If your cat is scared of the fountain you can always try stainless steel dog bowls like these.
Cats can't knock these over and they are very easy to clean. I have 1 fountain that only 1 of my cats uses. The others prefer the stainless steel bowls and 1 is scared of the sound of the fountain. She is also terrified of jangling keys and throat clearing sounds.

I got this bowl that reduces splash from messy dogs. Works well. I don’t know why, but the instructions say that it may take a week or two for the bowl to work. Worth the investment for my sloppy drinker. I still get some dribbles from my dog but nothing like I used to.

I rescued a german shepherd mix when he was about 2 months old and he just turned 2 years! He's awesome!

Here are some of my dog's favorites if you're lost on what to Wishlist on Amazon:
Furminator GSD mixes don't need regular brushing, but this one works great for shedding season
Dremel for nail trimming GSD = black nails, a bit trickier to trim. I use this with lots of treats to put a nice round edge and take off a bit of length of my dog's nails. works good but get him accustomed to it slowly and with lots of treats. Pretty soon he won't mind.
*Zukes are great treats for training
Wow I kind of didn't realize I have so much shit for my dog. But he's family so...anyway. Also costco has great beds for $20ish (comparably $80+ from a petstore) They also carry Frontline, lots of treats (buscuits, duck breast jerkey - the best!) good food (Iams ProActive goes on sale once in a while, and they also carry Natures Domain salmon/sweet potato food that's really good).
Seriously look into slow feeders for cats. Mine were throwing up almost everyday from eating like this and it’s seriously changed our lives!

This is the one we got and we are really happy with it. They have to paw their food out and can only eat a kibble or two at a time.

Maybe something like this?
And don't give him ANY attention when he does it. Completely ignore him- dont look, don't laugh, don't scold. Completely ignore.
I am considering getting a petite doggy slow feeder for my little guy. He swallows his kibble whole and gulps down his wet food within seconds. Sigh.
Yes, this happens every time. I suggest a slopper stopper, it keeps my Doberman from flooding my apartment :P
This no spill bowl was the solution to bulldog slobber and general spilling.
Have you tried a slow feeder bowl? It really helped slow down my rescue dog who would inhale her kibble when I first got her. I bought this one but there are lots of choices: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XJY363T/
My Golden does the same thing! He’s 8 months, and any time I would fill his bowl he’d drink it all, and then not be able to hold his pee. I bought thisthis bowl and it’s been a life saver. It only lets out a little at a time which slows him down majorly. I fill it up about 3 times a day.
My cat started puking after years of having him, took him to the vet and there was nothing wrong with him at all. The vet suggested one of those slow feeding bowls because he might be eating too fast.

It worked like a charm!
As for the peeing do you have one litter box or two? If you have one get a second and soak ALL your clothes in an enzyme remover.
Some notes/suggestions:
One general suggestion: don't use negative reinforcement for training or when she does something wrong. Puppies are babies, so they don't understand why they did something wrong. She will pee and poop in the house. She will bite you with those razor sharp puppy teeth. She will chew on things that she shouldn't chew on. These are inevitable and can get frustrating, but I recommend redirection and positive reinforcement.
That's all I can think of for now. If I have any other suggestions, I'll edit.
Also, there's a minimum tax of one puggy picture for advice, so be sure to post when she arrives! :)
Icecubes are an easy way for them to get hydrated and also help with teething. Can you get a water dish that won't tip over (like this) it might make it easier for them to drink out of.
Not a fountain, but this water bowl has been completely spill proof even when it flips. It's even flipped over in the car and didn't spill.

Just search slow feed bowl and there are quite a few options!
Edit: they’re like this
AOLOVE Slow Feeder Bowl Healthy Food Fun Anti-Choke Pet Bowls for Dog (One Size, Pink) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XJY363T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_3hiZDbP4AD3WB
The stuff in the way forces them to slow down because they can’t get a huge mouthful at once.
I would say this is actually a great thing! Food driven dogs are easier to train because they are always excited about a treat. Use it to your advantage!
As far as stealing food- especially if its from counters- that's on you to keep the counters clean so she never gets anything. If she gets something off the counter then she will continue to steal. If she doesn't, that should eventually go away. if you catch her eyeing a counter and looking like she is about to jump- get her attention and give her a treat for looking at you instead of jumping. Rewarding right before the unwanted behavior occurs, rather than correcting it as it happens usually has more impact on the dog.
Teaching a strong leave it is also going to be key. Take some kibble or something that the dog really likes and have her lay down or sit. Place the food out of her reach and if she tries to get it- pick it up. As she backs off, put it back down. When she eventually stops trying- reward right there in that moment with something even better from behind your back. Dog will learn, if i don't try to eat that, I might get something better. My puppy class teacher told us to never let them get something themselves that they have been told to leave but you can pick it up and hand it to them. You have to practice this a lot in varied situations. For example- my pup is so good at this when you ask her to lay down, you can place treats on her paws and she won't take them; but, if you drop hot dog from the counter to the floor that is much harder so we have been working on that.
For slowing her down during meal time
all of these things will help wear her out as well as play into her strong desire to eat!

