I have ordered this 5lb bag of brazil nuts from Amazon and I'm pleased with it. It was the cheapest price I could find and I'll definitely order more nuts online.

If you want to boost it naturally try dosing 3g of DAA 12days on/off. Next, eat cholesterol filling foods late at night ie. eggs, steak, bacon. Last, I also believe selenium could help too in the morning and at night. Tim Ferris mentioned that eating 2 of these Brazilian Nuts to help increase test.
