I actually used to be a Christian Dj a long time ago, and I've kept up with the music (I actually haven't had time in the last year, so some of this may be older, but hyperlinks to Amazon are included - I'm sure most are on iTunes as well). I broke them down by what I consider the top 6 genres of music that MOST people listen to - I excluded genres like classical, chanting, opera, country, etc. These are all Christian artists that happen to love making music that I enjoy. I found that praying with a recording helped at first. The first recording I bought was actually Vin Scully (yes, that Vin Scully). My favorite though my far is The Rosary is a Place. On busy days, I pray with this recording on my commute, and it's a fantastic mix of meditation, music, and prayers.

On that note, can anyone recommend other good recordings?
