I got my BFP this morning at 12DPO after a very depressed weepy Mother's Day in which I assumed I wasn't pregnant! I took a bath last night and tried to meditate and I felt like my baby was talking to me. I decided last night that I would take the test this morning (I had been trying to wait until AF was late) and was did a complete double take when I saw 2 lines. This was only cycle 2 after coming off BCP in March. I had irregular cycles before the pill averaging 35 days, but these two cycles since the pill were regular. I have characteristics of PCOS but it hasn't been diagnosed. My doctor told me I have polycystic ovaries from an ultrasound but never followed up.

Supplements: Inositol (for PCOS), Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Iron, Prenatal

Mucinex for 1 day during fertile window

CD 1-3 AF

CD 18 Mucinex

CD 19, 20, 22 EWCM

CD 17, 18, 20, 21 BD

CD 22 Ovulation day

1-2 DPO Cramps

6,7,8,9 DPO Cramps plus some light nausea and heartburn, burping a lot

11 DPO Awful mood swings and weepiness (mother's day)

12 DPO BFP, tender breasts, fatigue

The only other thing is I listened to Fertility Hypnosis just about every night to go to sleep. It helped me get to sleep and feel calmer.

Here's my chart!

Here's my BFP!

I actually used to be a Christian Dj a long time ago, and I've kept up with the music (I actually haven't had time in the last year, so some of this may be older, but hyperlinks to Amazon are included - I'm sure most are on iTunes as well). I broke them down by what I consider the top 6 genres of music that MOST people listen to - I excluded genres like classical, chanting, opera, country, etc. These are all Christian artists that happen to love making music that I enjoy. Many of these artists have additional albums, but I linked the ones I know I like. EXPLORE!!!

Recommendation: hold down the left Control button when you click on a link so it opens in another tab. ;)

Imagine you are a tree, roots going deep into Mother Earth and all the excessive energy, all that which doesn’t serve you, any remnant anxiety or pain is going into Earth and she’s neutralizing it, taking it away from you and with her love turning it back into free energy.

Listen to binaural beats.

Read Dolores Cannon’s Three Waves of Volunteers.

Know that you are very very much loved and cherished and that all will be well! Know this in your heart, for it’s true, I am getting a very strong sensation about this! 💕

Also this question is best posted on r/Psychic or r/Soulnexus as the kids here are not into this kinds of thing. They are more about escaping duality and most of them are hard core theoretics who do not believe in energy practice. 🤗💕

Edit: I agree not all binaural beats are grounding, certainly nothing grounding about sudden astral projecting out of the body ha ha, but you may need to “shop around” on YouTube for something that resonates with you on the right level. I find these ones to have a calming and centering effect on me, but of course everyone is different:

Om Mani Padme Hum (a love mantra):
https://youtu.be/ATwqxQAw69w

Angelic Music:
https://youtu.be/8Ra1sHxzkSY

This one is called opening third eye (but I just find it calming):

Edit 2, r/awakened in my observation has more ego driven posts and users than any other enlightenment-dedicated subreddit, (but many thoughtful and kind users here too), I find if one wants to pontificate on duality this is the place but this community tends to be narrow minded and not supportive or validating of various constructs of awareness in duality, thus I believe questions requiring assistance and guidance are generally answered with much less attack on other subreddits, that is simply my experience and observation, only suggesting this in case the OP gets attacked by the absolutists for inquiring into (gasp!) a concept of relative configuration.

Edit 3: when it gets too much, count three things you see, count two things you hear, feel one thing you touch.

Much love!

"Morning Song" by The Digital Age.

I spent way too long searching for a link and can't find the full song anywhere. But you can listen to a clip of it here (it's the last song--and if you have Amazon Prime, it's free to stream). IMO it's definitely worth a dollar.

I also like 10,000 Reasons, by Matt Redman.

EDIT: Ooh, ooh, also Made Alive and I Am Living in a Land of Death by Citizens.

My favorites are Music for a Winter's Eve, Anonymous 4's Wolcum Yule, In Nova Cantica:
Medieval and Traditional Carols, Chansons and Festive Dances
and Sinfonye's Gabriel's Greeting which is more Christian-focused but completely medieval.

I usually use ones off of Amazon, like these
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KVYELPK/ref=ya_aw_dod_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00F4KBRFI/ref=ya_aw_dod_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1

But you can search guided mediation for whatever you like, I just grabbed anxiety and depression because that's how I felt at the time. I'm working on other things right now. I'm sure youtube has a lot more specialized stuff I just don't use it as much.