My pup does this too lol Get water bowls with a rubber base so they can't tip it.
[No tip Dog Bowl] (http://www.amazon.com/Loving-Pets-Standard-No-Tip-32-Ounce/dp/B000YJ0MVY)
Yea they enjoy seeing the water move, my dog used to do it and make a mess
I got this and splashing stopped
no splash
You can try a rubber mat with a hole cut in it. Get a bowl with a slight lip at the bottom like this, cut the hole in the mat slightly smaller, then fit the mat over the bowl. The idea is for the mat to be thick enough and stiff enough to be difficult to flip up and to keep your pup from getting a hold on the bowl. A horse stall mat would fit the bill nicely. Places like Tractor Supply and Rural King should have some in various sizes and thicknesses.
My best friend's pup had this issue with her water. She got a spill proof water bowl and hasn't had any issues since!
Did you know there is a bowl designed to stop the wet beard? This has saved me from having to follow my dog around with a towel while at my mother in laws:)

I use a gobble stopper. Seems to work in slowing my dog down.
There's also this Northmate green feeder, but I have never used it.
Have you tried one of these?

It doesn't slow the dog down as much as a maze bowl but I think it does it enough. At least with our dog. I guess ymmv
I got this one. It had good reviews, currently in transit to me now
So had a very similar issue, but genders were reversed (had a male who likes to eat off the tier and wood flip the bowl. Axed bowl, but returned it when I got my younger female ferret).
It could be she just likes her food out in the open because she doesn't like her wiskers touching the sides of the bowl.
Or she's doing it because it's her routine and what she's most confortable with.
Or it's dominance, she gets her food her way and by flippong it out of the cage, controlling when your new male eats.
Either you have to live with her doing it for a while and hope she eventually stops, or you can get a bowl that is attached to the cage.
I use MidWest Snap'y Fit Stainless Steel Pet Bowl, 10 oz. Found in the link below https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076M18DJB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_kEFDCb2DX7CPA
This bowl allows my older one to scoop some food onto the tier to eat, but doesn't allow him to knock it over as it slides tightly into a track. That seemed to clear up my issue... but when he is upset at me he still manages to throw a few kibbles in my direction lol.
Hope this was helpful to you!
If it is the fact that she's eating too fast, you can try one of these. It's fairly normal for dogs to not chew their food very much though, they don't have the same molars we do. A bigger concern is packing a lot of food down in a very short amount of time, which can cause bloat in the long run.
If you have stairs, put his water, food and litter box on different floors or stairway landings.
This cat feeder helps them from eating mindlessly. There are also ball shaped feeders that make them move around to get their food,
Most Labs do tend to eat with gusto. Make sure he's getting enough food. They do make some different food bowls to supposedly slow dogs down.
Interactive slow pet feeder
Skidstop slow feeder bowl
Gobble stopper bowl addition
Buster dog maze
I personally have had success with the treat type balls.
Kong wobbler
Kibble Nibbler
It could be that your kitten needs to slow down how it's eating...you could try feeding smaller amounts more frequently throughout the day, or a slow feeder bowl. If it continues it could be a diet incompatibility and you may have to discuss what other diets to transition to with your vet. You can also see if your vet can recommend any probiotics that may help as well, those are typically not prescription (where I live they aren't) and they may have some on hand to sell you. Best of luck.

Have you heard of the puzzle bowls for cats? It reduces choking and other stuff that pets do. Here is a link. I’m not a promoter or whatever. Just wanting to pass along the info

Currently we use Gobble Stoppers, we have ordered a few different sizes to figure out what works best and what bowl size works best.
It has slowed our 3 down, except for one. He will get frustrated, grab the stopper, and use it to fling the bowl upside down.
Chewy.com has them as well and that is where we order our stuff from now

They make special bowls that have things built into it so that a dog can’t scoff their food! We had to get one of the bowls for my dog because she was eating so fast and making herself sick. It’s truly a game changer. the bowl I have
My dog was inhaling her food to the point of horking and gagging every time until I got her a slow feeder [similar to this one] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N2BEPD8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_yRb-Bb7Z93DRC) but it got too easy for her. Lately I've been feeding her food in [this puzzle] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0711Y9Y8W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_7Sb-BbY9PZQM1) where she has to remove the bones before getting a few pieces at a time.
Had the same problem, just a puddle immediately. Try these!! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076M18DJB?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
QT Dog Stainless Steel Brake-Fast Bowl, Medium, 64 Oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JGZFPJ6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WC2VDb6G88FRD
What about this one?
Harder to flip over. Having the bowl in it's own stand like this may also help.
Take a look at this to make sure she's not a little big overweight and being picky. If you're hand feeding you might as well be training, so either teach her some things or practice cues.
It's worth trying treat dispensing toys, like treat balls, stuffed kongs or such to completely remove the need for bowls.

Worked wonders for my dog who always tries to choke himself while he eats.
