I think the Snazaroo Zebra Face Paint Theme Kit in time for Halloween and Friends: The Complete First & Second Seasons would be great! Even though the mask /u/Jenwith1N suggested is gorgeous!

something like this?

but probably any kind of like...face paint type stuff. I know nothing about being inpatient so IDK if this is even helpful lol.

Oh god, I don't actually know, but I imagine they will provide the cheapest shiz on the market. I don't know if they will be providing sponges, but I could easily grab makeup sponges from Dollar Tree. I have an image of the event last year, and it appears the paint they used looked something like this, but in a cheaper white pallette (sort of like in the paint by numbers kit). We definitely will not be airbrushing or using glitter.

No idea regarding the brushes.

I guess my weekend will be full of Anime, then.

Would you recommend something like this?

This is the paint: as I keep saying, it doesn't come off easy!

This is a really great starter palette and isn't too expensive considering you're getting the primary colors http://www.amazon.com/Wolfe-Color-Palette-Face-Essentials/dp/B00366HA4E/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1404893338&sr=8-1&keywords=wolfe+face+art+%26+fx

When I started out I was using the Party City Halloween paints and realized really quickly they weren't going to fly. They don't blend well, they dry and become flaky etc. etc. There are some really high quality creme based paints but the more and more I practice I seem to be pulled mostly towards water based products. The one I linked you to is water based. There are also alcohol based brands but they are much more expensive. A good creme based product I do use though is from Ben Nye. Just search on Amazon for "Ben Nye Color Wheel."

In addition, I use brands like Mehron, Graftobian and Kryolan. If you have any further questions feel free to ask :)

I can't find any of the face paint I'd used, but I believe it was Kryolan branded, came in the containers like this. I do still have the sealer, which is this brand, the little container second from the right.

Like the poster below mentions, the powder sealer can lighten the makeup color you're using, but for what you're going with, that doesn't seem to be an issue.

Scarlet the arctic fox was different from the rest of the arctic foxes. All her friends liked romping in the crunchy snow, while she preferred curling up in her warm den. Everyone else liked playing hide and seek, which she was never very good at. One day, Scarlet wandered far from her den, further than any of the other foxes have ever been before. At least that's what she wants to believe. She went so far that she discovered trees with different shaped leaves, squishy moss and leaf litter, and babbling brooks that weren't partially frozen. Best of all, it was warm! Scarlet was so excited that she didn't even notice another creature nearby--a red fox. At first Scarlet was scared, but then she noticed the fox was just like her, must differently colored. The differently colored fox invited Scarlet to come play with some of his friends. They spent the rest of the day chasing squirrels and voles, romping in the leaf litter, and chasing each other around trees in games of tag. Scarlet soon had to return home, but promised her new friends she would come back and visit, and they promised to come visit this strange place--to them, at least--where foxes were white instead of red and it was cold and snowy most of the time. That night, Scarlet curled up in her warm den and dreamt of trees with differently shaped leaves, squirrels, and red foxes.

I desire this for non-zebra related Halloween purposes.

You can buy these individually as well for like $8. They paint on like water colors, and they wash out SUPER easily. I used to use colored cream makeup, but I had to wash my beard like 8 times before it all came out. The product I linked is AMAZING.

Camo paint sticks would be easy to use and sotore. You could wrap the containter with fabric, string, or just paint it to make it look less modern.

OR you could get a pot of facepaint and scrape it out of the pot and into whatever IC friendly containter you want (or again just paint the container so it looks less modern. Most facepaint require water to activate them but that shouldn't be an issue since you should have access to water. And you can easily apply with fingers. When I was a facepainter I liked Fab and Paradise products.

I use a flash palette that I bought on amazon for like $14 😂
It’s all oil based face paint but it is NOT eye safe.
I use NYX “epic black” creme eyeliner for the jet black sections and anything within a quarter inch of my eyes.
Also, for high contrast looks, don’t set your creams with powder— use Mehron setting spray instead and reapply twice to keep stuff from smudging. Mehron will keep that shit on, but will burn/irritate your skin a little if you use it over anything other than cake-face layers of paint.
