If you want something designed to hold decks/cards, then BCW cardboard boxes would definitely be my go-to:

I bought like 10 of these and they are fantastic for holding cards.

But if you want something that would be easier to find locally and right, I might try a plastic bin with a lid. They can be found at any Walmart/ Dollar Store and they're cheap. They can fit inside a backpack and if they break, they're easily replaced:

Something like this, (obviously not this one, because $15 bucks for a crate this small is crazy!)

Yeah, rubber bands are not good for cards, I would invest in some boxes to store your cards in, op. Like This or some of these

When I had to have my collection moved overseas I bought a bunch of mailers and small boxes. They generally held about 2-3 trades depending on the size of the books. For my hardcovers/omni's, I wrapped each in bubble wrap and packed them in the boxes with packing peanuts.
It's definitely time consuming, but none of my books were damaged in the move.

My Humira gets shipped in a box like this. Normally it takes ~2 days and I'll let it sit on my porch for a couple of hours sometimes in the summer and I've only had the ice packs half melt. They normally fit 3 boxes of 2 pens and around 3-4 ice packs in it.

I use shoe racks like this to store my long boxes. Works out pretty well, each "nook" can hold two 660 count boxes.

Look on amazon, they aren't bad on boxes, not the best, but if you aren't ordering regularly, its not going to affect your margins too much if you are paying .60 instead of .40 per box.

that was just one of the first that came up, you can probably get by with smaller, and find a cheaper shipper also, so .26 @100 boxes doesn't sound too bad.

Great deal with the shipping, I also picked up these.

Hanging Wa rdrobe box - you can paint/color/wrapping paper it to be re-purposed for long term use - but cheaper than a full size wardrobe cabinet - I used the former when I was in a studio and poor as fuck, and the latter for my daughters room lol

I have everything sorted into binders by set (in order by card number), with room for four of each card in each binder. Anything bulk after that goes into Elite Trainer Boxes of the same set, with dividers sorting it out into twelve categories:

  1. Grass
  2. Fire
  3. Water
  4. Lightning
  5. Psychic
  6. Fighting
  7. Dark
  8. Metal
  9. Fairy
  10. Dragon
  11. Normal
  12. Trainers

Bulk cards that are playable get their own binder for singles and once they hit a full play set, they go into a penny sleeve and then into an Elite Trainer Box of their own with the same divisions, plus a thirteenth for special energies. Basic energies are sorted by type, again with dividers, into boxes like these:

I also have a binder for trades and a binder for promos and holo basic energies.

We use cardboard litter boxes and it has been a night and day difference as far as keeping their cage clean and disposing of their litter.

I don't typically re-use boxes. I buy Pratt boxes that are made from recycled cardboard.

For me it makes more sense to buy a pack of 25 boxes that are all the same dimension. This gives me a very good idea of how to charge for shipping since each box will have the same dimensions and be in a similar weight class when packaged with my openers.

Ship 1st class as long as under 1 pound and buy these boxes: Pratt PRA0022 Recycled Corrugated Cardboard Single Wall Standard Flat Box with C Flute, 9" Length x 6" Width x 3" Height, (Pack of 25) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E81L9U2?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

I'm moving into a studio and am trying down by taking them out of cases and into sleeves like this. While it's a bit less browsable, they are tidy and attractive and take up significantly less space. I'd like to get a nice filing cabinet for them, but right now I'm using boxes like these and they're acceptable. Have to buy them 50 at a time, which is silly. You could probably use a plastic one of the same dimensions.

Sometimes you just gotta go simple like a cardboard box lol

I typically buy packaging on Amazon. Although I ship in bubble mailers or poly mailers, not boxes. Here's a link for the quantity you need.

https://smile.amazon.com/BOX-USA-B1082-Corrugated-Boxes/dp/B01BGFU3YK/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=10x8x2+shipping+box&qid=1550330983&s=gateway&sr=8-1

For actual boxes, if you don't mind reusing, I would ask grocery stores and liquor stores. Most liquor stores near me have empty boxes in the front of the store for anyone who needs them. In addition, you could ask on Craigslist, neighborhood FB groups, etc for people to save their old boxes (ie AMazon boxes) and reuse them.

It was on Amazon. It was weird having boxes shipped to me but I couldn’t find a store that had the size we needed.

Late to the party but I also go with a very large group. The past couple years, we've been bringing these corrugated trash receptacles. https://www.amazon.com/Bankers-Box-Recycling-Corrugated-7320201/dp/B00QPZL2YW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486773466&sr=8-1&keywords=corrugated+trash+receptacle

They are easy to bring since they can lay flat and you pop em open at the campsite. With about 5 of these around the campsite, it's close enough for anyone sitting down to toss their trash in and our camp site has generally been pretty clean because of them.

Of course it's a whole different story when hurricane winds decide to come in and wreck shit up.

u/Glitter_Pubes · 1 pointr/cigars

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E81L9U2/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_J3KOybF2HZ96Q these plus first class costs under 3 dollars to ship 5 cigars. I think it's 2.77 first class through stamps.com. Priority is still over 7 bucks and it never makes it in the two days they promise anyways.

u/nerdysnowbunny · 1 pointr/funkopop

I get mine off Amazon either 8x6x4 or 9x6x4. Priced cheaper than I can find them locally and they usually ship them out pretty fast.

8x6x4 is the perfect fit for a bubble-wrapped regular Pop! Vinyl. It's cheap on amazon - $8 for 25 boxes, free shipping via prime. That's how I sell on eBay. If they're more expensive pops, double box - use this box and then another box outside of it.

these are the ones you can buy from amazon, but the ones I mentioned from walmart that I use are Duck Brand 11 3/4 x 8 x 4 3/4 in.

u/eloquentlysaid · -2 pointsr/arkhamhorrorlcg

You can get 25 of the same size boxes for cheaper than this one box here. I just don't see the product as a storage solution but if you like it, by all means.
