen sold in bulk. Amazon and Costco sell vitamin and mineral supplements in bulk. I'm sensing a theme here :)
And, is this a good option?
https://www.amazon.com/Carrington-Farms-Organic-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B00CPZPYLS/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1474068205&sr=8-3&keywords=coconut%2Boil&th=1
KY is only acceptable in the sense that it's safe. It's a crappy lube.
If you want an inexpensive, widely available, quality lube, get virgin, unrefined coconut oil. Of course, since it's oil-based, you can't use it with latex or porous materials.
>At about 4 months, how often were you dilating per day? I kinda have plans where I won't have a lot of privacy for dilating unless I push people out of where I'd probably end up sleeping, but that can be arranged. If 3.7-4 months requires dilation too often, I'm thinking of canceling the plans early.
At 4 months it's twice a day. General schedule is:
So, at that point you'd be doing dilation 2x/day. Month 2-4 was probably the most important to do to schedule in my experience.
>Did your libido change after SRS? I'm worried that mine might disappear post-op.
Hard to say. I've always been sexual, but can take it or leave it when it comes to sex. I'm also very protective of who I let play with my pussy as I have the parts I wanted now, so I don't want to have a point where I no longer have them or they are damaged in some way. Not that it realistically would happen, but it's hard for me to get past that.
With the right partner though, I'm probably more sexual now as I want to enjoy the new bits.
>I've been thinking of buying the same Sliquid organics lube for sex. Judging by how my current fling likes to have sex though, I'm pretty damn sure I'll end up tasting the lube at some point. What does this Sliquid organics lube taste like to you?
I just tasted some and it tastes slightly fruity, and a flavor I've tasted before but can't quite place. It's not something I'd say is delicious, but it's certainly not a bad taste. As far as lubes go it's a better tasting one.
>Why did you resume taking spironolactone after SRS? I can't really see a purpose in taking like 200 mg spiro post op aside for stuff related to hypertension or simply wanting to take an amount that will let you eat salty stuff without a single worry.
I continued on way longer than I needed to for a few reasons. One is that my body had only been on HRT for 1.5 years when I had SRS. I've seen anecdotal stuff that it takes longer than that for your body to adjust. This was corroborated through my experience of feeling more masculine, body hair coming back, etc in Thailand after SRS. It could've been other factors, no way to know. I meant to drop it down about 6 months post op and just forgot.
Largely it's a thing of habit that I formed and kept with. Get blood work done to figure out your levels post op (don't be like me and go a year post-op to have it done lol).
>For dilating lube, do you happen to have experience with using different types of coconut oil alone and together with water based lube? In preparation for cooking, post-op sex eventually, and dilation (I'm assuming that moisturizing the vagina will promote recovery too), I ended up getting unrefined coconut oil and expeller pressed refined coconut oil (apparently lowest scent/no chemicals [clean] used for refining). If you happen to have experience with different types of coconut oil, do you happen to know which type would work better?
I do not. The one I use is this one which is unrefined. It's worked well for me, but I haven't tried other options.
>Regarding dilators, should I get extras from Suporn when I'm there? I'm leaning towards buying extras just in case one breaks, gets misplaced, or anything like that.
I thought about that myself. It's pretty cheap to do honestly (like $10-15 USD IIRC). It's not been needed for me though. I've dropped them from 4+ ft on to tile accidentally and they didn't break/chip. I don't think it's needed unless you're likely to drop them repeatedly on hard surfaces for whatever reason. It's cheaper to get them while there than shipping them.
>Where did you end up getting a tracheal shave? I'm still not 100% sure where to go or who to choose for it. I kinda have an idea of who I will choose, but I'm still not as certain as I'd like to be.
I didn't get that done. Only surgery has been SRS, so I can't speak to this (haven't looked into it really either).
>How did the appointment with the Thai psychiatrist go for the 2nd SRS letter? I'm kinda worried about that but that's mainly due to possible language barrier issues.
It's really easy. They give you a pamphlet that has you do some drawings. They ask you about how long you've felt "as a woman" and things like that. I was pretty honest although embellished the "always wanted to be a woman" part a bit just to avoid potential issues. Don't get too worried about it. Seemed to be more of a paperwork/proper legal process kind of thing more than an in depth psycho analysis. It was maybe 30 minutes long. They speak broken english, but it's understandable and easy to communicate. Just don't use obscure words or get too far into your responses.
>Also, this might be a bit of a long shot question, but if I'm with a guy that's thicker than the large dilator from Suporn, should I consider buying a bigger dilator?
Your call. I've been with guys larger and thought about buying it as well. I'd say it depends on how much larger, as well as how frequent sex is. If you're having sex with this partner 2-3x week after month 6-9, then probably won't do much to help. If you're having sex with them sporadically or otherwise don't want to have to ease into sex with them, then pick up a large dilator.
If you're comfortable with this partner, I'd personally probably just try it and work on it as it's a reason to have more sex. If it's a little more of a every so often partner then I might get it to make it easier when together.
Hope this helps!
yeah that's why I was being specific

