Why does she look like one of those neck duster brush things hairdressers use?

things like this are great. Be sure to get unscented ones but they can cling a lot of the bigger dirt and then your brush should do the rest. If you do want to rinse your records start with distilled water and maybe just a tiny, tiny drop of dishsoap. Edit: discogs discussion for more ideas.

I am:

DUST RUFFLER

I Hope You Die

"Someone's Gotta Clean Up!"

I wear a sexy maid uniform, with my hair in a bun and a little white hat. I also wear mean spiked heels and carry a feather duster that I use to beat my enemies into submission. I'll clean my enemies clocks, and hit them so hard their blood will shine the floors!

/u/ArtsyKitty to be my tag team partner, cause we love the same movies and thus, we have the same technique in the ring: Kickin' butt! /u/allergictoapples will be my rival, cause an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and I don't like doctors!

/u/vogueadishu, wanna be my manager?

Item on my wishlist that's related

Finisher: THE DUST BUSTER. I pick my opponent up and slam them on their head. :)

For software: Pick up CCleaner

It will automate most of the maintenance tasks that are not already automated.

Be sure that you have some kind of antivirus program. how to enable windows defender, how to download microsoft security essentials

That should cover the basics for software maintenance. You can get into more detailed maintenance, but most of the time it is not needed, and just having up to date antivirus and running CCleaner once a month will keep the computer running OK.

Cleaning dust off of the inside of the computer should be done once or twice a year. You can use a dry (NOT DAMP!) rag to wipe it away, or a can of compressed air to blow it out.

Try to avoid using a vacuum cleaner. Most vacuum cleaners cause a lot of static between the motor and impeller and the air around them. The dust getting sucked up can easily allow that charge to spark up the hose to whatever electronic component you are cleaning off and damage it.

In general it's much better to blow out a computer than it is to vacuum it out.

Installing a new operating system is usually avoidable. The main issue is usually a poorly maintained registry, and CCleaner has an automatic registry repair. This will typically be enough to keep the computer running reasonably well.

Great present opportunity for Mom:

(and before anyone chimes in, no, not a birthday/celebration present...a random/just because present)

Maybe spray some directly on a bendable duster/brush that fits into the pipe and scrub so that you aren't pouring liquid into the AC system. Something like this maybe? https://www.amazon.com/CleanAide-Handheld-Microfiber-Duster-inches/dp/B01N2B4JSE/ref=pd_rhf_dp_p_img_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=7HM077V1C1NJG1JNPZ67

u/Junkmans1 · 2 pointsr/Appliances

Yes.

Try a feather duster like this one

Or something higher tech and more modern like a Swifter Duster, one of the two models on the right side of this page

u/curlmymind · 2 pointsr/BDSMcommunity

ooh! I just put together a great french maid outfit from amazon.

Dress

Frilly petticoat

Apron

Feather Duster

I also have the option of wearing the accessories with a black nightie if I want something more slutty.

I add stockings, heels, and a lacy hair ribbon to complete the look!

This thing works like a frickin dream. Heavy duty af, no joke.

one of the disposable dusters like this?
http://www.amazon.com/Swiffer-Dusters-Disposable-Cleaning-Unscented/dp/B001SIILNG/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1417903738&sr=8-9&keywords=duster

soft enough to not break the bricks apart and the dust sticks to it even from a small distance so it doesn't have to get between all the studs

u/suckinonmytitties · 2 pointsr/Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

disposable swiffer dusters! thanks for the contest, these are always fun!

> summer junk

Literally laughing my ass of at this.

I tried Fresh Balls but the smell reminded me of nair or something and I couldn't stand it. Plus i never felt it helped. I'll just use Gold Bond on bad days now. The big question is What is the best method of application? I've debated getting a brush like this to apply without making a mess everywhere.

u/shaveselect · 2 pointsr/wicked_edge

What barbers use is usually a neck duster with a powder button. They spray the powder, then spread it with the duster. Here's one:
http://www.amazon.com/Diane-D110-Powder-Neck-Duster/dp/B000UR90OK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1417260506&sr=8-3&keywords=neck+duster

Specifically for that Swiffer thing: I got reusable fleece heads off amazon that I like a lot.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H76FZ77/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_CIvWDbWFZ3HA9

For most surfaces I dry dust once with a rag and wet dust (using up all purpose cleaners before DIYing it) with a second rag after.

only thing I have ever used, 14 foot ceilings in garage and it gets them fine.

u/VitalSuit · 1 pointr/onaholes

Don't use paper towels man that shit is sketchy, they rip easy if the onahole has any kind of texture. Get yourself a chopstick and wrap a microfiber towel around it, or if you're not feeling like making it yourself just buy one of these

u/tmtProdigy · 1 pointr/pcmasterrace
u/TWFM · 1 pointr/whatisthisthing

We have a microfiber duster that has exactly that pole.
