My grandma's 92nd birthday was October 27. I bought teacups and a porcelain pen and decorated a teacup for her. I mailed it to her with some nice tea since she used to make me tea whenever she took care of me as a kid. I'd highly recommend getting the set of six since I practiced on a couple and messed up a bit before I got one that I liked.

There are two options i'd probably look into.

Coleman used to have a camping set which included a set of stacking mugs made out of whatever material they make their "plastic" dishware out of.

Can't seem to find anything online, but I did find Something Somewhat Similar in Concept

The original cups i'm thinking of were actually flat bottomed, cylindrical and with a single finger handle and no extened base (imagine if you just cut OFF that bottom half, and all you'd have was the top cylindrical part, a kind of flat cup/bowl with a little handle..kind of like the top of the old thermos soup cups back in the day! remember those?)

I think it was designed to be easily mass produced or something...who knows?

I'm not exactly sure if the mug itself ends right below the handle and sitting on a black surface, or if it is actually extended below with a black "base", but if the mug is LARGER on the bottom it could be a simple stacking espresso cup!

Heck! I think there is even another espresso set more like what I was originally describing right in the recommended items too Right HERE!

either way...I thought the same damn thing. I kinda wanted one of those cups!

I would not bother pouring the coffee back and forth between various mugs, unless you are preheating them with boiling water the transfer is probably robbing all the heat.

There are insulated double-walled espresso cups available too. Personally I like a nice heavy ceramic mug but with those too you would probably want to preheat it somehow.

But how long is it really taking you to drink a shot of coffee?

Yep, but luckily I have about a dozen cup sets included in my inheritance, lol

Although, there's going to be a set that clicks with you, that at the end of the day if you can read it, then it's the right set. My grandma favors her little white square shaped set, but I favor my golden flower shaped set. If you like using bigger mugs, then use them! if you like little cups, use those too!

This cup is similar to what we use: https://www.amazon.com/Turkish-Coffee-Saucer-Sets-Pieces/dp/B0018QGW7A/ref=sr_1_5?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1536560387&sr=1-5&keywords=turkish+coffee+cups

What about Amazon? They seem to have a lot of options, but this one came up easily.

What about these? They're simple white, hold 15oz. Or this one from Crate&Barrel (12oz, but a closer style to the one you pictured) You'll probably have a lot of luck looking for cappuccino cups or other coffee-house styles. Traditionally, teacups are much smaller.

My Diamond Jubilee teacup from England. I love collecting Tea Cups and this I consider to be the best. But all of the ones I have are very delicate and I don't actually use them.

(Sorry I don't have a actual photo readily available but this is the exact one.)

They do! But I made them promise to be careful with them. And the rule is... if one gets broken all rights are revoked. I have a lot of eclectic mugs, and a lot of Disney ones. I purchase them from the Disney store when they have a sale. Or I did... when I lived near the Disney store. Its nice because whenever someone goes on vacation and they ask what they want... I always want a mug. But a cool one. Nothing cheesy.

This is an adorable set if you like florals that's mismatched. I've been wanting it forever.

Hello! I'm so happy that you're interested in the recipe. The sentence "1 Turkish coffee cup with sugar" means that the amount of sugar needed equals the size of the turkish cup of coffee which is like the picture in this link https://www.amazon.com/Turkish-Coffee-Set-Cup-Saucer/dp/B00C3JXX64
I hope I could help you to understand the sentence.. If there is any problem, tell me and I'll try to help you.

i've found a neat paisley teacup on etsy?

this one isn't quite pasiley, but it's the best amazon had to offer.