Amazon has it also! Priced decently, and it only had a slight coconut taste. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CPZPYLS/ref=sr_ph_1_a_it?qid=1462317482&sr=sr-1&keywords=coconut+oil
Edit-- typo
Get cold-pressed unrefined virgin coconut oil. Organic is nice too.
My bf and I have used [this one] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DS842HS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_.jBCybHBXY6PW) for years with no problems. It's also sold at CVS.
Keep in mind, though it does not seem to be comedogenic for either me or my bf, it can cause breakouts in people who are more sensitive. So always patch test first.
What kind of boxes and litter are you using? Where are the litter boxes placed?
Box size, in my opinion, is the biggest factor in whether or not a ferret will use the box reliably. Most ferrets prefer to be able to get their entire bodies into the box and have room to turn around. A lot of the smaller triangle and square boxes don't allow room for this. I personally use a cat sized litter box. It doesn't have to be a jumbo sized one or anything, just a regular cat sized box. I used a scissors to cut away part of the wall in the front so they can get in and out of it easily. Since I started using cat boxes about 2 years ago, my ferrets have been amazing with going in the box. There hasn't been an accident in months.
Next on the importance list is box location. Please keep in mind that ferrets are burrowing creatures. They like places that are dark and enclosed. The reason why ferrets back up into a corner to potty is because their ancestors in the wild are actually solitary creatures. Backing up to potty allows them to keep an eye on their environment so they aren't vulnerable to attack. Ferrets still have some of that instinctual behavior, so having a box with high walls, and putting it in a corner will help a lot. Just as an example, I have a box in my closet and one underneath an end table.
It's also important to note that sometimes it's easiest on everyone involved to just give in to them. If they have chosen a place to potty, and they do this continually.. just put a box there. It will make them happy and save your sanity and your floor. I see so many people who are vehement about forcing their ferret to go to a specific place to potty. They are hilariously stubborn animals. They will not let you win that battle.
As for litter type: many ferrets do great with pelleted litters, many do not. My ferrets do not like pelleted litters, and so I switched to a scoopable litter made from walnut shells and it made an absolute world of difference. Also, if you are using pelleted litters, be sure that you are completely dumping out the box and refilling it every 3-4 days. Perhaps consider trying a new litter type? Be sure to mix the old with the new 50/50 for a few days so they don't get the idea of digging in it.
(Just a note, since there's always someone who want to try to tell me that scoopable litters are bad: they aren't. The things to avoid in litters: anything made from cedar, anything made from clay, anything that is artificially scented, and anything that contains "crystals". Natural litters made from things like wheat, corn, or walnut shells are safe (Swheat Scoop, World's Best Cat Litter, and Blue Buffalo walnut shell litters are I think the most commonly used) - they do not harden and expand like clay litters. The clumps fall apart fairly easily, and if a ferret for whatever reason decides to dive in - they are made from natural materials that aren't going to harm them.)
That's just my 2c. Using a scoopable litter, a cat sized box, and keeping the litter boxes in covered places works for me. I legitimately cannot remember the last time my ferrets missed the box.
This booster carseat would prove extremely useful, as my son has outgrown his toddler one. Also, with a new baby coming it will be nice to have a carseat that is easier to work for the big brother. :) It's on my high priorities wishlist.
Either that or this coconut oil on my $10+ wishlist. I hear it does amazing things and I'd really love to have some! And I bet you could find a use or two for it, as well.
You want the 100% all natural kind, no preservatives or chemicals. Basically, if you look at the ingredients list, there should only be one thing: coconut oil. Besides that, I can link you to the specific brand that my girlfriend and I enjoy off of Amazon. I'm on my phone though so it might take a bit.
Edit: Here's the link: Viv Lab's Extra Virgin, unrefined, 100% Coconut Oil
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DS842HS/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i03?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this is what we started using today, and its only been about 3 hours since we put it on, and the plaques are already falling off. Plus it doesnt look nearly as greasy on as some of the meds weve tried have. AND it seems to be accomplishing the same things the meds have without having to use creams with possible side effects etc. since none of the meds have done anything more than loosen the plaques (they always come back) for now were just going to try treating the symptoms.
I've recently used this brand of coconut oil and I just started using Avocado Oil (purchased at costco) without any major difference in digestion / energy or anything (which I'm adding is a good thing -- I haven't LOST anything that I was getting from using the recipe as written with cream and oil together, or just cream)
Costco sells very good quality avocado oil at reasonable price. Or you can get it online from Amazon. Here's two links to decent oil that is well priced:
https://www.amazon.com/Baja-Precious-Avocado-Oil-Gallon/dp/B00MNTRVPS
https://www.amazon.com/Kevala-Avocado-Oil-Fluid-Ounce/dp/B00ATAI4HC
It was $6 for 16 oz, and that's a better price per oz than any I've seen on Amazon (I think this is the best value there).
OMFG, it makes a world of difference. Your mind and your tastebuds will be blown away. I use this one.
Nutiva Organic, Unrefined, Virgin Coconut Oil, 54 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GAT6NG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_5I-RDbTADQE98
You can order it cheap here
If you pick "subscribe and save" you get 15% off and free shipping, and it literally takes 1 minute to cancel your subscription. You just go into your account settings and remove it, no phone calls/being on hold for an hour.
Not sure if you've had extra virgin coconut oil before, but it's got a much more pleasant, sweeter and nuttier taste IMO. It's especially great for frying onions and bell peppers.
I'm also a big fan of making mayo/aioli with cold pressed avocado oil. Very tasty stuff :) I can imagine making a cajun mayo from scratch would be a pretty orgasmic sauce for your chicken.
Sounds like fun! I'll have to do this later
1.) Something that is grey: Pelican Gray Nail Polish. (on private WL)
2.) Something reminiscent of rain: Shower Curtain is a barrier between the bathroom tiles and cascading, rain-like, waterfall that flows from the showerhead. (on dream WL)
3.) Something food related that is unusual: Candy Mold. Chocolate frogs, anyone? (on under $5 WL)
4.) Something on your list that is for someone other than yourself. Tell me who it's for and why. (Yes, pets count!): Ice Cream Maker. No ice cream for me because I started keto last week. My friends and family would benefit from this when I make them some delicious ice cream. (on dream WL)
5.) A book I should read! I am an avid reader, so take your best shot and tell me why I need to read it!: The Knife of Never Letting Go. It's book one of the Chaos Walking trilogy, which has rave reviews. Apparently it's a dark, dystopian book full of suspense. (on high priority WL)
6.) An item that is less than a dollar, including shipping... that is not jewelry, nail polish, and or hair related!: Laser Finger Beams (not on WL)
7.) Something related to cats. I love cats! (keep this SFW, you know who you are...): Westside Warrior Nail Polish. Lions, which are really big cats, are warriors of the jungle. (on under $5 WL)
8.) Something that is not useful, but so beautiful you must have it: Origami Star Paper. I like folding these, but once I make them into stars, I literally have nothing to do with them. There's jars of them all across my house and all I can do is look at them (on under $5 WL)

11.) Something that would have a profound impact on your life and help you to achieve your current goals: Coconut Oil. Everyone on the keto subreddit raves about this stuff. Being a newbie to this lifestyle, I feel that if so many people had great results using this oil, that it would help with my goals. (on $11-$25 WL)
12.) One of those pesky Add-On items: Anti-stress face mask (not surprisingly, found on my add-on WL)

19.) Something related to your current obsession, whatever that may be: Paints. My current obsession is painting! (on $11-25 WL)
20.) Something that is just so amazing and awe-inspiring that I simply must see it. Explain why it is so grand: Mug. I love love love this literature mug. I not only love the varying typography all over it, but I think that there are some really striking first lines of literature. (on $11-25 WL)
BONUS
1.) Real name: PM sent
2.) Made in Oregon: Handwarmer Mug
Edit: raffle phrase - fear cuts deeper than swords
I have this one in my cupboard right now. It's pretty good but I am going to pick up the spray one Trader Joe's has out next time I am there. I have also heard really good things about this brand and they sell it in bulk to like gallon buckets bulk. I wanna try a small thing of it though first before I go big. ;)
Coconut Oil is nomalicious! Have you ever cooked with it? AMAZING!! 2 pack (great for bulking up) and also in my kitchen wishlist if I win :D
Definitive research that moisturizing your skin in general will have an effect on deep skin tears such as stretch marks has not been discovered as of yet. That's the scientific consensus as far as I've been able to find.
At the same time, it is also true that keeping your skin moisturized and healthy as much possible is the best way to let it heal and stay tight and flexible. To that end I drink lots of water for internal moisture and use the best possible moisturizer on the outside. My anecdotal evidence is that I see a difference in a short time period using coconut oil. It is a healthy, natural way to keep my skin feeling amazing. I would use it even if I didn't have stretch marks.
It's best to use organic virgin non-refined coconut oil that can easily be found online.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001EO5Q64/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also great for cooking! Try it and see what you think.
Do a reddit search in /r/keto for stretch marks and you can read lots of other opinions.
As several others have mentioned, oils are not safe with condoms. If this is not a problem for you, then I recommend coconut oil. We got two 15oz tubs for $18 on Amazon and it's absolutely the best thing we've ever used - and the least expensive, too.
Lately I've been using the commonly recommended Bentonite clay + Apple Cider Vinegar mask. I've been using it every other day for a week and it has surprisingly dimished my sebaceous filaments and also helped zap a few stubborn pimples I had. It has also really brightened up my skin's general look and evened out my skin tone quite a bit.
I tried this mask a few times a while back, but I think my clay:vinegar ratio was too heavy on the clay end, and it irritated my skin. Now I've been using a lot more vinegar and mixing it to a fairly thin consistency (almost pudding-like), and then layering it until it's thick and opaque. I leave it on only until it begins to crack a bit, and not until it completely dries. I rinse it off in the shower and gently break up the softened clay by using circular motions with my fingers. I used to attempt to remove it with a washcloth but that just added to the irritation.
Depending on your tolerance you might be able to use this mask daily if you leave it on for a short time (10 minutes max) and are gentle with your removal.
On the note of slowing down aging, be sure to use a daily sunscreen with a 30+ SPF. That's your best bet of reducing skin damage and wrinkles long-term.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Results may vary but it's been touted to help with GERD. Once I'm in better shape and at my target weight I plan on making the experiment to see if it works for me.

This setup will last you forever, you'll get sick of popcorn before you get through any of these. You do need to season the popper, just follow the directions. Its a metal pot after all.
My personal was to store the oil in my pantry so it was cool and dark. I had to icecream scoop a giant dollop of it into a cup and microwaved it to be liquid. Then you pop the popcorn like usual.
Then I would empty the popcorn into a giant bowl. I would stir it around and use the popcorn salt for about half the time, and then used finely ground Walmart type popcorn table salt.

At 1/4 cup per batch, it's going to last me a while, but probably not as long as the Flavacol which will last me over 200 batches if I stick to 3/4 teaspoon.
This is what I use, and it's really popular for it's price/quality.
Here is just one example of many threads on the subject. Additionally, you could type in "coconut oil hair" on YouTube and find videos. There is a ton of info out there on it.
You don't have to drench your hair, but yeah, cover it all enough so that you can feel the oil is evenly distributed. Some people do this dry, but I find starting with damp hair helps to spread it out when I comb.

I use this. Some people eat it straight for health benefits, I have yet to try this.
Like this? I hadn't heard about coconut oil or anything of that nature until this thread so I want to make sure I'm actually getting the right stuff. Is there a specific type you'd recommend?

Once out the shower I put on more Cocoa butter than seems rational, after that I might put add a bit of Vaseline if it's going to be an especially dry day.
My sister had the same problem as you and now she swears by baby lotion and Vaseline right out the shower. She also uses this stuff for her hair.
Yep, I use this stuff. Apparently, unrefined is best.
I tried real butter just the other day on my popcorn and still felt it was missing something. Some people search out that movie theater taste and prefer it to real ingredients.
For those people, beta carotene colored coconut oil, Flavacol salt, and butter topping is all it is. Flavacol has the added benefit of being super finely milled salt, it doesn't have the problem sticking to popcorn like normal salt does.
Darn it, you beat me to it. Coconut oil is the best. The best deal I have found on it is this from somebody in another sub. I use it for a million other things, too!
I have a theater style popcorn and this is what I use:
You want to get this type of coconut oil and Flavocol.
For every 1/2 cup of corn you pop, use 2 tablespoons of oil and about 1/2 teaspoon of Flavocol. The type of popcorn you use really doesn't matter.
I was confusing the oil they use to pop the corn with the flavoring.
The oil used to pop it is similar to this: Snappy Popcorn Colored Coconut Oil "Coconut oil is the product many movie theaters use to pop popcorn and it gives the popcorn a great buttery flavor. Colored with beta carotene."
https://www.amazon.com/Snappy-Popcorn-Colored-Coconut-Gallon/dp/B003C4UDEY/ref=pd_sim_325_6
The butter stuff is Snappy Popcorn 1 Gallon Butter Burst Buttery Oil which contains Soybean Oil, Artificial Butter Flavor, TBHQ, and Citric Acid, Beta Carotene.
https://www.amazon.com/Snappy-Popcorn-Gallon-Butter-Buttery/dp/B003U4M4ZC/ref=pd_sim_325_5
I can make popcorn that tastes just like the movie theater stuff. The main secret is just to use what the theaters use. I know, not very amazing, but it works!
First, use popcorn colored coconut oil like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003C4UDEY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You want to use just enough to coat the bottom of your pan and half way up the popcorn kernels (amount depends on how big the pot is and how much popcorn you put in. For me its a couple of tablespoons. I just eyeball it.
Before you put the kernels in, put in 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of Flavcol: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004W8LT10/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1 Nothing else really works. Its got to be this brand. It is super-fine flavored salt and it is yummy. I use 3/4 of a tsp but that is too salty for most people.
If I am really lazy, I make home made microwave popcorn, too. I just put some kernels and oil and the salt in a bag, shake it up and staple it. Pop in the microwave. The staples do not seem to hurt the microwave.
I use to order mine from amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Organic-Coconut-54-Ounce-Containers/dp/B003QDRJXY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1343706010&sr=8-4&keywords=coconut+oil
It's a good deal if you subscribe and save.
1 tablespoon is 130 calories. I would start off with one tablespoon a day for a week. Eat it when you normally feel sluggish. It will not hurt you to eat more, some people eat 3 or more tablespoons a day. But I think I've read if you eat high doses at the beginning it may lead to having-to-poo-to-much syndrome.
The point is, if you want to sustain lo-carb and not have the keto-flu, MCTs are your best option. Eventually your body will get out of the flu and you won't have to rely on MCTs for energy, your body will be able to use fats and protein effeciently for energy. But you may not want to stop eating coconut oil because it's awesome.
If your not in the US, Iherb.com has good prices on it with good shipping.
If you're still having problems with your eczema, try fucktons of coconut oil, along with regular amounts of your prescribed medication. I live in bone-dry Fairbanks, Alaska and it helps a lot. Don't get me wrong, I still have to vacuum my bed every day, but it's not as bad as it could be.
Twice a day over your entire body, once after you step out of the shower. Plus, you smell like coconut all day. Pretty sweet.
The stuff I buy every month or so: http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Organic-Coconut-54-Ounce-Containers/dp/B003QDRJXY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1383263333&sr=8-4&keywords=coconut+oil

Essential Depot PG
Essential Deport VG
Everyone who vapes should have on hand vg
and if not a zero nic user nocotine
edit: posted this twice and then deleted one. Notta Reddit pro.
you should be good. the vg you use is usp grade which is the same that eliquid manufacturers use. if you want to use different vg i highly recommend essential depot vg. I use it for my diy eliquid & it is great
Wherever you go you should be looking for USP Food Grade VG (which also might be labeled as Kosher), conveniently sold by Amazon if you don't like leaving the house and/or wandering aisles.
I’ve been freezing yeast for a couple years. The process in that link is a lot more complicated then it needs to be.
I use a variation of this process.
Tips
You’ll want to be as sanitary as possible.
I can reliably fill 4 soda preforms.
I’d recommend one have a different color cap to let you know you’re almost out of that particular yeast strain.
I keep the beer/glycerin mixture in a mason jar and bring it to a boil from time to time since you won’t use as much of it as you’d expect.
Save used preforms to re-use.
Only do this for yeast you’ll use or have a hard time getting ahold of. You’re not saving money by saving yeast you’ll never use.
If I plan on reusing yeast within 6 months I’ll wash the yeast and place in a mason jar.
In my experience it takes the yeast a day or two longer to wake up once pitched into a starter. Make sure you build that time into your brew schedule.
I only use Essential Depot, once you find the right recipe you should change nothing and i know ES will be around when i need them.
I have been getting my PG and VG from Amazon. Its cheap and if you have prime it gets there super fast.
I use the essential depot VG, and PG. I get them quarts at a time for like 11-13 bucks apiece and that shit lasts a long time. You will go through more VG than PG usually.
I used to get my nicotine from wizard labs but I recently started using nude nicotine, I recommend it. In the DIY sub youll see a shit ton of vendors and a bunch of brands people swear by. Thats the part that can be overwhelming.
you can get bottles so many fucking places, if you just want a few amazon will do you right, wizard labs has em. Lately I have been just getting them from fasttech cause they are decent bottles (plastic) and they are cheap as fuck. when searching for bottles a good tip to have is 1/2oz bottles are 15mls and 1oz bottles are 30mls,
https://www.onestopdiyshop.com/ is a pretty awesome place.
http://wholesale.heartlandvapes.com/ is nice too.
For just starting you dont need much, PG, VG, NIc, Bottles, Flavors, Get a couple of 1ml and 3ml Syringes, and some 14g needle tips for VG based shit, and 18G tips for PG based shit.
My mixes are mostly VG, so I get my nicotine in VG Carrier base. I think I have pretty much covered most beginner info. I hope you decide to check it out its pretty rewarding and fucking fun.
Come hang out, Lurk about or whatever
I forgot you will also want to use a ejuice calculator, I use the POTV ejuice calculator on my phone it works well and its free. Its in the Android and iOs store. Peace!
Just snag yourself anything that is USP grade such as https://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497008120&sr=8-1&keywords=usp+vg
What nicotine concentration are you looking to buy?
If you want to make a 3mg/ml juice, at 75/25 ratio, you could buy
Find a clean 1L container, pour the entire contents of the first bottle in, then top off with the VG. Boom. 1 liter of 3mg unflavored juice, at 75/25. Minimal measuring or screwing around needed. You do need to shake it very very well though.
1 L of juice for $30. That’s $3 per 100ml and is actually still kinda expensive.
Walmart, Walgreens, Target - It's just about everywhere.
http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-43/dp/B004C7MTLA
Edit: Link
Nicotine quality varies so sick with a reputable source like nude nicotine. Pg and vg are about the same but I'd still get it from a reputable source. This seems to be the cheapest and is good quality.
Glycerin Vegetable Kosher USP 43 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_2tYJub1T9F4VY
Essential Depot Propylene Glycol 1 Quart Essential Depot http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005F5OJG6/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_quYJub0G6VXPH
Yes, but I would also recommend Essential Depot, http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA
It's literally just a bottle of VG I got from Amazon.
Specifically this.
Buy USP grade. That's 99.7% purity and is about the best you can get, even ACS (american chemical society) grade, which is the highest possible purity grade for reagents, only asks for 99.7% or higher purity so you don't have to buy this:
http://www.fishersci.com/ecomm/servlet/fsproductdetail_10652_627381__-1_0
you can just buy this instead:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004C7MTLA/
Same for PG, use USP, not food grade. Food grade is just whatever passes the GRAS (generally recognized as safe) for oral consumption grade, which doesn't put a bar on the purity, really.
If you have Amazon Prime free shipping, and maybe even if you don't, Essential Depot is a great source of PG and VG.
As /u/EdibleMalfuntion already pointed out, Carolina Xtracts is the place for top-quality nicotine base with no worries about peppery taste or anything like that, but if it is too pricey for you, look at other sources. VapersTek is one that comes to mind as being highly recommended. Nude Nicotine used to be, and still is by some, but they have had some pretty serious customer service and quality control issues lately.
Hey dude! I purchased a starter kit when I started making E-juice, and while it was helpful I quickly realized that I could of gotten more for less had I known what I needed. It is a lot cheaper to just buy the products individually since you will also be getting a larger amount too. Here are some links and in my opinion this is the cheapest way for someone to start DIY:
VG- https://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1480546689&sr=8-2&keywords=vegetable+glycerine
PG- https://www.amazon.com/Essential-Depot-Propylene-Glycol-Quart/dp/B005F5OJG6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1480546865&sr=8-3&keywords=propylene+glycol
Gloves- https://www.amazon.com/Liberty-Glove-Industrial-Disposable-Thickness/dp/B01MZZ0FHO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1480546913&sr=8-2&keywords=nitrile+gloves

Nicotine- https://www.nudenicotine.com/products-page/unflavored-nicotine-base/
And as for bottles it is all up to you I personally buy mine from http://wholesale.heartlandvapes.com/eliquid-bottles/plastic-eliquid-bottles.html
*Lastly all you need is flavorings, I think it would be best for you to search around and find what you like, I personally prefer http://gremlindiy.com/ and http://www.bullcityflavors.com/ . Hope this helped!
Here is PG and VG, but I'm not sure how to check shipping rates to you.
You could also try using /r/juiceswap if you need someone to re-ship it to save on costs.
When mixing everything together. What do you all do to pour and measure the vegetable glycerin? I bought this from Amazon and it's thick. Should I keep it at room temperature? Should I heat it a tad to decrease the viscosity? I couldn't use a syringe on it nor could I use a funnel to pour it into my flask.
Does anyone know where I can get a dripping top cap that I can attach to this VG bottle? Its such a pain to get VG out precisely without it
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004C7MTLA/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I bought this
Couldn't be happier, even arrived next day through prime shipping.
Edit: not prime, still next day though.
pure vg on Amazon
Are you wanting a tank with coil heads or build them yourself?
As far as VG, check out Amazon. This is a good deal http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004C7MTLA/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1418647359&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SY200_QL40
I haven't been mixing that long and I'm not really happy with anything I make. I am wondering now if its the VG I got, it has a distinct rubber after taste to me. I got it off amazon here : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004C7MTLA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Do you think its the VG or am I just doing it wrong? Note : I usually mix at high vg, normally 80/20 VG/PG.
Edit : My PG came from amazon as well but I tried vaping 100% VG and its definitely a taste in the VG
Have you ever had any issues with their VG? I know 2 different people who have (one who got a bad cough from it, and another person who received a bottle that wasn't sealed well at all and appeared old).
While Amazon reviews of their VG are generally 5-star, there's are a couple of 1-2 star reviews on there speaking of the harshness and the possibility of old stock.
I've never tried it myself so I can't vouch either way.
Are you looking for unflavored nic juice or just straight VG or PG?
For unflavored nic juice, Wizard Labs has some pretty good pricing when they actually have it in stock (they also carry literally tons of flavors).
As for straight VG or PG (for DIY flavor mixing) Essential Depot on Amazon has Kosher grade VG and PG.
Coconut oil! Organic extra virgin coconut oil! (oh yeah, that's a tub.) This stuff is safe enough for women to use inside their vaginas, so definitely safe for a sensitive dick. And it warms near immediately to body temperature and is soooooo smooth.
Edit: also, tastes like coconut, so.... great for oral! ;)
Based on this and the things you've said in response to other comments, I'm getting a better feel for your wife's situation, and I don't think this is necessarily a true loss of libido situation.
FWIW, my own hunch is that most true cases of libido loss that don't have other medical causes are really cases of low-level chronic depression, or what the shrinks call "dysthemia," which comes with a general loss of the ability to feel pleasure from much of anything.
I went through this and I felt dead, no pleasure at all from things that normally felt good. When someone is in that kind of trap, the dysthemia needs to be treated before there's any hope of getting back to the point where sex is enjoyable. In fact, I think that's why CBT works so well as a treatment for low libido – it's very effective at treating mild depression without hitting people with meds that further reduce libido.
But the picture you have drawn is very different. Your wife is high cuddle, she's orgasmic, and after a good session in bed she's surprising herself by how much she has enjoyed it. She's not numb at all, she just has the brakes on almost all of the time and has a hard time shutting them off.
My read from this is that your wife's libido issue is mainly "just" baby stress and lack of time. It hits women with responsive desire especially hard because they have to shift gears and get aroused from a cold start, and there's usually not enough time without distractions.
If I'm right, then you mainly need to fix your circumstances. And that starts with coping with stress. One of the best ways is to learn to meditate and actually DO it for at least 10 minutes every day. Also do whatever you have to do so both of you get more sleep, more exercise, and more time in green spaces.
But the other essential piece of the puzzle is making time for yourselves without the kids in the house, preferably at least once a week. Sign up for a "Parents Night Out" evening daycare program, or the Saturday morning or afternoon version of the same thing. Google it. Many YMCAs, churches, temples, and synagogues do this one night or day a week, and it can cost as little as $20-30 in some areas. Or find a single mom or another couple with kids the same ages as yours and propose a swap: maybe they take your kids one evening or you take theirs the next morning, or vice versa.
Then when you do get the kids out of the house, pamper her or get her to pamper herself. Make it a mini-spa at the start, with a glass of wine and a long bubble bath, or whatever helps her relax and forget about the stress she's carrying. (Maybe she can get a head start on this while you drop off the kids.) But take it from another LL/RD: it's a LOT easier to get in the mood for sex if you've had an interval to relax first and you're already mellowed out!
> just having these conversations, particularly if they're framed as "why don't you want sex anymore?" is a form of pressuring her to have sex
Yup. It's so easy for it to come across as "You're broken and I'm trying to fix you so I'll get better sex." And I don't think more talk is what you need. I think instead of discussions you need to focus on actions that will actually change your circumstances.
Here's one simple option to think about in addition to the things I already mentioned (paraphrasing something a friend wrote yesterday):
If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't discuss any of this with her until the table arrives. Make it something you did on impulse because you wanted to give her a treat, and then offer to give her a massage. Do NOT tie it to any kind of sex afterward! That will come eventually if you get her feeling more relaxed and open to sensual pleasure. Just make it a standing offer of free massages with no strings attached whenever she wants one.
Have fun!
I buy from amazon 54oz $25 Nutiva Certified Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil -- 54 fl oz by Nutiva http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000GAT6NG/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_q0fAsb10BCKWD
Here is a link to get some online if you go that route but prices are pretty much the same in stores as far as I've seen in my area. Try looking in the spanish section of the local super market or in an asian market if there is one in your area.
http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Certified-Organic-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B000GAT6NG/ref=sr_1_4?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1342023698&sr=1-4
I use it as a moisturizer, face oil wash, shave oil, hair treatment and cooking oil. A 54oz container lasts me all year. For $20 that's really amazing. I've spent more on lube for less time that couldn't be used for as much.
Seriously, worth the money.

This is what I get, but it's $30. Around x-mas it was on sale for $22. I haven't used it for sexy times, but gosh darnit now I'm going to have to add it to my list of reasons why this stuff is a staple in my life. I wouldn't spend $20 on a 12oz jar though. That's robbery.
Edit: wrong oz size, and added link!

I use it as lotion, polish for furniture, chap stick, hair conditioning, homemade deodorant, sunscreen, toothpaste, to take internally to help with colds and weight loss. There is almost nothing you can't do with this stuff. My favorite brand is nutiva.
You're going to buy yourself this super interesting book!
Happy happy cake day :D
If I win, anything I linked OR anything from my wishlist would be an amazingggg prize :) I love everything on my wishlists!
I got rid of my dandruff and flaky spots on my nose and eyebrows when I started taking Omega 3-6-9 oil such as Udo's oil. Try it and I bet you'll see difference in 10 days.

You can also try to rub coconut oil into your scalp, beard and face. It has anti-fungal and moisturizing properties. Leave the oil on your skin for an hour or so and then take a hot shower and rub your face with a washcloth while in the shower to remove the coconut oil from your pores.

You mean use the cotton ball to apply it onto the wart, and then tape over the wart? Would this stuff be ok?

Hey man, I feel for you, I really do. I started recently doing an Aztec Clay Mask which has done a lot to reduce the redness of my skin and even out my complexion. My acne is not as bad as yours but I still have it. I highly suggest looking into trying out the mask. It has worked wonders for a lot of people and there is a visible difference after the first two tries. Here are the links and please let me know how it goes for you.

http://www.amazon.com/Apple-Cidar-Vinegar-Organic-Unflavored/dp/B001I7MVG0/ref=pd_bxgy_bt_text_y
All you need to make cider vinegar is cider that's done fermenting and some "vinegar mother". You can easily get that by getting your hands on some vinegar with live mother: Bragg Cider Vinegar. Just introduce a small portion of the raw vinegar to your newly boozed up juice and let it go for a month or two.
Also, don't do this near your other fermentations... unless you really like vinegar.
i learned recently that unfiltered apple cider vinegar can work amazing for any kind of gastric issues (gerd, acid reflux, etc) and natural coconut oil can help if its bacteria related
since you cant swallow pills, Braggs apple cider vinegar probably the most natural organic stuff out there.
tastes like ass but you mix 2 tablespoons with a glass of juice/water daily and youre good to go
best of luck
What kind of popper do you have, a kettle, or an air pump? If you have a kettle, you're in luck. What you need is some butter flavored coconut oil, some flavacol seasoning salt, and some butter topping!

Shavers...

After all of the cordless electric shavers I've used over the years, my Remington F5-5800 Foil Shaver gives me the smoothness shave I've ever had without using an actual razor. I finish off by edging up and trimming with a [Philips Norelco G370] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FED5DU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_F702AbWT46ATE) (it was <$100 and it's probably outdated by now) I've used it for ~4-7 years and dropped it a few times. It leaves the skin a bit rough, though, but I've rarely ever nicked myself with it (if at all).

Instructions & Maintenance...

Read the instructions and follow proper maintenance (brush, clean, oil, etc.). Always.
And for the record, both of my shavers are easy to clean. The Remington requires more effort, especially once a month, but the Phillips only requires a quick brushing (I add Andis Clippers Clipper Oil). The "hardest" part is letting the Remington dry for so long before putting the head back on. Don't brush the clippers while it's on, btw. Seriously, you'll ruin the brush and end up needing to replace it.

Battery Life...

If the instructions say to let the battery die before its first charge, I do so. If it says to fully charge it for X hours before its first use, I do so. Now, people of Reddit had a particular conversation about battery life once. I never looked into the matter myself, but I started practicing it with all of my chargeable devices. After the initial required drain (if instructed), I always charge it after it hits 30-50%. I do my best to never let it drain completely to 0%. The idea is that the battery will actually degrade much quicker if it drains to 0% and will need to be replaced sooner. Feel free to call me a fool on this one, but please explain your reasoning.

Razers & Magic Shave...

This one requires a story or warning.
I wet shaved with my brother's razor when I was in high school because my cordless one (probably a Phillips) wouldn't work properly when I put it back together after taking the top apart for a full-ish cleaning for the first and last time (the school started reinforcing its facial hair policy).
Though it was my first time, and I shaved against the grain, I didn't cut myself or apply anything to my skin before or after. My face was so smooth that I kept touching it. Three days later, I start noticing bumps. By the fifth day, I had full on razor bumps everywhere I originally shaved. Bump Stopper II took a month or so to really any progress and around three months to really make an impact, but it left my skin dry and very flaky. Eventually, I moved to Skin Tight Razor Bump Ointment Extra Strength. It burned like hell in the beginning, but showed better progress. That and washing my face daily with soap and a towel of course.
Since I still had to shave, I just went over the bumps with a shaver and routinely wiped the blood away. Due to a barber's suggestion, I started using Bump Fighter Razors. He warned me that they were going to miss some hairs, but it worked well enough.
At some point, I was recommended (powder blue) Magic Shave because it would "eat those bumps up" (oh, boy). This stuff stinks, flakes all over the place, and can tear up your skin if you aren't careful. I tore a descent sized section of my skin off when I dragged a wet towel down my chin at the wrong angle once. I could see the skin sitting intact in the towel with the inner-end of my hairs barely sticking out of it. Was a really weird moment. That section of my face was pink and hairless for awhile before it healed over. Looked funny on my lovely complexion. For the record, I only used it every three or four days. Three is the minimum, IIRC.
If you're going to use Magic Shave, use a wet towel to wipe it off (prepare to rinse repeatedly), designate a magic shave cup that is to be used for nothing else, consider only wearing boxers, bring a broom and dust pan, and stay in one room or outside. Hell, turn the vent on, you stinky mutt. Overall, I do not recommend Magic Shave's original formula (powder blue). I cannot speak for its powder gold fragrant or creme light fresh scent version, though.
Now for razers...
I started using the cheap pack of (dark blue) Gillette dual-blade razers from Walmart in high school. They worked very well. Here are my instructions: Shave with the grain, rinse the blades after every stroke, thoroughly rinse the blades after you're done, wipe them carefully with a toilet paper to get extra crud off, and let air dry somewhere. Hell, thanks to another Reddit conversation, I kept a short round plastic container of isopropyl alcohol around in college to "shake" the razer in as a finishing touch of cleanliness. Supposedly, the alcohol evaporates after awhile, so I just let it air dry after that (read the 4/24/18 edit at the bottom). The blades lasted a pretty long time doing all of this before I need to pull out a new razor. That combined with how cheap they were...

Razer Bumps / Ingrown Hairs...

I found that daily shaving, Skin Tight creme, and actually washing or just wiping my face with a clean damp paper towel kept the bumps from fully returning. A trick I discovered to get rid of the ones that lingered was to grow my facial hair out. It looked awful for a month since the bumps returned as the hair grew (they might have been curling into the skin), but there's a point where the bumps start to recede into the skin and all you have is a full beard (minus some areas of the lower neck). Now just maintain it or shave it off. What you'll find is a smooth face with practically no bumps. You must keep the hairs from growing back, though (and maybe wash your face?). Mess that up, and the lingering bumps will return.
Oh, to hell with Bump Stopper II and don't bother with Skin Tight. My physician recommended Tend Skin Solution after I graduated college, and, let me tell you, it works better than both. I hear the ingredients aren't that bad for your health either.

My Routine...

I wash my hair (including facial) with Bubble & Bee's hard water shampoo (the price is worth it, especially since it lasts for a surprisingly long time), pour on and rub in their vinegar rinse ratio (a fourth of the bottle tops; it's optional when you purchase the shampoo), wash that out, apply Nature's Way Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil to my facial and scalp hair while still damp/wet (I'm not 100% certain about using it on the scalp yet; used to use AVEDA Dry Remedy Daily Moisturizing Oil twice or thrice a week), brush my facial hair (soft bristles for the cheeks and neck; medium bristles for the beard and moustache) once in the morning, and apply Tend Skin Solution twice a day with cotton balls.
I should be using the foil shaver daily, but I don't always. Hence why I brush my cheeks and neck.

In closing...

If you're close to (or cool with) any Afro-American males, especially ones who've just started growing facial hair, consider having them read this so they can learn from my mistakes. Those razor bumps were rather unsightly.

tl;dr: Use Tend Skin Solution for razor bumps, wash your face, follow instructions, foil shavers leave smoother skin, read the section on battery life, don't shave against the grain with a razor, and don't use magic shave or bump stopper II.

EDIT (4/24/18):
About my shaving cleanup steps. I later realized that letting the isopropyl alcohol dry on the razer caused the blades to dull quicker, so I started rinsing them off and wiping them with toilet paper a second time as the final step.
Not very greasy since it's so light. But it can take a little while to absorb, like any oil. It doesn't cause me to break out, but that's pretty individual.
I buy whatever brand's cheapest. I've definitely bought this before. I just look for something with minimal processing (extra virgin or virgin) and no ingredients other than coconut oil.
Coconut Oil. Cook with it or sprinkle a little over your food. Don't eat spoonfuls of it on day one or you might get the runs.
If you read this in time, Amazon has Nature's Way Organic Coconut Oil on sale. It's even cheaper if you choose the subscribe as save option.
Well, as I wrote, there are some kinds that taste good (once the acquisition o' de taste is in effect yo) and the other that is just mildly singed grease. (not bad and not de best)
If you don't find a brand/type you like that way you can always flavor as the cashews (though those are high in carbs) post ahead of this mentioned.
your link wasn't specific enough - do you work for nutiva? 'cause it brought me to the homepage. It's cool, I dont' go on Reddit very often because of all the trolls and mean people but suffice it to write is that my experience is that if you find a tasty one like this http://www.amazon.com/Natures-Way-Organic-Coconut-Ounce/dp/B003B3OOPA
and you aren't a pussy, you can have spoonfuls as a supplementation quick and easy. I hate grease and dairy in my coffee and that is the only reason I'm saying once your palette can handle it, it's best to have the option in the morning or whenever.
Buy one brand for cooking, buy one brand for supplementation, and figure out which brand is best for sexy time. I won't be back so good luck.
It's super cheap on Amazon. I've heard great things about this brand.
Here you go! I have also learned from 2XC that pure coconut oil works very well as a lubricant for sexy times as well (warning: does NOT work with condoms!)
It does actually. My hair loves coconut oil and I was told to always use unrefined, extra virgin organic. While the smell's not bad by any means and fades after about 10min, it does bother me some what. Now I use this, and have gotten pretty much the same results without the tiresome scent.
I hope you will try a kale smoothie!! They are hella nutritious. Here is my jam: buy a head of kale at the store (purple is the bomb), take it home, cut off the stems, wash it, dry it, chop it up, and put it in a big Ziploc bag. Then i stash it in the freezer, so it stays good and never goes bad or wilts. I keep an old protein powder scoop (1/4 cup) in the Ziploc, and throw 2 scoops in my morning smoothie. You can use any protein powder you like; i use Jay Robb whey or egg white powder. I also put some grass-fed unflavored gelatin because a lot of the keto/paleo sites recommended it. I also add a few (about 1/8 cup) of frozen blueberries to help the flavor.
Make sure you leave enough space in the jar for it to blend properly. My Ninja individual jar has a "max fill" line which is helpful. blend the shit out of it or else you'll get the "liquid salad" effect. I will add some Kerrygold butter, or olive oil, or coconut oil to the shake if I need more fat that day.
I used a Magic Bullet blender for a long time, then I upgraded to a Ninja, which is what I use now. Someday i want to get a Blendtec or a Vitamixer, but I don't have six hundo to throw down on a fucking blender.
I buy the Nature's Way brand of coconut oil, to me it tastes pretty coconutty. I tried to get my dad to eat some, because MCTs help with memory in addition to all the other amazing things they do, but the stubborn old man won't eat it because he is convinced it will make him fat. That shit is like catnip to me, I love it. I love all the other great "fat bomb" recipes folks post on here. Good luck!!
Thoughts?

Amazon, really, they have the best deals. Something like that, with prime. Such a great deal. I just rubbed some on me before showering :).
Coconut oil should be in all households. it has so many uses. Unless they are allergic. D: I would love a scarf, I have a small thing for them. They can be very crafty to wear! You do amazing work. Thank you for this contest!
I have thin-stranded, quite fine hair, but a LOT of it. It's fairly delicate but can seem to take lots of abuse lol
I did co-wash for about 6 months using Tresemme Naturals, but it just didn't do great things for my hair, it was dull and dry and kind of sad. I went back to using regular shampoo and conditioner, I use Fructis Triple Nutrition and I love it.
Here is the protein mask, available at Sallys.
Here is an example of coconut oil, brand doesn't matter, as long as it's virgin, cold pressed oil. You can find it at the grocery store in with oils, it's solid and white at room temp, but melts in your hands, it's also completely edible. A hair product with coconut oil in it is NOT a good substitute! Apply 3" away from roots, conditioner by itself gets it out just fine.
Anti-residue shampoo
Edit: I just realized that this is suddenly an Addon item. Wtf it wasn't like a week ago.
I used to buy that brand and liked it, but it became hard to find. I now get http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003B3OOPA/ using Subscribe & save (one every 3 months) and it's about $7 a delivery.
Amazon. This is what I use.
Also coconut oil is great for popping pop corn. I then add some butter + brown sugar over the batch. It tastes amazing.
What's the difference between refined and unrefined? According to the Amazon description of the one I have it's unrefined...
I just buy mine on Amazon
Have you tried coconut oil? I love it for my popcorn, especially if you get the made-for-popcorn kind. Also you shouldn't use Olive Oil... it burns faster. If you're gonna use anything use Canola Oil.
Coconut Oil is really awesome tho.
$20 coconut oil from Amazon
people all over this thread have said butter, normally i'd agree. i mean it's butter, what could be better than butter? fake butter.
hear me out. right next to the popcorn were bottles of orville redenbacher popcorn butter flavoring. i did a 1 to 1 taste test. one batch made with vegetable oil and melted butter poured on after completion, one batch made with half vegetable oil and the butter flavoring.
the butter flavoring one was much more butter flavored. i will be using that flavoring stuff every time.

i have not tried them yet, but i hope to.
I have worked it out... well I googled it and now my popcorn tastes like it was fresh popped in a theater.
You need to:
There is special coconut oil but I just use plain the special stuff is just colored.
I use a fancy schmancy popcorn popper that lets the steam out but you should get excellent results following this advice (but still add the Flavacol to the oil with the kernels)
Thank you! It's a Westbend 4Qt Air Popper. Bought it off of Amazon and then did a little homework and found some great coconut oil and butter salt used by many commercial theaters to make my popcorn taste and smell EXACTLY like the stuff in the theater!

hmmm okay. that texture stuff is kinda hard to gauge without knowing what your climate is like but I'm pretty sure I've got the right stuff. Its about 66 F where I store my oil and it is harder than cream cheese from the fridge. Still smells super coconutty and gives be a belly ache like pure mct if I eat a ton of it. Little more expensive than what you picked out but it shouldnt be too different
You may need to add a little pg or distilled water to thin the vg. Pure vg can have trouble wicking because its abit thicker than juice
Not sure what link you're wanting, so I'll post a few - better to have too much info than not enough!
This is the VG that I buy on Amazon. I use this for my sugar scrubs as well!
This is the Halo Shamrock e-juice (Belgian Cocoa & Malibu are nice, too). I get a lot of other e-juices from a local vape shop that has a tasting bar. The shop I frequent has their own house blend that tastes exactly like a Hi-C Ecto Cooler!
This is the kit I use - it's an iTaste with variable voltage and variable wattage.
Amazon Prime: Essential Depot VG, 1 quart, $12.97
Amazon Prime: Essential Depot VG, 1 gallon, $23.47
I bought some of this at Walmart once, but it tasted a little funny to me, almost perfumey. I get the quart bottles from Amazon and they have a very faint sweet taste, but otherwise taste very clean.
add some VG (vegetable glycerine) if you like a less harsh vape, or PG (propylene glycol) if you like a more harsh vape. VG is usually a better bet though. you can get some VG HERE
You can. I prefer to buy it off Amazon though TBH.
I buy Essential Depot Vegetable Glycerin And Propylene Glcyol
No reason I just like to stick with one company.
Heres The DIY Clone list. The all loved Nana Cream is on there and Im vaping it now and its wonderful. I think enough flavoring to make like 120ml was $10???? Cant remember off the top of my head.

Some comments:
2 You are looking for an Ego Threaded Beauty Ring.
3 You can also buy MUCH better tanks like an Evod for cheap and they have replaceable coils so they are worth the investment. I personally have had better luck with something like a protank or BDC, but anything with replaceable coils will be a big step forward. Also the better build construction means less leaking.
4 PEG-400 is not really an ideal base for any ejuice. It has a bad taste and does not carry flavors very well. You would have much better luck using Vegetable Glycerin or Propylene Glycol.
I would get VG and PG from Amazon. It's cheap as dirt and it comes with free shipping with Amazon Prime.

I'll try DIY. Any suggestions on where to buy the materials? I checked in Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1487710512&sr=8-3&keywords=vegetable+glycerine
About 11 bucks for a quart of VG. IS that a good deal? What about the "palm derived" tag, does that affect vaping?
I'm guessing you are trying to diy juice? If so the VG I buy which works as good as the other brands I've bought and lots of others use from Amazon is palm derived.. Now idk about flavorings but this is maybe a step in the right direction for what you are looking for? Gold luck don't let the Reddit trolls get ya down 😂

Glycerin Vegetable Kosher USP 43 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_jcsIub12Z3W6Q
I bought this a long time ago. You can use vegetable glycerin for a lot of things.
Is there something special about this Vegetable Glycerin?
You can get similar quantities at much better prices on Amazon, and they're USP grade as well.

I've done it and had good results. It seems to work really well for the old stiff leather you get with thrift shoes. I've used it to bring that stuff back, then used lexol or saphir for further conditioning.
I bought this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_ejvnTKDEfxf9A
If you're going to vape like he suggested here's what to get.
For VG/PG this is food grade and what everybody uses: https://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/
Here's the scale everybody uses which goes down to .01 grams and is flawless: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005UGBG20
Sign up for http://e-liquid-recipes.com/ and then you can use the calculator to measure with grams and break down the pg/vg nic and flavors which is the tool all DIY e-juice use. Back in the day we did it by volume which was a pain in the ass and doing it by grams is a game changer.
I wouldn't bother with nic but if you do choose so nudenicotine.com offer a free sample ($3 shipping) get the 100mg pg version. If you do go into ecigs DIY section for safety. Although if you have common sense it's actually very easy and safe but go to the right section in DIY.
Get pippets: https://www.amazon.com/Teenitor-Plastic-Transfer-Pipettes-Dropper/dp/B01G82SJRY/
Get some latex gloves or something.
If you're going to add flavoring this is my favorite: http://www.bullcityflavors.com/natural-mint-wg-inw/ - or their mixed mint which is the same but menthol - Eucalyptus will clear your sinus for a year.
INW is a premium flavoring company because $2-3 dollars for flavoring is expenisve in the juice world, that's why every vapor should DIY but they get overwhelmed with all the info, but it's easy as hell. The 10ml (don't bet the 30) will last you probably your whole life. I would go either 1% or 2% using the calulator, I couldn't imagine using anything above 3% because it's so crazy concontrated.
Nobody that mixes regrets buying the scales. American Weigh Scales LB-501 and Here's a quart of vg for $13. Get your pg there, too. Here is What you need to know about nicotine. Don't want to research recipes? Gremlin has ready to mix. A calculator. And get lots of bottles: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D1GV8LU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Look on Amazon.
Less than $12 for 1 Quart of VG, free 2 day shipping if you have amazon prime
Here is what I get.
Here is the PG
I get my flavours from wizardlabs
I bought this. I also have another spray that I made with more glycerin (half glycerin half toner) and I use that as a sticky base for my makeup. Prevents cakiness too!
That VG might be OK but many people recommend http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004C7MTLA and it's what I'm using. Until recently (9/18) it was $2 cheaper. :(
I get my vg at amazon.
/r/DIY_eJuice likes Amazon
Hey, I just bought 2 of these VG and it is perfect, you get a lot for your money. As you said $4 for 6oz this is worth it!
Did I buy the wrong VG/PG? My ejuice smells and tastes like plastic, vapes OK just tastes off. Like a plastic or chemical, kinda hard to say exactly how it tastes.
I just copied a recommended dessert flavor recipe to the t and steeped it for 5 days (no light, shook vigorously twice daily).
I bought:
I smelled the VG and PG in the bottles they came in and didn't notice any smell at all. All the flavors smell like I'd expect them to.
I'd assume it's just the bottle I mixed it in, but I put some juice I bought in an identical bottle and it tastes/smells fine.
It's not USP. I wouldn't vape it. You can get a 43oz bottle of USP VG for $12.97 from Amazon.
The shipping on that will cost almost as much as the pg. You really should mix it with vg,, so I suggest these two.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005PZBRUC/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1373432354&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX112_SY192

For $28.92 you get half a gallon of unflavored juice. That's 1856 ml. At 5 ml/day that would last 371 days.
Oils from:

and glycerin from: http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/product-reviews/B004C7MTLA/ref=dp_db_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1
With the glycerin make sure it says USP or Food grade, and it should be vegetable glycerin. This is what I've been using and it seems safe.
Is this stuff okay, doesn't seem creamy/textury?
I guess this Q goes to /u/meltallica82 and /u/HawtWifey88 too
I can never have enough coconut oil...use it in the kitchen and for my awful skin.
Or any of the Lodge Cast Iron Silicone Hot Handle Holders. As, I don't like to use pans with any chemicals and such, so these ones would be awesome too!
Thank you for the contest. :)
I buy this one, get through 2 every month.

That we use for cooking? Like this : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Biona-Organic-Raw-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B005GUU680 ?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Biona-Organic-Raw-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B005GUU680
UK, sorry :P
Apparently costco has a giant 54oz one from carrington farms that's supposedly cheap. Only get the organic, virgin/extra virgin stuff. Some of the non/organic stuff I've seen online gets review for strange smells+additives...wouldn't trust that stuff near my buddy.
Someone on r/sex recommended this guy too http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DS842HS/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687642&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B001EO5Q64&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1EQQ1T6BQ5NR00SZ0SS7
I'd definitely do a coconut oil search on /r/sex to see a few different reviews though.

Snappy!!!

The price fluctates, I might have caught a sale/Subscribe deal, but $20 is still very fair. I did research for switching and honestly, I couldn't find too many cons to using it this way. I use it in BPC, minute muffins and frying up food. The only downside for me is lack of coconutty taste, but my husband hated that so it washes out. :)

You can't find a lot of Asian ingredients on Amazon Fresh or other delivery services.
Amazon (the main site) does sell more stuff, but the prices are ridiculous sometimes.
Ex. Chinkiang vinegar, a very staple type of vinegar for Chinese food. $2 at a local Chinese market. $8 on Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BUIKGU0
Oh, it's called "Gold Plum Chinkiang Vinegar". Here's what it looks like, although I bought mine from an Asian market here in Vegas. Look forward to getting started!
It's called Whirl, and it's a butter flavored vegetable oil. It's the same thing that movie theaters put on their popcorn. it's the same stuff we used at Godfathers Pizza. They just get it in big pails instead of retail packaging.
Here! It's also amazing for your skin. It's a solid a room temperature, but melts easily in your hands.
It's also great for curing cast iron pants.... and I've been told it's amazing in oatmeal.
Found the review, if you would like to rate it.
So any advantanges?
Also here's twice the amount of certified organic coconut oil for less, so not sure what your point is with the link http://smile.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CPZPYLS/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1454097033&sr=1-2&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011%2Cp_n_feature_browse-bin%3A10434587011&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=organic+coconut+oil&dpPl=1&dpID=51OZOOsyYAL&ref=plSrch
aww that is such a bummer :( well the good news is those parts of the body has such resilient skin, I can see extra virgin coconut oil and organ oil being her best bets! Just make sure they're fda approved and whatnot! I can link you up the best stuff i get from amazon if you'd like

Amazon.com. This is the kind I use.
NOT MY CARD.
With this coconut oil we will lure the jerk who steals these cards by making delicious chicken cooked with coconut and other yummy ingredients. As he walks into the kitchen we will cover the floor with the rest of the oil! After he slips we will beat him with a frying pan! No more fraud!! yay!!!! :d
Just buy some decent quality popcorn (use 1/4-1/2 cup): http://www.amazon.com/Snappy-White-Popcorn-4-Pounds/dp/B00382UXU4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1394636740&sr=8-1&keywords=popcorn
Get some pure coconut oil (use 2-4 Tablespoons): http://www.amazon.com/Viva-Labs-Organic-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B00DS842HS/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1394636782&sr=8-3&keywords=coconut+oil
And some flavacol salt that's used by some movie theaters (use 1/2-1 teaspoon): http://www.amazon.com/Gold-Medal-Prod-Flavacol-Seasoning/dp/B004W8LT10/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1394636795&sr=8-6&keywords=coconut+oil+popcorn
And that's it! Get a big pot and put it on the stove... put the coconut oil in and let it melt. Add the flavacol salt and stir a little. Put one kernel in and wait until it pops... once it does just put all the corn in and turn it off when it stops popping every 3 seconds or so. Best popcorn around.
I use this: http://www.amazon.com/Viva-Labs-Finest-Organic-Coconut/dp/B00DS842HS/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1464626154&sr=8-4&keywords=organic+coconut+oil
I don't notice the coconut taste whatsoever but that's just me.
My favorite type of cake is funfetti cake,
Had it when I was 14 and have had it every year for my birthday since. I'm 23 now.
I first heard about reddit from my friend Dylan who would ignore all of us while hanging out because he couldn't stay off reddit. We wanted to see what it was all about and our lives have never been productive since.
Viva Labs #1 Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil by Viva Labs http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DS842HS/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_MxO3tb0263AZ2 I could really use this coconut oil to start helping my teeth and for slicking in my hair!
Sure thing.
I had to plug the text into google translate (haha), and i can see that jar is coconut puree. It will still contain oil that will usually float to the top. However that white paste is going to be the pureed flesh of the coconut.
You want pure unrefined coconut oil like this.
Hope that helps!!

Thanks for the contest!
This might seem a little weird but screw it, I need coconut oil.
As most people in this sub already know, I cut all my hair off last month when my Dad died. I'm happy I could fulfill one of his last wishes but I went from waist length to above shoulders hair and I pine for it daily like you'd pine for a lost love.
Coconut oil is an insanely awesome deep conditioner and I'm trying anything to keep my hair healthy and growing as fast as possible.
Sure thing. I scoured the web and /r/MFA looking at guides until I settled on this method:
Note: I linked to the products I personally used. Allen Edmonds also sells saddle soap in a much more reasonable 3 oz size. If you used too much coconut oil, you may see a white film develop. Just rub it off with your cloth. This guide was also helpful.
Recipe (sorry for posting late, got caught up with.. stuff)
As a note, this bread turned out to be relatively sweet and dense, in comparison to what I'm used to. It doesn't taste like regular bread.

It doesn't matter, whatever you can get for the best price. I bought this one cause I'm impatient and it had prime shipping! lol

I've been drinking Propel daily and have felt fantastic as of late. It's not cheap, but it's not too expensive either.
I love Keto Chow and JUST placed another order. One thing I've learned is that it's better to buy the smaller cartons of the heavy cream, as I don't go through it too fast (I only take one serving a day for lunch). I use this for the oil. I can find it in the grocery store.
This is exactly what I have:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FW9Y1CW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_oISQwbGJVBR7F
Got it from my regular grocery store, same aisle as the olive oils. It's so awesome. Completely flavorless. I use a deeper skillet or regular pot, pour in enough to submerge a tortilla, on medium heat, then fry the tortilla wedges til they're crispy. I toss out the used oil afterwards.
As for the chia, I don't know what would work as a whole meal from those little suckers. They're like the size of a poppy seed. So short or getting a low carb baking mix from the netrition website and mixing them in like that, or like a cracker like you originally posted, I'm kinda stumped beyond using as a seasoning type thing. Good luck on your adventure :)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FW9Y1CW
I just warm it in my hands.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/cr/B00FW9Y1CW/ref=mw_dp_cr
I use it every time I shower. As soon as I get out of the shower and dry my face I splash a few drops on my hands. Then I rub my hands together and then massage it into my face and let it absorb in. It will rehydrate your face after you shower and keep it healthy. The antibacterial properties really help with acne. I also stopped using soaps or any chemicals in my face of any kind. These products tend to dry up and irritate the skin which leads to natural oil imbalances and acne. I literally dealt with acne for 10 years before discovering this. You can also read the reviews in the Amazon link I sent you to see how other people use it and how it's worked wonders for them too. You can probably use any brand tho as long as it's liquid. Don't use the solid kind on your face. I got mine at Walmart.
Buy avocado oil in bulk. It's a monounsaturated fat, has a super high smoking point, is flavor neutral, and as a fat, has a very high calorie content.
https://www.amazon.com/Baja-Precious-Avocado-Oil-Gallon/dp/B00MNTRVPS/ref=sr_1_15?keywords=avocado+oil&qid=1565468450&s=gateway&sr=8-15
Yes, 43 bucks for oil seems like a lot, but it should last you a LONG time, and that price is minuscule compared to what you'd pay in your local grocery store for avocado oil (or any good oil, for that matter).
Also, if you want salmon, look into getting the frozen stuff from Aldi's.
Really simple solution. If the protein intake is already adequate, just add your own fats for as much extra calories as you want. 15ml = 125ish calories. Add 1-2 servings of those to each of your shakes.
Avocado oil or Heavy cream (depending on your taste/texture preferences) is the general recc. Butter is also an option if that is more to your taste. You will have to experiment. A combination of those is also something to try, like avocado + heavy cream.
Olive oil is the less expensive option.
I hear Macadamia oil and Hemp oil are good but they also have a much stronger taste and hemp is more expensive.
I can link to best prices for bulk quantities (4-7lbs) of any of the oils if you're interested. I spent a bunch of time on this building my own DIY keto soylent.

The Baja Precious gallon bottle seems to be the best, although I have not tried it. I'm using their sweet almond oil gallon though, which is really great. A little cheaper.

$15 for coconut oil? Dang, I get store brand or Luannes/louanns for like $3-4 a jar and sunflower lecithin from a health food store for around $5-6 a jar!
Gallon of coconut oil in Amazon $18
Nutiva Organic Coconut Oil, Refined, 1 Gallon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01766NTU8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_PA7LzbY06GGQK

You can find cheaper coconut oil just remember that's literally a gallon!
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01766NTU8/ref=mp_s_a_1_4_a_it
I bought that one for cooking, but it's cheap enough to buy for fappy times and keep your fancy oil in the kitchen.
I love Coconut oil for my high temp stuff. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it is cheaper if you commit to buying a larger amount. The other suggestions I've seen here (Avocado oil, ghee, and lard) are all great, as well, but the neutral flavor of coconut oil tends to lend itself to more applications IMHO.
>coconut oil is extremely expensive.
It's your lucky day!!

1 gallon for $18.79!!! Wow!
It was really not great. You can do a lot better with the LGM chili crisp or my favorite this guy:

Cocoanut oil. From what I've read, healthier than most oils an actually inexpensive if you buy from the right place. Just got a big ol jug for like $16 that'll last me, what seems like, forever.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CPZPYLS/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I got my protein from truenutrion.com, also I use Nutiva coconut oil: http://www.amazon.com/Nutiva-Certified-Organic-Virgin-Coconut/dp/B000GAT6NG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1395776415&sr=8-1&keywords=nutiva+organic , this is by far the cheapest coconut oil I could find, on pureformulas.com its like a dollar cheaper per jar. The reason I don't want to use any liquid coconut oil is because to keep coconut oil a liquid they remove the lauric acid which would mean that I'm losing out on the benifits of the lauric acid itself while still getting caprylic acid and the capric acid.
If anyone is interested in making movie style popcorn at home these ingredients make a very close match.
So just some of this, and then I add my own water, or do they make it with water?
> VG was virtually impossible to find. Sounds like the availability of it is still likely to be an issue.
Big ol' jug of VG
Add some Palm glycerin to it until you get the mixture that works for you. I just vape 99% glycerin
This is what I use.
It seems that the mixture you are using is irritating your throat. I don't know about it causing the acid reflux, but irritation can feel similar.
This is where it's at
